Public Storage review: Public Storage Facility 1541 Ridgely St. Baltimore, MD. 21230

On today, Wednesday August 16, 2023 at approximately 12:30 PM, I arrived at the Public Storage to pick up some items. I noticed that there were no available carts and one of the elevators were broken. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot, so it was not crowded. I looked around the facility, on different floors, in an effort to find a cart, but I was unsuccessful. I went to the office to inquire about the carts. I was informed that they the carts were stolen. I informed the agent that I understand that theft can be an issue, but I am not responsible for assuring that the facility has what they need to hold up their end of the bargain. I am paying for a service that is not being provided for. My unit is on the 3rd floor and I need a cart to move my items and there is only one elevator. I used my lunch hour to come and get my items, but all I got was inconvenienced. Now I have to call to see if they have carts before I can go back...
