Raymour & Flanigan Furniture 3 piece living room set w/ protection plan

I went into the showroom, in early January and purchased a reclining sofa, loveseat, and big char. I was advised by Abraham that I would definitely receive my furniture at the end of January. Since then, I have called numerous times and given different dates of when it would come. Now here we are in April. They come to delivery, and say they cannot fit the sofa thru the door; Without really trying. They left and left my downstairs door wide open. I called the store and they are not trying to assist me and very rude, as they have been since the beginning of this whole ordeal. I have to wait for someone to call me back and that is not really acceptable at this point. I need a full refund for this purchase. And I promise to never spend another dime with this store again.

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Mattress

We are regular buyers. Never had any issue until our king mattress went bad. We can't sleep on it for past 4 months it gives aches all over body.
Past 3 months had been calling customer service, they send someone to measure and every time they say half an inch (more depression) is required to exchange it with new one.
We are getting pains like arthritis patients just Bcz we were sleeping on it. Now we have stopped using the mattress and it is in humane to ask us to keep using it after knowing how bad it is.
This month have been calling customer service and leaving voice messages and no one is responding to make ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
Please notice this and help us before we throw that garbage out of our house and never return to Raymour again 💁‍♀️

I totally agree with you about the mattresses from Raymour & Flanigan. I wanted to post a review on their website but unless you have a good review you cannot post it. My problem is they state Ex-firm on their site and when you receive the mattress it states firm. In addition the mattress are not the right size, King should be 76X80 with the ones I received they were 3" short. They than told me some BS story like " Oh, its a firm but it feels like Ex-firm and the mattresses can be 3" shorter either way HUH? Never heard of that and they couldn't show me where it was in writing. I exchanged the mattress 3 times. What buyers should realize is that they claim they are extra firm when they are not. Just so everyone knows they only sell two extra firms, I bought one of them and it is horrible, I am 95 lbs. and I sink in it. The 2nd one is $2, 500.00. I have major spine and neck problems with these beds I tried only made it worse to the point I cannot do much of anything. Please understand I am in no way saying the bed did this, but as everyone knows having a bad bed is the worst thing for us who suffer from spine and back issues. I returned 3 mattresses and now was told I can no longer get another one. I hope everyone knows that a salesman is really sweet and kind but all and all they have to make money and will tell you what you want to hear. I dealt with a lot of them with these mattresses only one of them told me the truth. Buyer beware! I have purchased my old mattress and a sofa in the past from them.

I purchased the Platinum Protection Plan with the purchase of the chair on 4/17/18 and have been trying to call for advice/ product to clean the micro-fiber arms on the chair. Every time I call I'm told of heavy volume calls and better off leaving the call-back number. The last call I was told I was in the queue and 26 minute call back time. What a JOKE! I was around for hours and nobody called. Tired of your nonsense. If your not too busy send email to: [protected]@verizon.net or call [protected]. If no response I'll never visit Raymour & Flanigan again. Your call!

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Lift Chair

My 88 yr. old parents bought a lift chair from Clifton Park, NY Raymour & Flanigan ("R&F") on 2/22/2021; their $1100 purchase included the "Platinum Protection Plan" which guarantees timely repairs at no additional cost. The chair was delivered and installed by R&F in my parents' home. The entire chair leans & tips back dramatically to the left; there is a large gap in the mechanism foundation on the left side that continues to widen and there are gaps in the chair cushions. I'm afraid the chair will tip over when they sit in it. My father called the Clifton Park store on 3/4/2021 to report the malfunctioning chair. No one returned his call or repaired the chair. Dad called again and was told his repair request was "being processed". No one contacted him or repaired the chair. I traveled to my parents house (5 hrs. away) and went to the store myself on 3/15/2021 and was told R&F were waiting for us to send them photos of the malfunctioning chair. This was the first time we had heard anything about R&F needing photos. I was given a text number and told to send photos which I did the same day. I have not received any follow up nor was I provided with a telephone number for the repair dept. when I requested it.

