They reported that we had sufficient funds and then, since that wasn't really the case, when the account was debited, we had to pay the over-draft penalty again! They create these issues almost every month. We thought it was the result of a glitch, or that the agent was on drugs, but it's because it's company policy to SKIM accounts.
What they practice is piracy and offering false information in order to steal, is a criminal fraud. Companies or groups that agree to commit a criminal act, as a matter of POLICY, violate the Rico Act; which is a law created to prosecute criminal organizations, or rackets who's policy it is to practice criminal level violations of the law.
Only, in this case, they generate the error that produces the theft that creates the bonuses. They found a new niche and are working it to death, because they assume no risk, so far.
I am so happy I started reading the posts on this site and now I'm not alone in my frustration with this bank and their continual pillaging of my bank account with their outrageous NSF fees! I can't believe it's now legal for them to charge you $35 when you have an automatic bill pay set up & there isn't enough money in the account. I started school so my husband and I decided that we needed a computer, We purchased an HP notebook laptop, it was the best buy the store had so we got it, Had everything installed, looked nice, worked nice for the first 3 days then it crashed, so we took it back and got another HP laptop, got everything installed and it looked nice yet again, we took it home worked nice and fast, but wouldn't let me download ANYTHING so yet again we took it back to best buy, and they said they would need to run tests on the computer and someone would call me with in a few hours to let me know what was wrong with my computer, so yet again I was out of a computer. I waited and waited for them to call me and no one did, I ended up calling them, and got put on hold for 45 minutes while they looked up the status of my computer. Then the guy says "your CPU went and needs to be shipped back to the company to get fixed." so I told them to send it back, then he tells me that it will take 4-6 WEEKS to get back. I got flustered and said whatever. I talked it over with my husband and we decided that we could not wait and wanted a new computer. We spoke to an associate and he said to come in and we would talk about this. We went in and they wanted to sell us a beater, that I was not interested in. I mean my computer has to last me my entire college career and my husbands, so we got a Toshiba, and so far it has worked. I mean seriously both computers CPU's going with in a month? odd and not very likely I don't think they were the best buy after all.
I have had only good experiences with this company.I dont have a credit card so they let me do a cash deposit. I have read some bad things on the internet about them and decided people need to hear my experiences. I get in and out with no hassles. I would recommend them to anyone.
The only way 2 stop them from receiving payment is 2 cancel your credit charge or change your debit card information as I am about 2 do. Dam Biotab and its product :-( When u try 2 contact costumer service all u receive is a automated service and 4 some reason it is all of the time @ least 4 me. The product it self 4 me has not brought on much of a change. I feel has most of u feel that the product is not worth the $$$.

I recently rented a living room set from RAC. I was hesitant about renting it after a friend of mine told me that they delivered a bed to him and brought *** roaches into his house. I have been a very good costumer for over 10 years. I spoke with the manager and he assured me that it was the other store that had delivered the bed (there are two stores in my town Hornell NY) He also assured me that the problem was taken care of. Last night a little over a week of having the furniture I noticed a bug crawling on my wall heading to a swag hanging on my wall. I yelled to my husband that I wanted to know if this was a *** roach. He is from mexico so I knew he would know if it was or not because I didn't know what they looked like. It sure was and it was carrying eggs. I was so pissed I tried to call the store but it was already closed this was just last night and today is Sunday and they are not open. I don't know what to do because I had them take away my old furniture when they brought the new furniture. I know that they will send someone to get rid of them but its the fact that they are not doing there jobs for something like this to happen. I am not paying to have these disgusting bugs brought into my house. I plan to go to the papers and to the health department regarding this problem. Who knows how many other people have had *** roaches brought into their house and don't realize it yet. They obviously have an infestation in there store especially since my furniture came directly from the store floor. I would like to know what the policy is supposed to be when an item is returned to the store. You would think that they spray the stuff or do something knowing that there is a possibility of something like this happening. When I am done letting people know what is going on I will be surprised if anyone does business with RAC again!
