I started hair removal for my upper lip and chair three years ago at American Laser Center in Farmington Hills MI. Today they gave me a letter stating my two year guarantee is up.I will start by telling you when i went in for the first time the manager told me i would need six treatments. After six i get a two year guarantee for any hair that my return. I thought well this won't take that long it is probably worth it. Now after three years and about thirty treatments later NOTHING! No reduction what so ever! I called headquarters to complain and they said the medical board won't review a file unless they have been double passed four times. which i have had done at least ten, but guess what only three are on my file. This company is a scam please if you want to remove hair do not go here.

EMC Mortgage is very hard to get along with and they shield their supervisors/managers also. I pay my mortgage on line. When I made my September payment it seems that EMC took double the payment I designated for both first and second mortgages. After 5 days of sending bank statements and explanations to at least 5 different people I finally have received a check for my money they tried to keep. Well that's not all, Now I find out that EMC is charging me a late fee and they have reported to the credit bureaus that I was late on my payments. Yeah maybe so, but it was due to their CareNet problem. I will not be using electronic payments any longer with these people. Paper checks in the mail will be good enough for them. Also I am very tempted to quit claim the house and let them take it. I'll take the loss off my income tax. My Accountant will be the deciding factor on that one.

I was surprised when Advanta issued me a credit card with a 7.99% interest rate for up to $5, 000.00, after I had lost everything and had to declare bankruptcy. I thought it was a blessing. I had no idea Advanta had targetted me to rip me off. When my credit amount reached 95%, Advanta changed to 30.80%. All those affected must complain to Congress and demand a criminal investigation against Advanta Bank Corp. Also send your complaints to Fox News, CNN and MSNBC, plus file with your State Attorney General for fraud! Let's get rid of all financial predators! Email me use subject "Advanta".

I feel like an darn idiot, I ordered a Swiss Submariner from Global Replica. I talked to someone claiming to be Garry. I was told that the watch was 18k Solid gold and Swiss movement. Bull, I received the watch 2 days later and gave my postal money order made out to WWR-LTD to the Fed Ex Driver. I was not allowed to inspect the watch prior to giving the money order to the driver. I opened up the box and found a $50.00 china replica. I called the Company and talked to Garry. he said he would ship out the right watch the next day. I am a Police Chief and should have known a scam when it hit me in the face. No watch came. Every time I called the same voice now Garry, Joe, Nathan would hang up on me. I had one of my Detectives call and he got Nathan alias Garry, Joe and whom ever. He told the detective he would send out the right watch. A few day's later a watch did come but it was not a Swiss solid gold, just another $50.00 China watch. This company is a scam as is their other names such as World Wide Replica, Global Purses and several others. The guy running the scam is Joseph Wunch IV, and his son Joseph Wunch III. Both were arrested in Bay County Fla in 2017 for the same thing. We are on there trail and they will be arrested. If you are a victim call Det. Jimmy Claxton Surf City P.D. [protected], we are working with the FBI, Fed EX, The Postal Service and others to arrest these bums.

Acai Berry sent me a free trial except for shipping of 3.87. Then without my authorization or approval they sent me another bottle 5 days after they took 79.86 from my account. I never agreed to continue with this product. Never signed anything or verbally told anyone. This is a real scam, and they should be stopped. This company also used Oprah Winfrey's name associated with this product. I had originally tried to get the free sample on line and it wouldn't go thru, then a few hours later I get this phone call from the company. I guess I should have been smart enough to figure something smelled fishy.
I would like to return your product. I have tried for two days several attempts to try to reach HYDRODERM by phone using several different numbers provided by my bank and your website [protected], [protected], [protected] every attempt getting a busy signal and the website with login being no existent. This is highly unlikely if you are a legitimate company that is trying to uphold the integrity of your products and product name. “Our commitment to excellence and skincare advancement delivers quality products that simplify your beauty regimen.” I fully intend to dispute any further charges from your company! I am sending your product back via UPS signature required with out an (RMA) because of lack of communication on your part. If my visa card is charged it is THEFT Credit card fraud is a felony and punishable by heavy fines and imprisonment!