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Mattress with frame

The worst place to order a mattress from . I placed a order last week and was told the mattress will arrive next day. Also advertised as per there website. 8am in the morning next day get a phone call sorry the mattress sent to the warehouse was the wrong mattress . Also the pillow was sold out waiting on order. Please expect your delivery Tuesday . Monday get a phone call mattress should be delivered from 11-3 .Tuesday morning oh we're sorry the mattress arrived to the warehouse damaged we will deliver Wednesday . Bs company with bs excuses . Very unprofessional. False advertising about next day delivery. Shady business practices . And dispatch team full of liars . Now sleeping on a broken bed with back sores . Waiting on these liars to deliver my bed .

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Reclining couches, end tables

My husband and I purchased an entire living room set 14 months ago. Our love seat no longer reclines as one of the prongs was just off and on the floor one day. Our couch back is crooked and when we looked the back of it is cracking and wood pieces keep falling off. Our 2 end tables and matching coffee table have wooden pieces that come off every time you dust them and we have gotten splinters from the chipping wood. Our reclining chair has been crooked for 4 months, we have looked into fixing it but can not find why it is leaning.

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Queen canopy platform bed/ ticket number 09290w2zpdy

I received my bed in October and a week before I was leaving out of state in December, the bed started collapsing on me, the bars started popping out one by one, I almost fell in. I had to put my mattress on the floor. I called to get a refund but they said they would put in a service order, mind you ive been in and out of the sates due to a family emergency. I scheduled for February 20th but they had the 17th on file, I told them I did not request that date so they scheduled me for Feb 23rd. Despite that, they still sent someone on the 17th and I know this because someone called telling me they are at my apartment door, I advised them its not supposed to be till the 23rd. Today is feb 23rd and I called to confirm they are still coming, now I am being told that they scheduled me mid march, I believe they said the 12 or 13. I am furious because this is an ongoing issue, nothing is being resolved, im tired of sleeping on the floor, its not good for my back, and the item broke down not even two months into sleeping on it. Ive been trying to call the [protected] number but so hard to even get through. I need a refund on this, I am nolonger interested in getting a new bed from here as exchange.

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Bedroom furniture delivery

I was promised to receive delivery in Mid January for a Bedroom Furniture after paying in full to be in queue in December. I did not get any call from store regarding delay but finally when I called now they are saying delivery may not happen till February as they will receive in their Wearhouse end of January. This is after paying for the full order in advance!

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Delivery

I was warned by several people, prior to purchase, to be wary as your delivery experience is far short of expectations. the product was in your warehouse for about a month before i could take delivery of it. It arrived last monday, 12/28, over an hour outside of delivery window. I am not yet back living in this house (fire rebuild) It was just one item, a pretty expensive sectional and one piece was missing. I get a call this morning (1/4) that the piece has finally been found but they cant get it to me until Sunday =(1/10). I find that pretty unacceptable. For the sIze of the delivery fee, everything should have gone smoothly. I think waiting another 7 days is asking a lot of me. I hear that the trucks are full but we are talking a fairly small piece that I'm sure can be fit on a truck somehow. Why does my order that you screwed up get pushed to the back of the line. In addition, telling me that I can (after paying $400) pick it up at the store if I wanted it faster. I am currently living in a hotel, with a lot of my possessions in my car until I can move back in later this week and that is simply not an option, nor should it have ever been suggested without offering some sort of compensation. Your rep did say he was going to check with the delivery manager to see what if anything could be worked out but no return call yet.

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture ordered Living room furniture

Good Afternoon,

I ordered furniture on 11/11/2020 at the Massapequa store only after being assured that the furniture would be here NO LATER then December 14th 2020. This date was repeated many times by me "are you sure no later then the 14th?' This answer was important since Christmas was coming and I decided to have my floors redone and threw out my furniture. Now getting close to the 14th I call to confirm and i am told the end of December. Called back a week or two later the middle of January. No feedback unless i called your offices. Twice I am told they are going to speak with someone in regional and call me back. Has not happened yet! While I understand that these are quite trying times, if I was told in the beginning that there have been delays I never would have placed the order. I am appalled and shocked by this situation, and the complete disregard for the customer!

