resolved to the customer's satisfaction
I purchased a table and chairs a year ago along with the 5 year Protection Plan from Raymour and Flannigan. I have since had to have the table serviced twice for discoloration. Their solution is to send a service man that sprays some chemical all over it. This chemical is so strong that even with the windows and doors open and fans on it leaves me coughing to the point that I’m asphyxiated. This cannot be healthy for the service man or for the customers that are subjected to this (probably) cancer causing chemical. What is the point of having the table if I'm DEAD!