Customer service should be renamed as Delivery Scheduler, it's appropriate that's all they can do for us, that's all they did to us. For other requests the answer was "talk or call the driver" or "the driver will call you" or "call your local store, maybe they can help you" and my favorite alibi from them "we're located in Florida so we don't have any control of what the driver schedules will be that day of delivery since we're not in your state" (translation:we don't have time for you, hang up your phone Now!)

This is the biggest scam ever and nobody seems to be fixing the problem. I also bought tickets for 1400. oo and got a phone call saying they didn't have them. I was so shocked that I told the guy on the phone that something didn't seem right and I felt like I was getting scammed. he then started yelling at me because I used the word scam. I just hung up on him and new something wasn't right. so thats when I read all these notes posted by everyone and just contacted my credit card company. I still get calls from the company telling me to go to there sight and they'll refund me my money. this is also part of there scam, someone needs to put them all in jail.

Consumers please contact better business or any other consumer fraud company that you can engage to get this scam company stopped. This company cannot let this many complaints go unheard. Also this company is putting your info on a mailing list and selling your info. Cancel your card immediately. I received a phone call at work which I know was provided by this Acai company because it is a fairly new number and have not used it on the internet. They were sending me a gas card free (you know what this means) and they had the last 4 digits of my credit card. I asked and they said i would have to call there home office to find out who provided the number, I already know but will call since I reported my card stolen which it is since this company passed my credit card info. So I will get my justice by pursuing ACAI of stolen credit card fraud.

I wrote a previous complaint about AT&T on 8/21. They ported our telephone number without our authorization. At least three AT&T employees - including supervisors- lied to us and told us that AT&T had not ported the number. We even had Time Warner draft a letter with all of the transfer information in it, and AT&T would still not confess to porting the number. We ended up without a landline for two weeks. And THEN, Time Warner charged us $20 to get the number back for us. The way AT&T is allowed to operate and treat people is criminal.

This is the scam they are pulling--they lure you in with a coupon to buying more flowers and when you click on it--you are signed up by putting in your zip. One would think that with my monthly $14.95 charge, I would get mail or an email telling me about the benefits and discounts that my money is buying. I received nothing-- Below is the bull-email that I got from ProFlowers.

"Thank you for contacting us. We really appreciate your feedback in the EasySaver Rewards program and I am so sorry for your poor experience. Rest assured, we take your comments seriously, and we are on your side. Let me take a moment to just summarize the program enrollment.

After you make a purchase on our site, we offer a $15 coupon. If you click on that coupon you will land on a registration page to join our EasySaver program. In order to enroll and receive the coupon, you must enter your email address and zip code which is the acceptance of the terms and conditions of the program. Within the terms stated to the left of the "accept" button, is the enrollment process and states the charge of the program. Our goal is not to have you in the program if you did not wish to enroll and we apologize if this was confusing. If you have not already done so and would like to cancel this membership, feel free to call EasySaver Rewards directly at [protected] and simple instructions will be provided to you to cancel and refunded.

We totally understand your frustration and will attempt to clarify the enrollment process for future customers. To follow up, I am going to forward your valuable comments to our partner group that oversees the program. Our customer experience is of the utmost importance and we will do anything to improve your future shopping experiences.

Once again, we apologize for your poor experience and we are here to help in any other way necessary. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week."

www.acemovers.ca I found this company off the internet and the website seems legitimate. Little did i know that they are big time scammers. The guy on the phone quoted me $49per hour with 2 guys and stairs extra and minimum 3 hours with travel time.

The movers came to my mothers for first pick up and made her sign a contract. The contract was bogus and had additional charges. When they were supposed to unload they wanted me to pay first. The charges were doubled. They hold my goods for ransom as hostage until i pay them.

They charged me for 10 hours instead of 5 hours. They added travel time when the job was already over the minimum time. They added stairs when there were only three steps to my mothers house. My whole family helped them move stuff down the three steps.

They added heavy items which was supposed to be $20 per item that was over 100 pounds.I only had one item that was. Remember it's per individual item that would have to be over 100 pounds not per box.

They added a dispatch fee when there was none to be charged, dispatch fee only applies if the move is going in or out of GTA. The whole move was within GTA. Km charges was also applied when there should be none the same since it is only within the GTA the same rule applies.

