Procter & Gamble I have bought several Febreeze Air in the spray bottle and they stop working when about half of the liquid is gone.

You can see there is liquid still in the container and nothing comes out when you try to spray . Over the years, I have had several bottles that this happens to. The product name Is Febreeze Air.

Desired outcome: Would like to receive free coupons for a few bottles or send a few free bottles in the mail.

Procter & Gamble Tide pods

In around 2009 I wrote to them and sent them a sketch of tide pods, they wrote back saying sorry were not interested. I kept the letter in a safe place together with a copy I had mailed to myself certified with signature requested. Anyway after a few years P&G made the machine to create tide pods, I wrote to them multiple times with no response, when I saw the tide pods in the supermarket I became so depressed that I tried to take my own life, I was so broke and to see that an employee or the company sold my idea that they claimed not interested in, I became devastated, what saved me was to look at my kids then say veronica don't be stupid don't leave these kids without a mother, so I'm still here and with lots of product ideas that will probably bring me some business. Hurricane sandy wiped all my proof away since then I file provisional patents for every letter. God and I know I created the pods, and P&G knows I created it. I would like to discover if one of the worker that read the mail sold it to them. That company tries to steal other people's ideas, not just pods. I write to them with no response
my name is Veronica Motta [protected] 7970

Desired outcome: i want all people to know on social media what they have done to me and make them stop.

Procter & Gamble tide HE/Oxy container

I purchases the HE/OXY Tide. Love the product, but whoever designed the container should have been fired before the product was every allowed to reach production lines.

Double opening container is an ok concept. Measuring cap with two openings, Horrible horrible Idea.

You measure out your tide and the remaining liquid seeps down your bottle and onto the surface of your cabinets. There is no way to successfully remove all the tide from the inside of the cap or the outside of the bottle or a cabinets. The next time you pick the tide up it is like handling slick slime. And of course with teenagers it hits the flood and then the real mess begins. BAD DESIGN - WILL NOT BUY AGAIN EVER.

Desired outcome: Cancel that design.

Procter & Gamble Tide 3 in 1 pods

I have used these pods as a convenient way of measuring detergent required. Mostly it has gone well but I had a terrible experience when changing bedding for quick turnover as other family member were arriving the next day.

One pair of double sheets and one pair of single sheets were ruined. Frustrating afternoon spent trying to redeem items and not succeeding.

Through this experience, I have come to realize also what happed to a load of high quality dark towels that ended up with blotches of discolouration on every towel. I no longer use these for visiting friends and family.

These pods are expensive. I use them as directed. I can no longer trust them, nor recommend them.

I wish to file a complaint and request for reimbursement of cost of replacement items.

Anne.

Procter & Gamble Pert Plus

I have sent two previous emails about this product without any response. No emails have been in my spam folder, as I have checked. To update you on those previous emails, your product is not the same as it has been for the last 15 years I've been using it. It seems like the conditioner is missing. The color is not even close to the previous product. I have included photos with every email and have sent them here also. Pert used to be not a "squeaky clean" shampoo. With the conditioner it never did this. Please respond to this complaint as no one has done before.

After using this just the one time in our one bedroom flat the pad has dried up so are they a one time use because if so the they are a complete waste of money.

Procter & Gamble AA Batteries

Brought a brand new 4 x pack of ultra alkaline AA batteries. Installed them into a card shuffler, loaded cards into it and pressed the shuffle button.
After about 10 seconds of shuffling there was a loud Bang from within the unit (of course the shuffle button was released immediately).
Removal of the battery cover revealed one of the batteries had "crapped itself" (a technical term...) and had a heap of vaseline type goo within the battery holder. Knowing it was probably an alkaline caustic based goo I immediately scooped out the majority and washed off the remainder.
As an electronic engineer I opened the shuffler to see what went bang and there is a motor and switch and nothing else to go bang (the motor was still ok) I measured the batteries 2 x 1.57V 1 x 1.54V and the "crapped" cell 1 x 0.85V. Over too many years to remember I always used duracell coppertops due to them never leaking - what have you done? It appears from all the complaints I see online, recently that your production/quality has nosedived a bit. Picture shows faulty battery to the left. Only batch type number I could find was 1009543.

Desired outcome: Please deliver top quality batteries again, replacement of shuffler & batteries would be nice - the alkaline corroded it a bit

Procter & Gamble Duracell Optimum Batteries

I purchased the Duracell Optimum batteries a few months ago and noticed acid leaking from several of them. I tossed them out and kept the remaining batteries. A few days ago I went to replace a battery and saw that the remaining 6 of the 12 originally purchased are completely covered in acid leaking from the batteries. I'm not happy about this as my understanding was that these batteries were supposed to be the best. I have included 2 pics of what I'm left with.

Desired outcome: Replacement of the batteries.

Procter & Gamble Olay soap bars

Hi there!

