Apple MacBook Pro (16-inch)

Good afternoon I am making a complaint to Amazon because some one had order items that I didn't they had order two lab tops which was the Apple Macbook Pro and I sent them back, they refunded me for one but not the other because I told them I was closing my account and they still owe me $2,542.94 c and they said they will not pay me the for the other return, yet they have both of them that is not fair I am a senior and I need my money can you please help me thanks.

Apple Macbook Pro Touchbar

The Macbook Pro (13-inch, 2019, 2 TBT3) (S.No. FVFZNMCWL40Y) purchased by me in 2020 got issues with the MLB and display within the warranty period which was replaced. However, post warranty period the same issue of unexpected shutdown of the machine cropped up again and the set was submitted with the Apple service centre (Job Sheet No. DC16740402). The Apple service centre related the issue with the firmware and reinstalled the firmware in MLB. After reinstalling firmware, while testing the set in the reliability at the Apple service centre, the display section of MLB got bad which was working perfectly fine previously. The Apple service centre is unable to justify how the display section of the MLB got bad when the service centre just updated the firmware which was previously working perfectly fine when the set was submitted with the service centre. It is evident that the issue is due to either negligence or mishandling and now the service centre is asking us to pay for the MLB charging exorbitant amount. No proper response to complaint raised with Apple support (Case No. [protected]). Whereas Apple vouches for quality and service, it is amply clear the product given to me was of inferior quality and or had inherit manufacturing defect and yet Apple doesn't care to look into genuine issues at customer's end.

Desired outcome: The MLB should be either repaired or replaced by Apple on free of cost basis

Apple Apple authorized dealer service in uruguay

Sirs, I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016), for which I learned two weeks ago that it has a Battery Replacement program (https://support.apple.com/13inch-macbookpro-battery-replacement) and my Mac clearly qualifies for it as checked with the serial number

C17SN3TFGVC1 I sent the computer for repair to your Authorized Dealer in Punta del Este, Uruguay, and they argue that it no longer qualifies given that it is older than 5 years, they propose a replacement of the full top of the computer for U$S 950 dollars, and, further if I do not accept the repair, I still have to pay U$S 20 for the diagnostic. I find this to be a total scam. Please take action

Apple iphone 14 128gb, starlight, serial # wd7q74qy0c

I purchased 9/18/2022 from Apple on line, an iphone 14, 128GB starlight, hardware serial #WD7Q74QY0C, agreement [protected], W1054212938 Apple order #. It was to be delivered 9/20/2022 from Fed Ex tracking #[protected]. Delivery was delayed until 9/23/2022. I filed a complaint due to the 3 day delay wuth Fed Ex on 9/21/2022 with no follow up.

When the package was delivered on 9/23/2022 at 1:14 pm, I signed for the box. It was unsealed and empty, in which I did not know.

Desired outcome: Provide 1 free year of insurance. Screen protector and case for the Iphone 14.Written apology for lack of product in received box.Improve delivery time and assure a systematic process so the cell phone is not stolen prior to delivery.

Apple need to complaint about service centre in chennai

I have bought iphone 11 on 3/05/2022.I have some issues in that mobile (auto delete contacts, network issues,battery drain)while i visit b2x service solution pvt ltd they behave very badly to the customers in front office person is treating very badly if we ask any more questions he will not reply and treat the customers very badly. Apple Apple Watch become black screen

My Apple Watch suddenly become black screen. I search the problem online, and found news that Apple have announced that some Series 6 Apple Watch suffer from the permanent blank screen issue. I take my watch to Apple store, but they said my watch not in the batch that can enjoy the repair offer, and I need to pay if I need to repair. I always proud of Apple’s quality. I cannot believe Apple product would suddenly out of order with proper use. And the news leads to think black screen is potential problem of Apple series 6, and Apple should have responsibility to fix the problem.

Apple Apple Watch Series 6

I bought an apple series 6 watch a little over a year a go.