Purchased sectional order number 08260w2jltv in august, 2020. By the end of november I still haven't received item, called numerous times, texted etc and finally reached someone by phone who accepted cancellation and stated i'd receive refund within 7-10 business days. I do NOT usually leave reviews, you really have to empress me, or really be that bad, for me to review. So read if you like, be your own judge of raymour
I am a returning customer EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my recent purchases, as MANY people are these past year. YES, I am well aware of our trying times. (First hand) But with most of the nation working from home, and so is Raymour Flanigan customer service is too.
I do not know how to even begin this email. There are so many issues with your company, and all ANY one say is SORRY!

There are no repercussions to your company, but only backlash to us customers.

There are no discounts given for your companies miss handlings, or delays, or lies, or hardship of missing work to receive items; to customers.
So, here is my story!
#1. I purchased a Kitchen table, a two piece credenza, coffee table and a sofa back in October.
My kitchen table came, and after delivery, noticed a screw was coming out from the bottom middle of the table, at the same time I noticed, the credenza, right bottom was split from the screws, so I call to have repairs done.
#2. I call, Nov 17th x3, left messages, no return calls, no pick-ups resulted to emailing.
#3. Email sent to the customer service Nov 17th I was able to get someone to assist, in return I provided photos as requested, after photos provided, customer service than got back to me Nov19th with a work order, scheduled for Dec17th.
#4. Delivery status: for Sofa, that was originally set for the week of Nov 16th-Nov 20th. No delivery made, -- Emailed Nov 23rd no response - Calls made Nov 27th x2 left messages - Emailed again Nov 27th still no response - Call show room, Jason, indicated paper was miss placed and indicated orders have been short, but that a large order would be coming in Dec 8th and he would personally keep me updated, which he fall short.
#5. Dec 8th comes around no calls, no emails, no texts advising the status of the order. Dec 9th - Calls x5, no responses.
#6. Dec 9th Called show room again, Spoke to another manager who indicates that the order now is pushed to January, I than request for a refund, which is still pending, (rather have the furniture)
#7. Dec 17th comes around, take off work (which I am a healthcare worker, and all hands should be on deck, I scheduled to have the day off so I could be sure to have the repairs done!)
YES, we ended up with snow, I get that, BUT to have NO ONE call, text, or email a status update! THIS IS very unacceptable!
#8 Dec 18th customer service calls to reschedule (#$@) seriously! - This person wants to really try and tell me; as if I have no clue that people are working from home (she states, they have no one working from home, pssshhhahah), and it was out of their hands, EVEN BEFORE the pandemic, if there was a "snow day" someone would still have called the customer that day to advice status update.
I advised this rep I would "NOT be rescheduling until I spoke with a manager" Well LET see !
What is your excuse? What is your solution? (I already know, "Sorry to hear your dissatisfaction" "sorry for the inconvenience" NOT ACCEPTABLE, DO BETTER !

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture The absolute worst

The Raymour and Flanigan warehouse located on central Avenue in Yonkers is by far the worst absolute worst of any raymour and Flanigan locations in New York City. After waiting 2 months for my order to be delivered when it arrives the delivery people did not even make the slightest attempt to bring my sofa up to my 2nd floor apartment. The guys loaded it back into the truck and returned it back even after me stating I will handle on my own to bring it into my house. After having to go back into their warehouse in person and speaking to two supervisors who were completely dismissive towards me they stated I will have to wait another 2 weeks for them to bring it back to my home which is located only 2 blocks away from their location. Josh is one of the supervisors at this location who was completely ignorant and did not care to assist in making sure my order was delivered. I'm beyond disappointed with the kind of people they hire and how little they care about their customers. And let's also keep in mind my expected delivery time was from 9am-12pm and they did not arrive to my home until 3pm to just walk in the lobby and say nope we can't bring it up and leave with my item. I hate this place with a passion they are selfish and ignorant ". Don't ever purchase at this place.

