hearing care solutions is slow af. their customer service is whack. i had to call them three times just to get my stuff shipped after waiting a whole week. smh.

hcs is a bad company. they made me pay more for my hearing aid than my insurance said i had to. they lied about it too.

Been tryna get an appt for a week now. Submitted a form on their site but no reply. Been on hold for 15 mins a few times and then they just transfer me to voicemail. They don't want no duplicate messages but they don't call back either. Sucks that my insurance only works with them.

No good customer service and they ain't honoring the $0.00 Co pay. They jacked up the price on 5/9/92022 after I made the appointment on 4/27/2022; and before I seen them on May 10, 2022. The portal said the Hearing *** was giving the st levels for our appointment and it was supposed to be $0.00 for our hearing aids. But now they're saying the *** pay is $250.00. It's been almost a month and still no hearing aids. I don't think this is a good thing from *** Advantage Plan. So if you're looking for hearing aids, don't go with Anthem.

I can't believe all the bad reviews about Hearing Care Solutions, Inc. I got my hearing aid from them in 2019 and haven't had any problems with the company or the hearing aid since they fixed the bugs. I've been wearing hearing aids my whole life and have tried many different brands over the years. There are always adjustments that need to be made. When I need a new hearing aid, I won't hesitate to use this company again. The hearing aid I got from HCS in 2019 was half the cost of what local hearing aid dealers were charging in my area at the time. I told my sister about them and she didn't have any issues either. She even referred her friends who were happy with the service and savings.

Hearing Care Solutions ain't that friendly or helpful. I lost one of my hearing aids during covid, and it was a good one that I got from my job. But my warranty was up, so I tried to get a new one through HCS with the $3000 allowance from my job. But they said I had to buy both hearing aids, and the cheap ones for $3000 ain't good quality. I still gotta ask folks to repeat themselves, and it's so dang frustrating. When I turn up the volume, I can hear everything else but the person I'm talking to. It's sad that HCS charges so much that folks who can't afford it gotta go without. And they're a total ripoff, too.

10/27/22. My experience with HCS has been real bad. I'd give them a 0 rating. HCS sets up the appt. for the hearing exam only to find out that one, the company that HCS sets up won't deal with them, two, the hearing aids are 40%-45% higher then elsewhere. Anthem tells me I can purchase out of network but will not send me a written procedure on how to purchase out of network and the time to it will take to be reimbursed. Anthem uses them as a third party that only adds to the expense and lines HCS's pockets according to the hearing aid companies. The hearing aid offices that were candid with me and want to remain anonymous. Says there horrible to deal with and they make all the money and the hearing aid offices do all the work.. In my opinion this is a scam and needs to be exposed.

This company is really bad at selling hearing aids that insurance companies use (like Anthem). They take your insurance money and still make you pay the whole price (or even more) for the hearing aid. I looked it up on the internet and it's true. My insurance pays $3,000, but Hearing Care Solutions wants $4,400 for just one hearing aid! That means I have to pay $1,400 on top of the $3,000 from Anthem. You can buy the same hearing aids online for $3,800 for both ears! They said they would sell me the other hearing aid for $4,400 more. That's $5,800 total! They're cheating old people who don't know how to use the internet or look at the manufacturer's website. It's really bad that they're taking advantage of old people who can't afford to be cheated and some of them can't even get a hearing aid because of the money.

Bad service for patients. I bought my hearing aids after I checked my benefits with my *** Advantage carrier CDPHP, which said I would get some money back. I went to a provider who was part of the program and then sent my claim for reimbursement. They said I had to send it to HCS and not CDPHP. I emailed the *** Team and got an email back from *** saying she had emailed the *** and they would send me a form to submit my charges. I never got the form and emailed *** rep *** again and she said she would contact the ***. That was 6 weeks ago and I still haven't got my form. I think this might be a scam. I used to work in a Cardiology Practice and had to deal with companies like this before. I don't think I'll get my money back.

This company is the worst! I wouldn't even give them one star. They trick you into thinking their hearing aids are cheap, but they're actually 40% more expensive than other places. When I went to get tested, they gave me a price that didn't make sense. So I did some research and found out they were ripping me off. When I called them out on it, they said they'd fix it, but they never did. I even emailed them a bunch of times and they still didn't do anything. They gave me a phone number to call, but the guy never answered. It's so frustrating dealing with them. They're so shady and I have all the emails to prove it.

My hubby got his first hearing aids in Jan 2020 from Hearing Care Solutions, Inc. They were the Livio 1600 and came with a charger so no need to mess with batteries. But he's had trouble with them from day 1. They stream through his cell phone, which he likes, but the volume keeps going down every time he uses his phone for anything. He's got an iPhone 7 and the girl at the office has an iPhone 10. She tried setting them up on her phone but it did the same thing, so it's not his phone. He upgraded to Livio 2400, which were supposed to be better, but they're doing the same thing. He says he doesn't hear as well as with the 1600's. The girl says there's no better brand, but they haven't worked since day 1. Hearing Care Solutions admitted there's a problem with the volume going down and they're working on it, but they're still selling them. If we return them, we have to pay a restocking fee, which isn't fair since they don't work.

I got these hearing aids from Hearing Care Solutions, Inc. using my insurance and some extra money. But when I put them on, they didn't work right. My old ones were better! I went back a bunch of times to get them fixed, but no luck. Then HCS made me go to some fancy hearing place to check them out, and they said they were no good. I'm trying to give them back now, but HCS won't help me out like they said they would. They're ignoring my calls and trying to make me keep the bad hearing aids. It's a real bummer.
