I recently went in for an interview at LH International. I had one interview with them where they were reluctant to tell me what exactly the new hires would be doing and they could not give me any sort of estimate on what pay would be. I assured them I understood it was entry level but I continued to probe the interviewer with questions on what exactly the new hires would be doing and they could not give me a straight answer except that if I received a call back I would be coming in for a full day interview- which sounded to me like they expected people to come in and work a full day for them for free just so the interviewees would know what type of jobs they were applying for. This did NOT sound like a good idea for me and I did not intend to participate in a second 'interview'. But what is causing me to file this report now is that I have been contacted by a company called Insight Marketing responding to my resume on Monster. I just set up an interview and noticed that the address and phone number are the same as LH International. I had no desire to be a part of that sort of company so I called back Insight Marketing (or LH International whatever you want to call it) and they told me that while they shared the same building they were not the same company... but why would they share the same phone? The same type of business? And the same 3 suites in the same building? I believe they are operating under multiple names and I wanted to let everyone know that. And from what I have seen on this site multiple people have been scammed by this company which is the feeling I got in the first interview. Needless to say I will not be keeping the interview with Insight Marketing.

Rented car and now not travelling. "Customer service" says "you clicked the box, you will be charged regardless of use". Plans change, I'm willing to pay cancellation fee or whatever but if you want a car in Omaha on the 4th it's there but I'm not! Make sure before you order something on hotwire that your life is scripted and will not change, right?

To think a company, and it's customer service supervisors would come up with a better response than that. Give me a break, this company is out for cash, they could care less about you!

M&T I would say illegally manipulates the time and when your transactions are processed to maximize the amount of fee's they get out of you. They have done this over and over to me. Regardless of what your account statements online or at the brach atm say. Here is a common example of what they do... If I use my debt card on thursday and have the money in the account to cover it. The transactions goes through no problem. I can even look online at my account an hour later and see the transaction processed. Then if I write a large check on Monday (4 days later) which over draws my account by say $10 dollars, If I look at my account on tuesday the debt card transaction I did on thursday has changed and is now showing a processed date of Monday the same day I wrote the check and of course the large check cleared first allowing them to charge a NSF on both transactions even though one was 4 days prior. Literally they change the transaction date on things that were purchased purchased 4-5 days earlier. So they can collect their $37 NSF fee for each transaction.

Usually I am very good at making sure enough money is in the account but when large transactions hit like auto pay on my mortgage hits I sometimes misjudge it... and of course under their system it may cause a NSF fee on 4 or 5 items of $20 or less that I used my debit card on the week prior. All I can say is its obvious they are manipulating the system and cheating on it in their favor. If you have a choice of where to do your banking in upstate NY PA etc... Run in the other direction from M&T!

PS If you complain about the situation it will fall on deaf ears saying that you can't go by your balance that they give you and all items are subject to a 3 business days time to clear (although they go beyond that sometimes).

I work in a bar near Akron University and post a sign in the window saying "Do Not Buy This Junk" and that is where I hang my Dell catalogues.

Hard drive did not last 2 years. When home service replaced it he took my broken one and told me if I wanted it give him $80.00.

It took 17 1/2 hours on the phone with dell service to install programming.

Paid for but never got xp. When I did get it the disc did not work and I had to complain a lot to get another. In all I lost over 30 days use of my computer and 3600 songs installed for you guest it a Dell juke Box.