1. Expedia inflated event ticket prices. Prior to booking my vacation package, expenses looked reasonable. My total bill added up to an enormous price after taxes and service fees. The event vendor site was selling the same tickets for the same event $15 less per ticket--without the service fees.
2. Expedia gave me tickets(vouchers which have to be redeemed 2 hours before showtime--what am I paying them for?)for the 10:30 show when I asked for the 7:30 show. After booking, I asked them to correct this and they said that they do not have tickets for the showtime I requested, although the vendor had tickets for all available showtimes.
3. Changes will not be made. When I asked them to give me tickets for my requested show time, Expedia only quoted "no changes/no cancellations" policy.
4. Expedia will not give me an itemized expense receipt for the vacation package. They will only tell me the air fare expense. The hotel and event expenses are lumped together.
I have read the replies about evercon and have dealt with their non english speaking reps. But I went up the ladder and found that Law enforcement and gov officials don't want to hear about it. this leads me to believe they are getting something out of the scam. It wont happen but if everyone stopped using it till they change services they would change in PDQ. Doxy claims that they issued me a refund on September 20th for my order of almost $100. It took FOREVER to actually get a response, and then FINALLY they are issuing me a refund. I have called my credit card company and no such contact or refund has been made. It is now October 11th - they claimed it would take 2-3 business days to process.
WHAT A FRAUD! Luckily I had already contacted my credit card company and they have been working fabulously with me and have already issued a temporary refund so at least I'm not getting charged interest in the meantime.

I have been doing business for 9 years with TCF bank. Never been late with our mortgage. Yet when I called for a deferment, I got to see their true colors. First I was told I needed to call back when I was one day late. Then I was told to cb when 30 days late. I called the supervisor who told me I was not qualified anyway because I was unemployed. Now if I was employed would I be calling for a deferment? Now I am scared that I will end up in foreclosure. Despite the fact I tried to make arrangements long before any of my payments were late. Stay away from TCF mortgage.
Never ever buy Sirius Radio's life time membership. Once bought you don't exist. I payed $594 and have never received any service from them. For some reason my password will not access their internet radio - and they don't care - because they have my money. I have spoken several times to their customer no service and it's always "we will get back with you" but they never do. The unit is in a motorhome so it is only available when traveling and right now we are stuck at home. We were looking forward to using the internet radio but they won't turn it on for us. Never ever pay up front. They really don't care.
I have gotten some very scary, threatening phone calls leaving messages for me to return the call within 24 hours, "OR ELSE!", or with my sister, a message was left, "she has 24 hours to call me back, OR ELSE!" Of course, my sister was afraid (she was housesitting and had no idea what that was about!) She called me and I called back IMMEDIATELY, left a message, and WAS NOT CALLED BACK for a week, and was then called by a completely different person. THIS person was much nicer, and I agreed to pay my debt in full (a bounced check I was not even aware of that someone bounced on ME, not even my check, that had put my petty cash bank account into overdrawn status) He agreed to fax me a letter stating that this debt had been paid in full by the next day. It is now 3 days later and I have not received a fax and he cannot be reached by phone. Ridiculous! And they want to question our sense of ethics?
On August 31, I had a reservation in Burlington VT to pick up a compact car about 12:30 am. I called the day before to confirm the reservation. When I arrived, I was told there were no cars available. Of course I asked why do you bother to take reservations then? To add insult to injury, since it was Labor Day weekend there were no rooms available in Burlington so I had to sleep in the airport. Then the next day the only car I could find was an SUV from another rental company so my gas costs were substantially more than they would have been with the car that I had reserved. Needless to say, Thrifty which we have rented with about 20 times in the past 5 years will no longer be getting any of our business. So unless you enjoy sleeping in airports, just consider this a word to the wise!

About 3 months ago, I purchased a one time reverse directory phone number search. I did not ask for or want a monthly service. Nothing during the online process of purchasing the lookup said anything about getting a monthly service. The email receipt I received shortly thereafter detailed the reverse directory lookup I asked for but said nothing about a monthly service. However, for the last 3 months, they have been charging me for Monthly services and they have not yet responded to the email I sent last week to stop the service and refund my money. I do not recommend this company!
