Public Storage review: Not following contract, no security and no property manager.

Travelled to my storage locker in Oviedo Florida observed the security gate wide open and multiple vehicles coming in and out which I have pictures and videos of. Tried calling the office multiple times no answer left many messages for the property manager no call back. Why am I paying 268.00 for an outdoor 10x10 unit with this going on. The only reason I went there in the first place was to pay my bill in cash which is now late because of fraud on my banking account wtf.

Desired outcome: A call back obviously, an explanation and for them to know Iâ€™m moving and canceling my contract Iâ€™ve had for 5 plus years.