The total was outrageous... my whole family had to pitch in all the money we had. I made a deal with their boss Moe that we would settle $200.00 less but we would help bring the goods up to my new place. They unloaded the truck after I paid them but they did not bring my stuff up to my new place. My whole family had to help me bring everything up. They just left my stuff at the front lawn.

These guys are professional scammers please do not hire this company. I hope they go out of business, there should be no company that can exist using this fraudulent business tactics.

Performance Health USA is a real scam. I ordered a trail of the Acai Berry diet pills for the cost only for the shipping and handling of $4.95. A week later may bank account was charged $47.50 without my permission and for a product that I did not order.

I called the number [protected] and only got a recording to go the the website. When you go the the website www.gohelpnow.com you still can not get any help. I have tried now for two weeks to get in touch with this company. Still no luck.

I paid once on Eharmony, the men they sent were less than pleasing to the eye, very old, very obese, or would close before contacting me. They kept sending me men and finally I broke down and paid again. The same results, this time they renewed even after I had closed down my profile. I'm supposed to get my money back... that remains to be seen. Eharmony is a waste of time, no one should ever use that site. They should not except profiles from people that will not submit a picture, or not send them to paying customers as prospects. No picture who are you talking to? I don't care how many people they say they have matched. It is probably one person in 2 or 3 thousand that finds someone. Just think how much money they can get if thousands try their service only once. It would also depend on how desperate you were to have someone. I was a fool twice read and a take heed. It is a total waste of very good money in this economy.
This company calls our place of business several times daily regarding a debt that was charged off by B of A 2 years ago. The account is my mother-laws-account. B of A was given a letter instructing them that since the account was charged off they need to cease and desist any further contact with her. Well B o A must not have told the collection agency because the calls keep coming. Since I answer the business phone I just tell them she is not here. I am waiting for one of them to speak with me so I can nail them for third party conversation. I do not think they can legally collect anything since the account was charged off and they would have to proog validity if we were to send a validation letter. So any of you in a position getting harassing calls simply go on line and get a sample of a debt validation letter. They must proof debt to them in order to successfully collect. However, you must not have had any commitments of money to them as that would give them proof of your acknowledging the debt with the. So offer no info do not respond just listen and if they ask your intentions answer "I must verify this before having any further conversation, Goodbye" HANG-UP IMMEDIATELY!

I also think Direct buy is a SCAM!... my bf and I got sucked into there "script" of a presentation, they told us we would save big bucks on all of our hardwood, tile and granite amongst other things... well after paying our $5000 membership fee we realized that there was no saving on any of our hardwood and tile... we ended up buying it retail... and as for the granite, it was actually cheaper to get it at the same manufacture as direct buy!... We furnished 4 of our rooms with plasmas and it was A LOT cheaper to buy the t.v's @ best buy!... The pricing on all leather couches were ridiculous at Direct buy the only things i can honestly say were cheaper were the mattress sets and a hutch for our dining room(and might i add very very little selection)... very very sour... i wish these was a way to get out of this financed membership fee!
In October 2017, Alltel put on my bill $169 for equipment we did not have. When I called the 800 customer service, they told me to go to the store that had put the charge on - 100 miles away. Then I asked what good would that do anyway, it would be their word against mine, and the associate told me they could track it. I said what good is that if they discover it is in use somewhere in that city and she replied well, there is nothing we can do. I asked for the manager, got him and he tracked it and said that particular store had it as a loaner and his records showed it was loaned out to someone else. He said he would credit it. Then it was not credited. When I called back, I was told sorry, I can't help you he was in another call center. I am refusing to pay the bill. Cell phone companies are scammers!

I agree with every complaint on here. This is a scam. I called, waiting on hold for about 20 minutes before I got a hold of anyone. When I finally got through to someone, the lady was completely rude. I told her that any legitimate company would have a "terms and conditions" box that you have to check saying that you've read and understand. She's all "well, thats your prerogative". After that, I said I wanted to speak to her manager, she's all "they're going to say the same thing as me and you'll have to wait on hold for 30 minutes", I said "fine, I'll wait on hold for 30 minutes, I want to speak to your manager". She's all "fine" and put me on hold, which I was on for about 2 minutes before they disconnected me. So, WHATEVER! I filed a dispute with my credit union, which they were really cool about and I got the money credited back in my account while they look into it. We'll see if I get my money back.

