I ordered from pch earrings that were very cheap looking & fell apart when I tried to use them. I also ordered a guitar back in nov. as a x-mas present. I received 1 notice a couple of weeks later that said it was on back order. as of jan., I still have not received it!

I want pch to stop sending me their "fliers" and junk mail. their products are junk!

The items I've looked at on PCH I usually research online and look for reviews and always can find a cheaper price. Most all items are very cheap "chinese" stuff. I bought a cast iron skillet to sear steaks before cooking. Skillet was fine but later I find the same thing at WM for a lot less and I wouldn't have had to pay an inflated shipping cost. There isn't anything I've seen at PCH you couldn't get cheaper at eBay, Amazon or Walmart.

I have two items purchased fromPCH recently, staple gum that will not work and the other the Copperno stick Frying pan guaranteed not to scratch, that has scratched. I would like a full refund for the price of these two products. I purchased many Chrisrmas presents for. pCH this year. Sure recipients of gifts will not have problems with their gifts.
Totally not a satisfied customer now.

PCH sells items that stores will not sell. They are cheaply made items from China, and they know it. They should be ashamed of themselves for doing this but then again the only thing they care about is profit. Not to mention, way over priced.

The towel set I ordered was way overpriced for the quality and the shipping was over board, as well. The towels were very thin and I had hopes that after washing and drying they might fluff up, but they looked worse.

I agree that Publishers Clearing House sells Junk. I bought a Mickey Mouse watch from them, and soon after wearing it, the watch band started falling apart. I have had to super glue it 3 times. How many more times do I have to glue it. I also bought an Angel Light from them. The light did not work. They sent me a replacement. I tested it and it worked, but I haven't tried it since because I have very little faith in the product. I bought an Electric Razor which could be cleaned with water if necessary. Well, the razor only lasted a few months. The metal mesh over the cutting blades came apart and cut up my face. And, it doesn't charge properly any more. I recently bought a trio of flashlights from them. On the large flashlight, one of the springs that hold the batteries in fell off. I haven't tried the smallest flashlight yet. I have purchased other itmes which I am not happy with. The only item that I have been happy with are the duffle bags that I purchased. I doubt that I will puchase anything else from them. It's just throwing away money, and I don't have money to throw away when I'm trying to live on a small social security check.

I have bought items from Publishers Clearing House for a long time and been generally satisfied, but...

In PCH email campaigns they sell a myriad of items other than magazines. One of them is called "5 Heart Shaped Angel Blessing Stones" and they qualify this saying that it is polished acrylic. To a reasonable person you might assume that this is casting rosin. That was my assumption. NOPE, what I got when I ordered was el cheapo two piece plastic shells with a small plastic angel figurine inside, similar to the cheap gumball machine toys. They charge over $16 (with s&h) for these pieces of junk.

I tried to find a complaint form or address at PCH.com but thet have insulated themselves very well. Each time you think you have found a complaint form, it recycles you to another FAQ page. So I complain here.

Does anyone at PCH actually examine the junk they sell? These "Angel Blessing Stones" are nothing of the sort.
