celtic insurance is awful. my policy was rescended and i continued to have money
taken out of my bank for 2 months that. i went to the bank, had it stopped and put back in my account.

i have a bill for when i was coverd. they said its like i never had coverage cause it was resended. i paid for coverage for that month.

i think a class action suit should be filed against them. thety are scamers.
automated phone system does work. comcast won't admit it. sent 3 techs to my house.
its not a tech issue. it' s an internal issue. comcast refuses to admit their system isn't working.
their automated system needs up grading and less complication. an elderly person could not use it!

i am talking to someone no keeps putting me on hold. than transfered me.

everyone just sends me to someone else. nothing is getting done no matte what i say they say something else! hours day on the phone. no they are all talking in the back round! i hung up!

Its terrible customer service. setting up a service apt is a nightmare. you have to go through several prompts, listen to a bunch of recorded bs!
i canceled my apt, but was called this am to say the guy is on the way! more prompts and recorded bs,
finally got t a rep said apt was cancaled.
BBt requires all customers to change their I d at the beginning of the yr.
I have had problems since. I found out they changed the web page.
It would not take my info. Ave changed security questions several times.

I called today explained it won't remember me.
I was told now I have to enter security questions every time I log on.

I never get correct info from this bank I had to go the bank and get $ 12.00
back I was charged for phoning the bank. Pay to stay on hold!

bbt terrible service!
the number phone has too many prompts. always hard to get through.
Reps do not listen. Have to repeat many times. very frustrating.

Terrble service. over priced products, especially I phone x. call clarity is terrible. a. $ 11.000.00. phone should not ned $ 15, 00 a month insurance. it should work. at least for a phone call.
I don't go to the apple store, its awful. 3 people chheckimg you in and sitting you down. the tech is working withh multiple people at once!
Theyy don;t have email, and a very chat system. the compnyy os all about $. not customers.

cant through deploablr phone system! just say i can;t get, can't get! once tou finally get pat the bs, you sit on hold for ever. hearing messages to sign up for some service.

Social media twitter. just keeps giving prompts, wont admit phone system does work!
french door refridgetor has degin flaws. g e refuses to acknowledge it.

we shoud a class action suit. Ge needs to be resonable for its defective products!

yes xfinty customers should file a suit. service is deplorable. can't resolve any issue.
poor service and higher bills.
my phone was cut off and attempted to be switched without my consent.
no one knows how or why? unauthorized order.

its either verifying info, transferred and hold. incompetent reps.
web site does not work system glitch for three weks. icalled reps can't understand glitch. no u s a reps. as the compliant above the web site is non functioning! Att does understand that! doesn't want to i guess.

spent days on 20 min+ holds , esculations, transfers no resolve. Att just cares about profit not service!
constant spam emails. paypal can't tell you if its real or not. i n;y use paypal for ebay. isn;t like it even for that.

i got an email my account was closed. could not find info. account last 4 numbers are Wong!

once i fnally got through the phone system, that would not take my information. i finallly got a rep. four no account said it was spam. another rep said it was not.

i have excellent credit i don't want it damaged!

paypal is a scam. only used it for ebay. paypal needs to be shut down!

horrid non service. no one understands what you say . get to the wrong department. either hold, call social mdia number just recording. 3 months of hell . i wish i had not come back. other service didn't work in my area.

att is is 2 paper cups and a string!

I called apple customer service 6/17/22. the rep kept saying what what. had to repeat my info multiple times. they have rep who know nothing now, they you use have people who had tech knowledge.

The apple store gardens mall palm beach gardens. fl I can't even get an apt.

Apple I phone 13 has issues and no service to correct them!

Apple provides poor support for its products, which are expensive!
There was a rate change in January, i was not notifed. i found out in June, $ 35.00 a month. That is a rediclous increase. I am paying for the excutives house, etc.

After 2 days i it a enegry specialist, in the middle of the all i was hung up on!

people need to stand up to F P L! we are being ripped off!

For $ 35.00 more a month , they can have some customer service!

phone system is impossible!
i mailed an i phone back to apple on july 23 rd i kept tracking with fedx.

[protected]. it was at a facilty in Indiana for 4 days. Fedx kept delaying delivery!

When it was finally delivered the box was empty. The i phone 13 was stolen.

I am trying to get my $ 900.00 hold back from apple.

i can not contact anyone a fedx. I tried for days when i did someone the could not understand me.

poor service. just got out of the hospital. I old the pharamacy i need a medication i had to take it, told me to get it the next day, missed for doses end up in the hospital defibulator going off!

my friend had to get the other medication 15 miles away. rep rfusd to even make a call.
yes they are over charging! i live alone, and my bill is high and higher. i pay on time.

you can't speak to anyone on t ephone. i tried for 2 weeks. they say the are busy , hire more people, you hav planty of money!
ge lacks customer service. very rude, unhelpful/ french door refrigerator is awfully made. the handles break, doors do seal properly. ice maker had to be replace within 2 yrs. the door was also replaced. i can't replace the water filter. terrible product, bad service.

it sucks to be stuck with florida blue could find any other options. no rep speaks English, phone sysyem is impossible. every payment is a fight! just tranfred and transfred. and hold. usually hangs up. getting someone with a bran is impossible!

i have a icd medical device. no understand i have a montioring system. i want to make sure its covered. can't understand i dont need equipment!

on hold right now! getting superbisior, rep could not understand a thing. said what he thought it was,

this compny should be put out of business! rip off!
I recieved a bill from quest mar 1 2023

i paid it. Mar 5, 2023 billed for the sme bill again. i have tried to call them 45 min hold. i can't g online because i don't have the bill. they never give me the bill. i go through this issue every 6 months. i must have lab wok evry 6 months, because of heart meds.

thy are very stressful to deal with. if you get a rep , ( rarely). they don;t kno or can't find anything. deceptive billing practices.

poor customer service , took 3 reps and a supervisor to get my subscription. can't speak english, very rude, even spelling can't find your information. give in correct info.

i repeated numerous time could not find my information. poorly trained reps bad customer service sept 19

i tried calling customer service about my bill. system hangs up before i get a rep

tried again stuck in automated hell. Keep raising bills, no customer service. ripping off seniors!

Th most impossible automated system, our hell!

They jus care about lining their pockets , ripping customers off. i live alone and i aka senior, see raising bill