My advice TAKE IT TO YOUR BANK, DISPUTE IT!
I am complaining about a company that is called Allied Interstate. They call my house 4 or 5 times everyday for a month now. The person that they say owes them the money does not even have the same last name as us. I tried telling them that and they agreed to take my number off of their system but that was a week ago. When I called them today they told me I owe the money and to just pay up. I can not believe that a company can be so pathetic and still be in business. I have no idea on how to make them stop. Any suggestions?

Time Warner seems to think that by using their telephone operators the Supervisors and CEO's can hide behind them, only to have the clients not getting great service and yet take our money.

I am tired of getting disconnected from my internet sessions and not getting my TV working properly there for all my "tapings" on their DVR are not taping because there is no signal. Then it comes back all by it self within a few minutes at the most an hour or so. When you call they always want to set up an appt, Meaning YOU cannot be out of the house for an entire half or full day waiting for them and then they don't show up...
HSBC mortgage services is now beginning to contact customers about past due mortgages, even if the account is current, and is within the allotted grace period. I was contacted 5 days after the due date on my mortgage, on my cell phone no less! When asked if the policy had changed, and why I was not notified, I was given the standard "it's an automated dialing system" response. This is ridiculous and and outrage. Why should people who are in good standing on mortgages now be subject to the same policies as defaulters? These people have absolutely no clue as to what a mortgage agreement entails, except for how they decide to interpret it.

We took our car in because it wasn’t shifting correctly. At first we were assured it could be fixed, and were charged $1500. Two days later we were informed that the problem they “repaired” wasn’t the problem, and it would cost an additional $900 to “fix” it this time. We refused to pay this additional cost. When we asked them to put our car back as it was and refund our money they refused. Long story short, it took them 24 days to reset our computer (resetting a computer takes approx. 1 hour). Our car went to 3 different locations in AZ (9723 E Southern Ave., 5026 E Main, and 2341 S Val Vista). Every day we had to call and speak to managers. In the end, though we DID pay for many frivolous repairs, I will admit, it seemed to be shifting correctly. The HUGE crack in our windshield when we got it back though was not Aamco’s problem, since we couldn’t PROVE it wasn’t there when we brought the car in. What a nightmare!

My husband adds me to his AT&T wireless account in May. I have had non-stop problems with my phone and service since. I was a former customer for 6 years, with my new husband a customer longer than that. My 6 year old Nokia has always worked. My 5 month old Samsung is a total piece of crap. It doesn't receive calls. It doesn't receive texts. It never sends texts that it confirms were sent. Four bars = no cell service.

I was told that IN AUSTIN TEXAS there seems to be an abundance of spots where AT&T doesn't work... Of course, my husband's phone works in these spots. Solution: they would be happy to waive the 2 year upgrade requirements, but I would need to pay the difference, plus $75.

Today I got to stop by a store (no help, but I did manage to tell a few customers that they needed to rethink their wireless choice), spend 40 minutes of my time talking to AT&T cust service, and convince 9 co-workers not to use AT&T. Oh, and of course... write this. My husband, has taken the time to sit on customer service with them, only to be transferred to their warranty department, at which time he was disconnected.

Moral of the story... Once this contract expires, I will run... not walk... from AT&T. Until then, I will tell every single person I meet about the problems I have had. I am considering having "I hate my AT&T Phone... ASK ME WHY!" Bumper stickers and pins made up.

If you have had AT&T issues, I encourage you to tell everyone you know your experiences!

If your calling someones house at least you can say what the nature or the call is. Maybe that might not be their (customer) telephone. You know people do use other peoples' phone, and if your not following the laws then how do you expect for people to pay their bills, see this is why the consumer doesn't care about paying bills anymore.

Some people don't want to be bothered by the same stupid a-- person that we just spoke with an hour ago. Stop harassing and just ease up on the calls. You call all day don't you get tired?