I purchased a vehicle from them in 2017. My payments are $466.60 for a mini van that originally cost $18, 000. I have been paying on the vehicle for 4 years, and will continue paying until 2017. I have been unemployed for one year, and have done my best to keep up with the payments. But they say that they DO NOT have a "grace period". So if you're ONE DAY lete, they start calling YOU, AND EVERYONE THAT YOU KNOW!
My boyfriend's STEP-FATHER got a phone call, and so did my Aunt who lives 1300 miles away from me, whom I haven't spoken to in 3 years.
They told me that this was perfectly legal, and they wouldn't stop doing it because their tactic "worked" because I called them to complain.
I told them that I could pay my one payment that I'm behind, PLUS the current month's payment on 10/3 (11 days from today), and they said NO! They told me that I had until Friday.
In this economy, you'd think that they would understand, and be willing to work with people. I told them that I got a full time job, and once I started getting paid on the 3rd, I would be current every month. But that wasn't good enough for them.
They call 15 times per day! They threaten to repossess the vehicle and they harrass you. At this point, I honestly wish they would just repossess the van and end my personal HELL with them!
Driver leaves a package on the side of the house and does not leave a delivery notice. It rains and my carpet tiles are ruined. I thought your drivers were trained. Will never ship with your company. UPS is better company.
A relative brought my daughter a walker and she ordered online through Circut City. Well when It got her I was all excited but there was one problem when I opened it. It was nasty used. Yes I said nasty used. I didn't even want to tough it. So I emailed my fathers wife and sent pictures along with it. it was horrible I will never order anything from them ever.
I did send it back but the *** kicker is that I had to go to the store to return it and they did return the funds back to her credit card. but that was a waste if time for sure. They just lost a customer that they never even had.

I began by ordering a free whopper with an LSU calendar card promotional device when I ordered the value meal offering a free whopper with the card. I was in the service drive through lane.
My order was taken and I requested the fixings on the side. I had only brought $5 as I have just returned to New Orleans after evacuating hurricane Gustav, and then Lake Charles for Ike and I am budgeting my money. The order totaled $5.59 and the clerk told me not to worry about the .59cents.
I felt wonderful and loved by Burger King; she was very, very Christian about the entire experience. I was embarrassed that I had not brought enough money, thinking incorrectly that the deal was a buy one whopper get one whopper free. She was very courteous and considerate.
I got a large fry with my value meal out of the kindness of her and the other worker�s hearts; they could easily see all my belongings piled into my car.
While my order was being prepared a man stopped his car, blocking the safe egress, (the exit) from your Burger King to-go service lane and property. He got out of his car and started to talk on his cell phone. I immediately became suspicious. In New Orleans, when you block the egress from a property that is busy with cars constantly exiting, you must be suspicious otherwise you are just being very, very naive.
I was blocked from exiting your property and underwent a tremendous amount of stress. In Iraq, I would have followed and executed the training you are certainly familiar with hearing about on the news.
Without driving up onto the very high curb and risking damage to myself and the underside of my automobile, I could not exit your property. I pondered the possibility that driving up onto the high curb might rip open my gas tank and ignite, thus injuring myself, the man blocking my exit, and any innocents walking by your Burger King property. Caution got the better of me and training stepped in, I took the risk of striking this completely irrational individual�s automobile, (he responded only with increasing belligerence to my demands to cease and desist his criminal activity of blocking a property egress in New Orleans).
You really should forward this to an Attorney who is not out to lunch. I am so angry right now I could shatter my own teeth.
Some of your customers have taken other people�s lives, in the service of this great nation in the armed forces. When they find themselves blocked both front and back, (like in Iraq before the sooiside truck that is blocking you from the back dets), some of these soldiers who fought for your freedoms get extremely worried and move into their training to protect themselves and others from potential car-jacking or robbery.
