I love red carpet home inspection because with them you know you will get the truth about things that you think was okay in a home. With red carpet I learned that its not JUST the new appliances and the paint job with the fancy vanities that really matters there are alot more things that Jerome and Aaron will let you be aware of. This is my SECOND time using them. If i could continue to buy houses and have them inspect it i would. As a first time homebuyer, Jerome made the process of the house inspection so easy that I didn't have anything to worry about. Professional, thorough and found deficiencies the builder had no idea was there on this newly built home. We have never hired an inspector for a new built home before and never heard of this company. But, we are so grateful we utilized their services and they found numerous items which needs our builders immediate attention for correction before we close. As first-time homebuyers Mr. Aaron walked my fiancee and I through everything and handled all of our questions with sincerity and professionalism. The report provided by Red Carpet was also very detailed and included images which made it easy to relay information to our realtor and communicate effectively with the seller (Mr. Aaron even walked us through his findings while we were at the home, so we had working knowledge of each issue). Red Carpet Home Inspections was conducted by Aaron. The inspector conducted an exterior inspection of the home, gutters and drone inspection of the roof. The interior inspection consisted of electrical, plumbing, mechanical & HVAC systems. Aaron throughly explained what he was inspecting, he identified cut-off switches, explained requirements, checked all appliances, and shared preventive maintenance tips. He discovered discrepancies I would have discovered too late. The home inspector uncovered water intrusions in upstairs bedroom and basement, identified exposed and loose exterior vinyl trimmings. I wished I had videoed Aaron's mechanical and electrical systems inspections. His knowledge and ability to explain systems in a way I could understand should have been recorded and uploaded on YOUTUBE. This is a new construction home and my 1st home with a basement so I found Red Carpet Home Inspections the best inspection and expense prior to closing. I received the Red Carpet Inspections report within 24hrs after full payment. I highly recommend this company for your home inspection needs.
