I purchased the product one month ogo and it had clumps in it to the extent that I had to take a small wisp to get them to not remain in my clothes at the end of the cycle.

I use Ultra Downy, always. I purchased the bottle 60 user loads. I do not under stand this issue at all. When I opened this bottle, it is not a liquid. You cannot pour it out. I't is like a very heavy gel. SKU#[protected] 4, a number on the bottom of the bottle is 60A1048 and also T B 05. I shop with Krogers and other

places also. A number on the left hand side of bottle [protected].

Please contact me with any questions you may have. Also what must I do about

a replacement bottle.

I use All Laundry Detergent and I am having a problem finding it in the stores.

Hello purchased 9 volt duracell batteries from Costco most are dead never used.

This is the second time it has happened the first one date was dec 2020

About a month ago my daughter switched from old spice wilderness with lavender to the Swagger deodorant and around 03-8/9-22 she broke out with bumps and pimples that burn and irritate her comfortability. It is 03-13-22 and it has not weakened even though she has had to stop wearing deodorant all around because of her pain. I just recently read where you have been made aware of this happening to many people who use this style and have not done anything to change the ingredients you use to make it. This is absolutely absurd that years later your product(s) are still causing injury to your customers. I wish I would have known about this years ago so I could have switched to a product I can use with out fear. I will be sharing this on my social media along with pictures of the irritation on my daughters armpits. The people should be made aware.

RThe period towel they created ALWAYS scented had been purchased by acccident by me in 2021. Displayed by Sainsbury's and shoved at the bottom. It was discounted. The discount was there to get rid of the product but something more was behind it. You see Sainsbury's is a UK company, in the UK they are snide and racism is very real. Not open like the UK. Targeting happens. This product was created and unbeknownst to me was scented. I don't use thibgs like that ever. The scented pad was like ziflora. The actual product is so strong it was and is a bleach like chemical. No women ever should use products like this anywhere near sensitive organs. They tried, the company, to play it off as though safe. I suddenly began leaking. Never before did I have this problem ever. The product burns or infuses the strongest, heavy burning, chemical sensation into the deepest part of the female anatomy that these people should be shut down for selling such products. No one regulated that nor tested it.

Wrong amount of washing capsules in the pack. What made me question this is when I opened the lock safe lid, there was no protective seal, which didn’t ‘sit right’. Whether this is an issue with the supplier or the supermarket bought from (Asda), I don’t know.

There was only one less, but I have to shop on a budget so I do buy the better value for money products.

My wife and I recently purchased a three pack of febreeze air spray at a Costco store in Mequon, WI. After using one spray bottle we used this febreeze air spray fragrance of "Ocean". Only after one use it we could not get the bottle to spray and it is completely full yet. The code on the bottle is [protected] and size is 8.8 oz.

A plastic container of 30 liquid tabs was brought recently, and yesterday it was found that at the bottom of the container there were 8 of the tabs had burst and the liquid was laying on the bottom.

The product works well with our washing needs, and we are quite satified with the product overall, it is just a slight disapointment to find that not all of the cabs can be used.

The remaining tabs that could be used were placed into a small container, and the original container was disposed of. Sorry no photographs are available

I have used Secret for 40+ years but am going to make a change to another brand. When the roll up gets low, it breaks off and falls onto the floor (what a mess!) or falls down into the tube. This has happened 3 times. I have 2 more containers to use out of the 5-pack that I purchased at Sam's and I'm sure these last 2 will do the same. The ounces have been decreased so with this decrease and the waste because the roll up breaks, I have lost money. I hope others feel the same way and will stop using Secret until the old container is brought back.

Please can you start marking your packaging for Head & Shoulders (specifically anti dandruff shampoo) but probably any other of your plastic bottled products with the appropriate recycling triangle with the appropriate no 1-7. It is no use putting a triangle with 25% inside and Recyclable Bottle above it, So I just have to bin it for landfill. Other manufacturers have managed to get their products packaged in recyclable plastic packages with the relevant markings.

