Public Storage review: Illegal auto pay withdrawals, two of them. According to bank of america and our attorney this is two counts of fraud.

Without our permission Public Storage withdrew two amounts of money by using Auto pay. We have never given them to use Auto pay. This is two crimes of fraud according to Bank of America and our attorney.

I want that money returned to our account and then I will pay what is due.

I just think it is outrageous that a company can take money without permission.

How many other people have they done this to?
