we have lived in this house for 15 years, and have had an average of 23 days a year with no delivery. we used to call in and be told that we would have a paper in 1 hour. never got it. holiday season are when we get no paper. and here we are again. no paper on 11/17 and 11/19. we just paid $352.30 for 6 months in advance for your newspaper to be delivered daily. you would think a company like the r-j would be sure that their customers received the papers they paid for. i know you are well aware of this problem ,but seem indifferent to fixing it. as we live logandale, nv. [ moapa valley ] there is no deliveries any where in logandale or overton, can't someone with the r-j fix this problem.

Desired outcome: at this time we just a newspaper delivered everyday like we paid for, but if your unable to fix this delivery problem, we will most likely cancel and seek refunds for both the missed delivers and our paid in advance fees.

This policy was NEVER told to us at any time prior. If we would have been told of this policy we naturally would have cancelled our subscription, and renewed it when we returned. Consequently they have stopped delivery until we pay the difference.

Was told by a review journal representative that they do not refund vacation holds as you can read the paper on the internet!so apparently you are charged that way as well!i was in *** and my paper was delivered the first dat anyway call talked to a representative and he said he put out another reminder!he said don't worry mr. you will not be charged!

I called to put my subc.in my email, like before, its at least 15Xs and almost 3 months in waiting, to the extend of writing the Editor, ignored. help Don't know how to get them to do what they promised, they supposedly will email my digital paper daily , like before . Been 3 months waiting,at least 15x phone calls, wrote the Editor, ignored. OR even you email their staff for help in reference to his article (Bailey), ignored . We don't a choice since its the only paper in Town, its a lousy news provider and now the service is s - - t. I hope Sun can come up with their own. I have better things to do than call them with a long wait... the recording said this call is monitored, then they can check .. Its hard for me to Call, coz I'm hard of hearing Please help !

paid service not provided Approximately January 28, i signed up for the weekly Sunday newspaper from the Las Vegas Review Journal. I received my first and only Sunday paper on super bowl Sunday February 2,2020. I have made numerous phone calls to customer service and have spoken to the supervisor about this issue. The supervisor informed me that a district manger would call me back to discuss this issue, in addition i was told that a supervisor would be monitoring the delivery of my paper. I have reported a delivery issue on my account numerous times with no return communication from the Las Vegas Review Journal. I have not received any return phone calls regarding this matter. When i call i just get apologies but no corrective action. Customer service did offer to extend my contract through November . But i still have not received a Sunday paper since February 2. Iv'e also requested a refund but have not received it yet. At this time i do not feel confident that a resolution will be resolved and hence why i am reporting this is issue for poor business rapport. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