In the first 6 months I went in the water with it and it died (I live in Malta, near the sea, I like to swim, normal swimming no diving or anything like that)

I took the watch to the dedicated apple repair shop and after like a month of waiting they told me my watch Died and it will be replaced with a new one.

Around end of august this year my 'new' watch died again ... in under a year of using. Again I had to take it to the repair shop and more bad luck.

After 2 weeks I called the shop and they could not provide any news/updates.

It seems like I will have to wait for more than 1 month based on what they told me, no actual date no product no nothing.

Now I am in the situation where I payed for a product that was faulty twice in under the time frame for the warranty and I have spent more than 20% of the time without my product.

No news when I will get it, I spent more on driving to the shop call and time doing all this than I would have spent on a new watch.

Nobody is trying to offer any help or resolutions ...

Desired outcome: I want a new watch I want a series 7 if they know that series 6 is faultyOr my money back on the watch.

Apple 2021 Macbook Pro M1 Max - Defective Display

Bought an Apple 2021 MacBook M1 30 days ago. The screen went dark and apple accepted it was a defective product. Apple changed the screen for free and had to wait for 4 days without a computer. They scratched the top case of the MacBook during the repair. I want it to be replaced with a new one since it is all apple's fault but they do not solve the problem.

Apple knowingly selling defective products and the service makes it even worse. Please reconsider spending 3500 USD on apple.

Apple Support website

Trying since June to remove activation lock on my grandson's iPhone, which I'm still paying for and it's not usable because it's locked. Tried to use the Apple Support app to go through the Activation Lock process and it stopped when I uploaded my proof of purchase of the iPhone. Tried so many times I lost count. Made two calls to Apple Support [protected]). That's a hard number to find, by the way, so write it down. Today [protected]) the support tech again said it might be "the system". Apple, a billion dollar corporation, has a crappy "system"? Ridiculous. Solution? Go to the nearest Apple store and get it unlocked. That's a 400-mile roundtrip for me. I guess that's what they think is good service to a paying customer: Take the money for their high-priced product, and if it's unusable because of their "security protocol", well, tough luck. Total BS and it makes me want to be rid of the three iPhones I currently pay for and just go with those other gadgets.

Desired outcome: Get the Apple Support website working like it's supposed to or remove the options that DON'T WORK so we don't waste our time.

Apple I'm being hacked on my iphone cyberhack

Good night,

My name is Esma Husejnovic and I have changed my number and I have purchased a new phone and I have changed services and I'm still being hacked on my phone and when I text family the hacker lives close by and isn't stopping harassing me or stalking me at all. I have made police reports but, nothing is working and they also come to the jobs a work at and have people say lies about me and I don't know who to turn to. I can be reached at [protected]. I can cannot attach photos on here because I'm using a protected site to contact you at. I also have evidences to proof my case and they have hacked my emails and yesterday they have said to me when I was talking to my sister that they will kidnap her dog and I told her about it, I have talked to the cops but the cops are being biased and taking there sides, I have a few names for the evidences. when I was on the phone with my sister, I told her it and I was trying to delete my Instagram account and they were trying to change my passwords and I deleted it but my sister said its not just deleted so I deleted everything off of the social media app. Thank you.

Apple False information which leads a bad purchase by Apple - Abu Dhabi

Dear apple,

The below incident happened to me for which I have already wrote email to [protected]@apple.com and till day I have never got any response. In another hope , I am writing to you so that someone from Apple can give me justice.

Email extract:

I am very disappointed with the level of false information that was shared to me by your staff, I don’t know his name but I have attached the receipt of my purchase from apple and I am sure your system can tell you who dealt with me for my purchase.

I first visited and met your staff on 18 July, my phone had fell down in water and I asked if it can be repaired. He informed me apple do not repair the liquid damaged phone but instead apple will take this phone and I will get a trade in option from apple for a new phone for which I will have to pay AED 2,300.