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Layaway

I placed a kids bedroom set on layaway at the end of June. I asked if all pieces were in stock, I was told yes. I asked if all pieces would be held and available once my layaway was paid off, I was told yes. I paid off my order at the end of October and was told my items were not available. I was informed that their normal practice is to sell what's in the warehouse despite a customer already having it claimed. These items are no where to be found and there is no real idea when they will be available. I asked if I could have the set that was on the showroom floor and was told they're not allowed to sell the set despite not being able to even get the items. I refunded the purchase extremely disappointed in the entire process.

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Cindy Crawford living room furniture

I purchased a CC LR set in March of 2018 for $3000. By January, the cusions started to go flat. I live alone and very rarely sit in my living room but I made sure that I didnt sit in one spot all the time and all the cushions have still gone flat.
The company I bought the furniture from (Art Van furniture) has gone out of business.
There is no contact information for Cindy Crawford furniture, however, after doing some research, I have found that there are other people with the same complaints that I have, about the cusions. Raymour and Flanigan manufacture the furniture.
I have tried many times to call R&F customer service, only to be disconnected. I hear people talking in the background, but no one says anything, then the line goes dead. So far, I have been waiting for someone to respond to me for 25 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Glass table

Good evening, the product that I am writing about is glass table top from the 5 pc dining set that i purchased on 8/23/2020, my phone number that is associated with this order is [protected]. I received the table on 9/5/2020 and 3 corners of this glass table top are cracked which creates danger to my 6 year old child. The table was left in that condition and despite multiple phone calls to customer service and requests to exchange it, I did not receive any response or a call back. I was told that the table is back in stock on 10/4/2020 and I will receive a call, however, I called customer service on 10/13/20 and they told me that the table is not in stock yet and advised me to continue to wait. I have been waiting since 9/5 to no avail. Please help me to get a table that is new and safe as it supposed to be.

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Dining room chairs

Good afternoon,
On the 10 of August I received a Paloma dining room set that I purchase online
and the spring hinges on the chair all fell of and are oxide and missing other parts that hold and secure the chairs in place. I called [protected] and spoke with Darren, who stated that since I did not purchase the extended warranty I would have to pay for a service call and I told him that was not acceptable and please let me speak to his supervisor. I emailed Ms. V Freeman attachments of all the chairs, and she forwarded the images to someone who would call me and schedule an appointment to look at the chairs. No one has contacted me via email or phone. No customer should be obligated to purchase a extended warranty, and if this is the case then Raymour and Flanigan should let their customers know in writing that if they purchase a piece furniture and it is defective, missing and parts that the customer is liable. Raymour & Flanigan Furniture Bedroom set - chest, bed and nightstand

I purchased a bedroom set in July 2020. I received the bedroom set three weeks later and it was damaged. The bedrails and nightstand were scratched and the headboard had a big chip in the wood. It was reported and I received a new bedroom set two weeks later. That bedroom set was damaged. The drawers on the chest, the footboard looked worn and a drawer on the nightstand was off the hinge. I went into the store and was offered to change the bedroom set which I did. Three weeks later I received a new bedroom set which was damaged; nightstand drawers were broken and uneven, chest drawer was uneven and one could not open. I am still awaiting a new bedroom set to be delivered. My son is autistic and this has caused him to become very anxious as he is used to a structured environment. I paid my money in full for a merchandise that I have yet to fully receive and use to my liking. I have a furniture sitting in my sons bedroom that I cannot use and this is not acceptable. I need help and feel that though I am constantly told we are waiting or we apologize that this unprofessional. I cant even get a refund t go elsewhere to purchase a bedroom set. I am a single parent of a child with a disability who is schooling from home and only want him to be comfortable. PLEASE HELP ME.