I normally do not buy olay soap bars, but I decided to give it a try. I bought 2- 6 bar packages at CVS.
I used it in the shower and after I rinsed it off, my skin felt awful, dry, my hand was unable to smoothly run across my skin, it is hard to explain, but needless to say, I am not pleased. I tried a box from the other package also, same result.
My 10 year old daughter will be using real soap now, instead of kids body wash, and I bought several bars of this in hopes she would be using it in her shower as well, but I will not let her use it either.

CVS will not let me return open packages. Is there any other types of bar soaps you have that will leave my skin smooth?

I am at work currently, but I can send a photo of the receipt or even the boxes of soap.

Thank you for your time,

Procter & Gamble No response to my phone call complaints

I bought two toothbrushes in December, one for husband a Braun Genius 900 and a different model for myself. My brush has worked perfectly from day one.
My husbands has been sent back and replaced 4 times in the last 7 months.
The one they sent back in May lasted about three weeks. I phoned customer service again 22nd June 2021. I have since phoned them very week and all they say is my case has been escalated, I keep telling them I want a refund, they completely ignore me. I know my husbands toothbrush is faulty, he has to charge it every day, my toothbrush last for at least three weeks, using it twice a day.
I am sorry I did not keep a record, more fool me, but I know they have one, they read it out to me. I have a case number, [protected]

Procter & Gamble Fairy dishwasher tablets

I recently bought a pack
Of dishwasher tablets and after many years of using your brand I was very disappointed with this packet.
Nearly every single pouch was attached to another one and if you tried to separate them, they would end up splitting and become unuseable.
I have had a few of these before in a packet but not as many as this! I would say that over half the packet was stuck together and therefore unable to Be used.
Please reply to [protected]@gmail.com.
I can send you a photo of the packet if required.

Desired outcome: Refund or voucher

Recently both my wife and I are feeling itchy spots on upper back.
we have discontinued use of this container.

Procter & Gamble dawn ultra

I am complaining about the dawn ultra handle on my spray bottle. It is terribly weak plastic. It bends when you try spraying it. It is terrible. I can hardly spray it. I have had other bottles of the ultra dawn spray bottles and they weren't made of such weak plastic. So could you send me a good bottle. The bar code was [protected] Dawn Ultra Platium free power wash.

Procter & Gamble Ariel original liquid detergent

I bought Ariel original liquid from Tesco New malden London because it said 54 washes, I usually buy the Ariel powder. I noticed it smelled bad, I did 2 washing, the smell became more intense it stung my eyes.
I put the washing out to dry. When dry, it still smelled awful & continue to stung my eyes. (I dont have any allergy).
This awful smell of chemicals didnt disappear, I had to rewash the clothes & they still smell, we had to keep the windows open all day & most of the evening.
I took it back to Tesco where the lady at the desk wearing glasses also had stinging eyes.
I am very annoyed that you dare selling a harmful product. You are a shameful company & I have written to Which mag & Trading Standard.
I am sure these chemicals being harmful to humans must be harmful to the environment. I will enquire about that & contact as many people as I can to warn them.

Procter & Gamble Fairy all in one dishwasher tablets.

As you will see from the photograph most of the tablets are stuck together. Trying to separate them means they break open. The one left in the package are leaking.

If this is the standard your company now accepts I'm afraid it may be time to move to one of your competitors.

I see that the more words used in a complaint makes it more likely to be resolved or even considered for review. This obviously is directed at those large complaints were the customer may take alternative action as being given priority, leaving us the miniscule people as being irrelevant.

This selection methods makes me feel even more insignificant.

Perhaps one of our newspapers would find your selection process more interesting and publish it, this way you take notice of your loyal but insignificant customers.

Yours in disbelief.

E. Woods.

Procter & Gamble Puffs 3 pack of tissues each containing 180 sheets

What happened to the regular Puffs 180 count? I used to purchase the 3 pack.
I can't find this anywhere. Apparently you did away with this and now you've replaced it with only 124 tissues per box, calling it ULTRA SOFT! The only other option is with LOTION. I am really NOT happy at all. I didn't buy the Puffs with lotion because you can't clean your glasses with it. And I'm certain that the ULTRA SOFT isn't any softer than the 180 count tissues.

Another thing that's aggravating is that you are also trying to cut corners on the Charmin toilet paper. I've noticed that in each roll there are little spots where the 2-ply isn't 1-ply all the way through because you are having 1-ply in spots where it originally was 2-ply. Honestly, I find both issues totally ridiculous.

Aren't you people making enough money on all of the products that you manufacture? Especially with this pandemic where everyone was buying out the store with toilet paper.

Maybe some people don't notice or pay attention to anything. They just go to the store and grab whatever is on the shelf.

I am really NOT HAPPY with this whole scenario!

Charlotte Novak
