I did not receive my Thursday 10/29 newspaper. I received an e-mail saying that delivery could be delayed and possibly delivered with the next days paper. It was not. I just want my Thursday newspaper.

I have been trying for two months to STOP delivery of newspaper. They have refused to stop deliever,saying that I must pay in full to stop delivery. Trying to stop delivery of paper. Sent final check for August 26. Still receiving paper, and bill still going on.

On Saturday November 14. The recording said paper delivery would be by 7:30. At 12:30 still no paper Saturday November 14 no delivery. Recording at 7:30am stated rural delivery by 7:30. Now at 1:00 pm still no paper delivery. A person would believe for the cost of this paper one could get something you pay for. And it's impossible to actually talk to a real person. I hope a person really see this. Thank you for the service that does get delivered

I missed a couple papers, so I called to report the issue, was told they would credit account and talk to carrier. The next week missed two papers again, so I called to report issue, again was told they would credit account and talk to carrier. This week I missed two papers again, so I called to report issue, I had to wait over 30 minutes to talk to someone, gave my complaint and ask to speak to supervisor, they question why and I said to review my complaints, they either hug up are I was disconnected. I called back only to get another rep, I ask to speak to supervisor only to be told he could take care of my issues, I dont know why they wouldnt allow me to speak to supervisor.