I inquired and asked the guy numerous times , almost 10 times if it is a new phone, It took me one month to visit apple next on 14 Aug as my wife is pregnant and it isn’t easy for her to commute. When I took my wife with me on 14 Aug to discuss with him again before buying and my wife asked him many times is it refurbished or new. He replied it will be a new phone and also shared with us that apple has 2 streams line , one is boxed phone sold in the market and one is this type which apple keeps for trade-in options.

My wife asked him is it a new phone , used phone or refurbished , the replied was “New”. She asked him will it be in new box and packed? He replied No it won’t be box packed but it will be new phone, only it will be in a white box. She asked him why is it in white box and not like any other apple phone that I buy, what is the difference between white box phone and a new iPhone packed box phone? He replied iPhone has these phones which are new packed in white boxes for technical and apple staff to buy. We got convinced it is a “new phone” outside the box and decided to purchase it.

On enquiring the warranty period and he replied 3 months. We inquired why just 3 months whereas new packed iPhones have a longer warranty period. He said because we are giving you a new phone in exchange of your old phone so this is trade-in that is why the warranty is 3 months and don’t worry the phone is new.

Once I paid, he said receipt will be sent on my gmail. I did not have web access then and there so I came home and checked my gmail only to find out that the warranty status says OW on the invoice. Have I been miscommunicated about the 3 months warranty?

After my purchase of this phone on that day, I asked sales man to help me with taking backup, and while backup was happening the phone was hanging up several times so I questioned him again for my re-assurance is this a new phone are you sure? He confirmed yes, sure.

Now that I am home and started using phone, I discovered this seems to be a used phone that is sold to me by apple in the name of a new phone? The attached screenshot shows the last reset of the phone that was sold to me happened in 2021 clearly, if this is a new phone then how come this data is available of a reset that happened way back last year. This clarifies for me that this isn’t a “new phone”.

I don’t have a problem that I bought a phone from apple but I clearly feel bad because your staff withheld the correct information and provided false information to the consumer in terms of using the language of a ‘new phone’ whereas phone isn’t new. If he had told me this will not be a new phone, my decision to buy this phone would not have happened. I may have gone for another apple product instead of paying for a second hand phone an amount of AED 2,300 to apple.

Nothing was clearly communicated and I feel heart broken of spending 2300 AED for only a repair of a phone. Also he verbally mentioned 3 months warranty to me several times and the invoice says OW. Also I trusted apple staff with all the above information he shared with me and signed on the papers he asked me believing his words and Now I am not sure as to what those papers even stated.

As a last hope, I am writing this department.

Apple Brain damage

I grew up in the 70s and 80s when we use to walk around with a pocket full of quarters to use pay phones. My brain never hurt my eyes were fine 2nd half of my life this miserable iPhone era has poisoned society I’m addicted to my phone it’s caused me brain damage mental health issues insulation issues social anxieties. Why did tech company’s ruin man kind. I don’t think god took into account the iPhone era when he created humans. The greatest thing the devil ever did was convince everyone he didn’t exist. The devil is in everyone’s hand the ruined humans as we know them

Apple Apple ID

On July 4th my phone prompted me to change my password. I did so but did not remember the new password. I locked myself out of my phone. I went to Apple Fredericton July 5th and they did a reboot. I went to sign into Apple ID and the verification code is being sent to my OLD phone number which I no longer have access to.

I then contacted Apple Support via phone later on July 5th and was told someone was resetting my password. This did not happen. I then spoke to Jessica on 9th July 2022 who assured me it would be taken care. She walked me through the reset process and that was it. I was NOT told to check or call back - I was told I would receive a txt with my new password set up - this did not happen.

