Quality. The price was up there but I believe the job was done right! Very friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. My inspector Mr. Richard was able to answer all of my questions with his report and because I am a new home buyer also answered many of my questions regarding the homes set up itself. He was sure to notify me of any major concerns and why they were concerns. He was thorough in his inspection which I will admit was a concern of mine after reading the contracts most inspection services have. I would recommend their services they did a great job. Bridget was also great with communications very professional and friendly.

When buying a house I feel like you are going to be told everything you want to hear from everyone during the process to get you to the closing table. No one will Make any money unless you sign those papers. This is what makes having the right home inspector so important. My inspection was set up through my realtors office and I made it a point to arrive unannounced to check the process. When I arrived 30 minutes late I found James in the house diligently making his way room to room checking on everything that you and I wouldn't think to check. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Also explained what was a major issue or what is merely cosmetic. This is truly the only time during the house buying process that I felt I am not just being told what I want to hear in order to get to the next step in the buying process. His report was thorough, impartial and easy to read and understand. I thought the price might have been a little high but with inflation rates under this administration you have to expect everything is costing a little more.

Got nothing but praises to sing for Ozzy and Peace of Mind Inspection Services! It's a madhouse in the real estate market right now. At least here in the Florida Panhandle it is. Ozzy has helped my family not once, but twice in a row now. I have experience as a Restoration professional and feel confident in my abilities to notice red flags when viewing properties. Ozzy always sees what I miss. And I miss a lot! His attention to detail is exactly what you want from a Home Inspector. Ozzy is also a positive person with a healthy dose of optimism. He is a "glass half full vs empty" kind of a guy. So you get an exceptional balance between objectivism and optimism. His reports are lengthy and detailed but broken in down in the easiest-to-digest format. I love his reports and how easy it is to quickly browse through and find what I'm most concerned about. The other incredible thing about Peace of Mind was how quick they provided their inspection and how I received their detailed report the very next day after their inspection! Both times I experienced this and both times I was impressed. Ozzy was available for detailed phone conversation every time I needed him and he was very pleasant to chat with, even as I drilled him with a million questions. Last thing to praise was the fact that I got my second inspection at no cost because it followed so quickly to the first inspection I had paid for and that first inspection revealed some red flags that had had back on the hunt. I still can't get over the quality of service I have received each time and the value I experienced. I will be recommending Peace of Mind to my entire network of friends and will be using Ozzy anytime we need an inspection. Look no further. This is who you want inspecting your potential home. He's a father and family man like myself and always considers the safety of your children when inspecting properties. That is priceless.
