If we pay the 1st of month (for the month) that's makes my rental space until the last day of that month. So if I want to move out Why should I move out on the last Day of my Fully Paid month, will you reimbursed me (1Day) that last Day of that month? Yes/No/Maybe! So I move out the 1st. and I was told that because I enter the premises on the 1st. (to move out my vehicle)
I NOW HAVE TO PAY FOR THE FULL MONTH?
A Prompt respond is needed, Please.

Desired outcome: I will pay you for that one day, if that's profitable for you and Fair for us.

I am having the same issue at a Public Storage at 7000 Professional Pkwy, lakewood ranch florida.
they want me to pay an entire months fee for one day, meanwhile, I am moving my possessions out on the first. I can't believe a storage facility bills like this. It is a complete rip off. you have the technology to prorate invoices and you should. You know people move at all different times of the month.