I then called on 9th July and spoke to Kimberlee who again walked me through the process and assured me I would get a call back today 12 July finalize the reset process together. I did NOT receive a call back again! This has been the most frustrating experience. I was unable to share photos on my daughters 8th birthday on 10 July and also MISSED THE BIRTH announcement of my new nephew today due to these phone issues and me living away from my family. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED TODAY - the lack of customer service demonstrated by your team is horrendous and needs to be reviewed.

Apple Apple Card Status

I applied and was approved for an apple card under a different apple i.d I was told that if I wanted to have it changed, listed under a different apple i.d, that I would have to close that account and reapply. I literally have done that and now 3 weeks later, endless tried, I get a message saying that I can not be verified. NOBODY on that goldman sachs line is knowledgeable o helpful. What a waste of time and horrible experience.

Desired outcome: Speak with someone who understand and that can RESOLVE the issue.

Apple Apple iphone 13

I purchased an I phone 13 mar 2022

I had it reoplaced under warranty. This was after several trips to my carriers store, calls t tach support, apple service apt. The i. Phone 13 has terrible call quality. I have talked to my carrier, no issues, had my router checked, no resolve. I have called tech support numerous times.

The last tech was very unhelpful and had no tech knowledge. She said I should m y phone in for repair. I told her I have a medical condition and and a elderly mom, I ned my phone.

I coud get a genuis bar apt, I wa told to go to best buy.

This $ 800.00 phone should be able to be used as a phone. The call clarity is awful. The touch screen stinks. Apple needs to have updates (arg) to improve this phone. Apple products are expensive and service is poor. You have to buy the plug for $ 29.00. For $800.00 they can afford to supply the plug.

Apple is all about profit, no lnger cares about customers.

Desired outcome: a i phpne 13 that i can use as a phone. that i can be safe in a medical emergency. that i can call my elderly mother.

I called apple customer service 6/17/22. the rep kept saying what what. had to repeat my info multiple times. they have rep who know nothing now, they you use have people who had tech knowledge.

The apple store gardens mall palm beach gardens. fl I can't even get an apt.

Apple I phone 13 has issues and no service to correct them!

Apple Repair Service

My daughters Mac Pro died on her the other day. No power, no flicker, nothing. We went to an Apple center and they said they would have to replace the mother board for $587. Fine, sounded fair to me. They sent it out for repair and the tech said they found water damage and sent us a couple of pictures. The water damage was an eye dropper size stain. Again fair enough there was no warranty anyway. We would pay the $587 out of pocket. Nope. The new quote to fix is now $1299. I called and asked what can cost an additional $721 when the logic board (the key component) was only $587. They said they would have to replace everything, clean filters and replace sensors. So let me get this straight. You are going to charge me $1299 to fix the computer and give it back to me with the original screen and case when I can buy a brand new one for the same exact price. Does this make sense to anyone? We already lost the data. If they would be able to save that and send it back then I would pay almost any price. I'm baffled. I'm having them send back the system and I will buy a logic board and replace it myself.

Apple Tik tok charges not authorized!

I am hoping you can help. I was charged by Apple on May 7, 2022 for two charges totaling $557.00. The charges stem from Tik Tok which I never authorized. I had no idea there were charges pending or I would have contacted Apple immediately and told them to not allow the charge. I was not notified of the charges. I tried using my bank card to purchase a $7 pair of nylons for a funeral and my card was not accepted. The next day I tried to purchase gas and my card was declined. I knew I had money in the account so I checked my bank app to see the charges. I immediately contacted Apple and was informed Tik Tok had been scamming people and taking money from accounts. I requested a refund. I was not notified of the decision that I was denied a refund. I contacted Apple again as my bank had not seen the refund come through. A dispute was put in and again denied. No one can give me a reason for the denial-just told a review board made the decision. Funny thing is I cannot even open a new claim because the "purchase" does not appear in my purchases on my device. I cannot afford $557 for an app I have no interest in really and have since deleted. I have minor children who would never know how to bypass my password protected purchases. I sincerely hope you can help me get back what I lost and did not authorize.
