Quest Diagnostics Broken specimen with no notification

I had an immune system blood test done on March 11. I did not see results in my patient portal or receive any messages. On April 21, I contacted my doctor to see if he heard anything. He logged in to look at my results and that is when he saw the notification that the specimen was cracked or broken after receipt.

I am upset that I was not notified for over a month about the issue. This blood test is very important for my Immune System treatments and now I have to wait even longer.

The other issue is that I tried contacting someone about the missing results and was not able to reach anyone. I tried chat messaging and leaving voicemails on customer support. I had to make a lab appointment and go in to actually talk to a person.

Quest Diagnostics billing

Insurance is showing patient responsibility of $82 and Quest sent my bill to collections for $433. Quest is refusing to respond to emails from myself, insurance company and collection agency. When I get transferred, they disconnect. [protected]

Quest Diagnostics Service time for walk in appointment

I went to the quest lab at 4543 pleasant hill road, Kissimmee Florida. I checked in and it said a 39 minute wait. An hour and a half later still waiting I asked a nurse how much longer as I has to go, to the bathroom and that was one of the tests ordered. She said "oh, you are a walk in and we have appointments scheduled until closing at 3:30 and we can't tell, you how long it will be, I explained I had a urine test as one of the tests and was in discomfort. She shrugged her shoulders and said she couldn't help me. I am 66, I was not happy. She offered no compassion or help. I told her that I was fed up with that answer and walked out. Never will I use or recommend your service and will report such to my community and doctor offices.

Desired outcome: None, just letting you know, but an apology would be nice.

Around noon, 3/31/2021. Turlock Ca. Car number 48389. Male driver was obviously in a hurry. Was behind me then obviously/purposely took a side road so that he could get in front of me. Blatantly not doing the posted speed limit as he's supposed to be doing, according to the bumper sticker on his car. Unprofessional and unsafe. GIves Quest even a worse reputation than it already has.

I had a drug test taken for pre-employment. The person who took my urine sample was very rude to me, told me to shut up and listen and was just down right disrespectful. Quest Diagnostics Lab tech did not want to draw the amount of blood ordered and left out some labs that were order.

I went to a quest lab to have my labs done. I had a very tall order of labs requested by my physician. It was recommended that I split them up in two days. So half of my labs were drawn on January 31, 2021. I made an appointment at another quest lab location( East 36thSt, NY, NY) to have the rest drawn. When I told the lab staff there that I'm here to do the second part which was highlighted, She rudely and loudly stated, "I'm not doing this" after she saw the amount of labs to be drawn. She told me I would have to go back to the lab I had it drawn at initially. I was so disappointed that I was refused service by the staff. However, I went back to the Quest lab I had the first set of labs drawn on January 6, 2021. Even more disappointing is all the labs were not drawn. I didn't even know that until I had a follow up visit with my doctor. This is the worst lab ever, I would never go back. I consider labs very important and should not be carefully reviewed so none is missed. A missed lab can cost someone's life. I will go back to the lab I used to go to. In addition, I made a complaint to the Quest labs but received no response. So frustrating! Never again.

Quest Diagnostics Need copy of paid invoice

Need a copy of a paid receipt and all phone numbers hang up after holding as I have been trying to obtain this receipt for several months. The local office in Palatka, Florida said they are not able to help and provided a customer service number that kept hanging up. Quest Diagnostics Driver

I'd like to complain about your Quest Diagnostics driver of vehicle 40004 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on Federal Highway at 3:20 on January 19, 2021. Speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating me while blowing the horn. I'm a doctor on vacation in Florida and not pleased to see this radical driving behavior by one of your drivers.
I would hope to see this matter addressed. Unless you allow irrational drivers driving a company van with Quest Diagnostics on the written on the side.

I’m having the same issue with a driver in obion county, TN. They’re behind me almost every day after work. Driving so close to me that I can’t see the front of their vehicle. In tap my brakes and they slam on their brakes. If you have to slam on your brakes you’re following too close! Then today, behind me again following too close. Finally passes me when I’m driving 60 in a 55 as it is. They had to be going at least 70. If you’re going to be driving a company vehicles then drive it like you’re representing the company because that’s what you’re doing! Their vehicle number is 33254 if there’s anyone that cares how their company vehicles are being represented.

updated the system 2 yrs ago. doesn't. have florida blue insurance.
in can't rep on the phone. phone maze! recording, hold, recording, prompts.
10 min on hold listening to recordings!
very poor service! Reps need more training!

never can find fax number to give to drs office!

they need a call back system! or chat window!

I tired of being herding like cattle!

Quest Diagnostics Test result

I had a covid test on July 14. I needed a negative to see my father, as it turned out, before he lapsed into a coma and subsequently died. I received a 'result' that stated that I had failed to submit a second ID with my sample (despite following all instructions), but the test would be processed anyway.

'Result'

Specimen labels must include two forms of patient
ID. Only one unique identifier was present on the
sample(s). The testing you requested will be
processed; however, going forward please provide
two identifiers as required by the College of
American Pathologists (CAP).

I corresponded with your organization several times asking for a 'negative' or 'positive' result, and the only sensible reply I received was a copy of the result saying that the test would be processed anyway. I have not received any kind of acknowledgement that the test was actually run as was stated or what the result was.

Quest Diagnostics billing

acct# [protected] I was sent a bill from march 5th that the doctor said she had taken care of it, it had wrong codes. the doctor has since retired and now I am being billed again. try to get hold of their billing office to get this taken care of because I am not paying this bill when it was the doctors office fault.
