I have received a package I did not order and now if I want to return it I have to pay for postage. I also receive too much mail from PCH. I tried for 1 year with this company. I DON'T EVER EV ER EVER EVER WANT TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN!
THEY ARE ANNOYING!111

Then last week I was told, I have to wait another 4 to 8 Weeks ! That's how I do my ordering .Robin.

I am an older, disabled person so have purchased numerous gifts for my family online and through PCH's mailings for a number of years, with no problems. I always pay for an item by personal check, enclosing PCH's invoice with it. Two times during the recent year, I paid for 4-5 items with one check (also enclosing their invoice with the check for each item). PCH wants a payment sometimes before customers receive the item. I always wait until I actually get an item. These two times, PCH allocated my payment for other items than the ones I was paying for. I had previously sent other checks for those items. They keep sending me "Consolidated Bills" wanting payment for items that I already paid for. I have tried calling them and I get a young person who acts a if they have no knowledge of what I am saying. I have written their billing department numerous times and they appear to ignore my letters and keep billing me for items for which I have paid. They have now messed up the billing so much that it is impossible to determine how they have allocated my payments and so I have stopped purchasing from them. STAY AWAY FROM PCH!

My name is: Jerry Palen. My customer No. is ID [protected]. I don't understand why you put my products in collection, I have made full payment for every purchase that I have made since the begining of the year.
If you are having a problem with me paying the total amount due when I make a purchase, then why don't you check your files and correct this problem. I have a record in my file of every purchase I have ever made.
If you are unable to clear this up, I will see you in court and I will be there with my attorney. We will sue the hell out of you for slander, harassment and false advertising. I have been playing your games for the past three years and haven't even gotten any clue as to being even close to winning anything from you. I need a response from you as soon as possible. You better get me out of collection or else.

Today's date: May 12, 2021. I have found it to be impossible to open the or sites to click my "final step" after I've already taken 3 previous final steps successfully and I have purchased over $100 worth of merchandise. In frustration I have tried over 50 times during the past week, May 2 until today.
If this is a ploy to eliminate me and others who are correctly registered for the sweepstakes drawing, it is unethical and should be illegal, to say the least.

The ads are killing me! 5 seconds for a scratch off or lotto, the a 30 seconds of ads OR MULTIPLE ADS, followed by a redirect to Google play then back to Pch to enrollment for that same ad...play again...same process...no opting out...fast forward or escape!

I understand that you sold all control to many ad agencies that will not comformbut you have sold us out in the process. I'll play minimally now and forgo the opportunities because the aggravation you allowed these ad agencies to create isn't worth it! I'll consider buying products elsewhere!

I would also like you to note that a perticular game is in poor taste as it shows a comical character DROWNING OR ENDURING TORTURE.

Hello, I was wondering why its taking so long to receive the products I have bought. I am a VIP and want to know if something is on back order or not? We should be told this right away if its on back order or not. I have on order at least 5 orders. Just wondering what taking so long? Going on vacation and don't want products sitting on porch. Please asap me with answers, I surely would appreciate knowing when my orders are coming. I pay right away all the time. Thanks for helping me.

This is a complete rip off. I just checked On Amazon.com it sells the same item from 4.00 t0 5.00 with free shipping. Screw me once shame on you. Screw me twice shame on me. This is the second item I have received lately that was way over priced.
With the COVID ordering from you has made it easier for me. Mailing the container back and paying the shipping, not to mention at 80 having to go to the post office is not an option . Entering your sweepstakes, which I can do on line does not mean that you should sell inferior merchandise.
After 25 years don't bother to mail me anymore of your sweep stakes. I will not be ordering again. This is the last time I will be screwed.

Technical support or that there of... Apparently doesn't exist with this company.. Games hang, up or completely fail to fully function and the problem is not addressed. They only wait till the system to reset it self at the end of the day. In the meantime a person looses out on the chance to win any prizes... Website is [censored]ty and so is their tech team.