Dear Procter and Gamble,

Procter and Gamble have outstanding products. I have especially enjoyed your product line of Herbal Essences, Totally Twisted conditioner, and shampoo. I have used these products for many years. I love the way the conditioner leaves my curls shiny and smooth. The berry scent is intoxicating. It is hard to find a product of the same quality within my price range.

Walmart stopped stocking Herbal Essences, Totally Twisted conditioner, and shampoo last year. I then started buying it at the grocery store, which was a little more money, but I love the product. The grocery store has since stopped stocking it as well. I started venturing out of Rhode Island into Massachusetts to hunt down that product. I asked friends and family who travel to pick it up for me if they see it out of town, but no one can find it anywhere. I am contacting you today to complain about the shortage. Has Procter and Gamble officially dropped the Totally Twisted product from the Herbal Essences hair care line? If Procter and Gamble are still manufacturing this product, can you please advise where this product can still be purchased from? It is hard to find a replacement product that does the job as well. I hope it has not been discontinued permanently.

Purchased the item January 28, 2022 and today February 14, 2022 it won't squirt the spray any more.

Very disappointed with the quality vs. price

Our household has used the L. products for some time because they were made in Italy. Now, why are they made in China? Many Americans are no longer purchasing products made in China and so we will no longer use these products. It is unfortunate companies are worried more about their bottom line than the integrity of the companies and countries they choose to work with. Do better P&G.

I opened and poured out the required amount of detergent into the cup provided and noticed that it was a strange greenish hue and smelled very weird. I poured it into the washing machine, but decided not wash my clothes with this, as I don't know why or what the problem is and I rinsed out the washer before using a different bottle of Era. I have used Era for many years and it has always been blue colored and has had a nice fragrance.

I have recently had to dispose of a box (2 portions only used in wash mc) of DAZ washing powder. The powder was full of lumps (congealed, pebble like lumps).
The "powder" did not completely empty from the powder chute in my wash mc and a considerable amount was left/congealed in the chute.
The box of powder was purchased from Tesco Extra supermarket, Brislington, Bristol.
As a pensioner I cannot afford to waste money on products that are faulty and not fit for purpose.

Hi I have bought Ariel washing pods for a long time now but the last box I bought of 36 was a waste of money as two pods were split in the box and it affected all the other pods, covering them in liquid and rendering them useless. Can I please have a replacement box or money back.

I have used Tide products for a very long time and really like the Tide pods. As I was getting ready to start a load of wash I reached into the plastic 96 pods bin to retrieve a pods but pulled out a entire bundle.
I took photo to show you. As I consider this a loss of product as I had to use the bundle as they were all attached together. Can you please look into this situation?

As a consumer of Duracell batteries for decades I've noticed increased battery leakage in several devices lately. The most recent was my Olympus Digital Voice Recorder. Batteries leaked & even after spending 3 hours cleaning, blowing & Q-tipping the device, it is still inoperable and I've lost the info I had recorded. What is going on with the Duracell brand batteries? The performance is very noticeable. Even the extra batteries I have in stock are leaking inside the brand new package. Why advertise "10 year GUARANTEE in Storage" when it can't even last 5?

I bought this because it claimed to use less plastic and was easy to use. What a piece of poor design. It leaked after dispensing the soap and always ended up with soap on my hands and top of washer. The only thing I could see of benefit was to make you buy more soap to make up for the spillage. They should fire not only the designer, they should fire the board of directors or whoever allowed this piece of junk to sold. I tried to complain by calling the 1-800 number on the box but they only take positive comments? Will buy competitors soap from now on.

I purchased a 40-pack (AA40) a couple of years ago for emergency use. They are dated MAR 2029. EVERY SINGLE ONE of the batteries is leaking. Never used. Most still in original packaging. Voltages vary from 1.6 to 1.2V. This batch is obviously defective. I would like 40 replacement AA batteries or a refund of $25.00. UPC [protected]