Do you make it a regular policy to instruct your customers to block the egress from your Burger King property? If so, you are in conspiratoral felony violation of the law with respect to Federal Disater area law, and New Orleans laws.
COMMON SENSE:
Blocking a car into a food service lane is a preferred technique of car-jackers and robbers. In New Orleans during a high time of stress after these storms, blocking a vehicle into the service lane at the directions of your management is tantamount to criminal activity, is inciting and indeed, according to New Orleans traffic ordinances it is a CRIME to block or to cause the blocking of the egress of any building or property for EXACTLY the reasons I have stated.
After continuing and escalating argument with this individual, I felt endangered because of his criminal conduct, (knowingly and purposefully blocking egress from a highly trafficked exit from private property). This is a very real crime, and that man choose to engage in criminal activity because somebody working at the Burger King told him to stay there and wait for his food. That is collusion on the part of your employees in criminal activity, it couldn�t be clearer. You are setting up your low level employees. Take responsibility for your property and the safety of your customers. Be a good American, or don�t be one at all.

The blocking egress law does not exist to ameliorate irate homeowners; it is to protect people from car-jackings and robberies that are staged by blocking a vehicle. If you do not understand our laws and continue to break these laws, then you will not be allowed to do business in New Orleans. I am watching this Burger King as it is near my home. If anyone is injured or any person�s property is damaged on your Burger King property then I will make it a point of providing the video of what happened to me to that party. Often in a civil trial for damages, managerial and director level incompetence is cited to prove another incidence of incompetence.
I have researched the criminal records online of the property that this Burger King is on. This Burger King has been known for murders and assaults and the Rally�s around the corner has had 3 cold-blooded murders on its property in the last seven years.
Ask yourself now; what would you do if I blocked you, your children, and your wife into a Burger King drive through lane. What would you do? Would you sit there and be worried, perhaps terrified as the transients walked past your car and sneered at you?
Or would you act to protect yourself and your family from very real, potential harm?
I suggest you let somebody from New Orleans read my letter, because if at this point you do not understand what I am talking about, then you should not have a family because you will not be able to protect them.
When a car is blocked into a Burger King service lane at the orders of management, and a car-jacking or robbery occurs, you will be responsible for any injuries that occur as a result of any attempt by the victims to defend themselves or to escape that restraining behavior. I believe I could make a case for temporary kidnapping, and smear you so badly on google, that your Burger Kings would never recover. I called out to this individual who was blocking the egress of your Burger King property and told him he was in violation of New Orleans law for blocking my exit from your property that he was making me extremely nervous and in blocking my egress from your property he was in VIOLATION OF MY CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. Please review your audio and videotape of this incident; I may subpoena this audio and videotape if required, when I choose to file a lawsuit against your corporation. I have 2 years to decide if I want to file a lawsuit. If you do not know the law in New Orleans, then educate yourself or choose legal peril.
I would argue in court that you were aware of the dangers of blocking your customers into the service lane in the M-U-R-D+E&R CAPITAL of the United States of America, and that you were aware of the level of violent crime in that area. You would lose this civil suit. I would sue you for Ten Million Dollars and I would win. Every single document would attach as addendum to the audio and videotape that I took of the incident as well as the audio and videotape your cameras received. If you attempt to destroy that evidence, which is now evidentiary in my civil claim against you, that would be Rico and Racketeering conspiracy to destroy electronic evidence which is also a FELONY violation of the USA Patriot Act. My printer was only 5 months old. It would not recognize brand new, HP- brand cartridges installed. Went to self-help on web site--no help. Next, I tried chat support. The tech went through the same steps I already did via self-help. The chat tech was a horrible typist and speller. Email support was next. The emails were confusing, with words all over the place. The same procedure was prescribed that I already tried twice. The email tech thought I was trying to fix a 4315v, not a J4540. Phone support was last, and I could not understand a word the caller said. I gave up, wrote HP headquarters a letter, and said Sayonara for ever.