I have been a customer now for 14 years, ordering products and going through the motions in trying to win to No Avail! searching every single day, filling out thousands of forms taking hours of time from my day and for what? to me, this is a complete waste of my precious time and money! I honestly believe that no one wins on Pch...I think a few customers are paid to use their names, stating that they have won. I also believe this is nothing but a gimmick to entice poor people like me to make sales! I am very tired of spending countless hours of my time trying to pursue a fake dream of winning on PCH! I am ready to call it quits and to put the word out there that this is fake and not a reality...PCH, you have wasted so much of my time in false hopes of winning for 14 long years and I am ready to stop now!

Placed order for Lighthouse Stepping Stone at beginning of February 2021. It was processed on 2-11 then shipped on [protected].

Believing that it would arrive any day, I paid for this item in full on 3-3-2021.

The date is now [protected] and it still has not arrived.

I'm growing Quite Concerned. I would greatly appreciate your looking into & remedying this matter asap.

I expected a much better product. Needless to say was very disappointed in quality of product. For such a large company, I would think that the product would be better. The handles on both do not stay on!

I'm Carolyn Dukes and I've been ordering since I was very young, back when you had the coupon books to pay with then I a Gilbert, then Steward and now I'm back to Dukes and getting older by the day. Seriously I've always wanted to win. I've always had it hard and just wanted to win so I could do finely do anything I want! Just saying do people ever win? At least give me a break please consider me to win I really need it!

I have ordered and paid the S&H for the $30 item.
I have gotten 7-piece Kitchen Towel Set valued at 12.45 twice; Brian Games valued at 14.95 1 time; 7- Piece Kitchen Set value unknown twice, and Seasonal Cards can't remember the value at least 3 times. Nothing close to $30.
If you want to give me something that I can actually like/use/want, would be like the Coco Cola Beverage Truck 1:87 scale $24.95; 1955 Chevy Pick-ups 1:45 scale $19.95; 1958 Studebaker 1:45 scale $19.95, or Knives like the eagle, wolf, etc. Mainly some thing that is actually close to $30 instead of Items I have an over abundance of.

I ordered salt and pepper shakers the kissing bears and men's moccasins last month and still have not got them just say in route to Princeton Illinois it's been saying that for 2 weeks to 3 weeks. The order is stuck at Pitney Bowes (your shipping partner) in Greenwood, Indiana since 12/11/20, just 25 miles from my home. This is the second time Pitney Bowes has lost my orders. My name is Tina Hill and I am being harassed with mail from North Shore Agency as they claim they are attempting to collect a debt from me on behalf of Publisher's Clearing House for a purchase they allege I made.

I do not owe either of these businesses for anything, I have not made any recent (2020-2019) purchases from Publishers Clearing House, and I want this matter resolved now and this agency to stop with the collection of letters and phone calls. This is negatively impacting my credit rating and my husband and I are now unable to refinance our mortgage because of it.

I have been harassed by people claiming to be from Publishers Clearing House. They told me to go to Walmart pay $200 pick up a vanilla card and then they would be at my house with champagne and pictures. They are constantly sending me text messages and messages through Facebook. The phone numbers that are sending me texts and calling me are [protected] from Julian, NC and [protected]. This number is from Damascus MD. They are driving me nuts. If you can help I would appreciate it.

I am going to lay it all out on the table. You can strip my phone of all info but I have been more careful this time. You bait people in with big prizes, and when they get close you simply corrupt the files of ( in my case) take all data off the phone. It's been done 3 times now. I have added up winnings over 30 million dollars twice. It is not only illegal but cowardly to hide behind the excuse that it was an imposter that did. It is in fact the real deal and someone as well known as pch would behave in such a unprofessional manner. I really thought things were going to be ok for christmas. Then once again you stripped my phone. Tonight I am once again qualified to be awarded major prize money. You cannot send a communication for me to agree to stating it's not real like the other times. I have painstakingly played by your rules. I will not sign it away. You can at least have the prize patrol bring my bronco and 500k to my house and you'll never hear from me again. Or... I can take my suit to a federal court, higher than your laws of Wyoming and make a [censored] ton of bad publicity with a solid truth. I dont know the boss in charge and I dont care to. You are the most dishonest people I've met shielding terrorist funds in the form of sweepstakes. If you look at the forms of media I have and the proof I have of all the felony charges I believed 500k and a nice bronco would be you smartest decision.
