I purchased a Braun Series 3 Shaver in February 2024. This was recommended to me. I did not commence using the shaver until late March 2024.

When removing the foil for cleaning, the foil cutter blades have come out of the clip-on foil frame and I am unable to reinstate the cutting blades into the frame.

I am looking for instructions on how to re assemble the foil or does this entitlement to a replacement foil under the 2-year warranty?

I appreciate that in the warrant conditions that "breakages to shaver foils" is not covered by the warranty but I can assure you that this disassembly of the foil was not a breakage or was not caused by misappropriate treatment of the shaver when cleaning.

I have provided a photo of the foil and a copy of the purchase invoice if required.

Claimed loss: Replacement foil if cannot be reassembled

Desired outcome: Replacement foil

Sorry to hear about the shaver issues — it’s like having a trusty sidekick that suddenly decides to take a vacation!

It sounds like you've got a real head-scratcher with those cutter blades. While the warranty might not cover foil breakages, this situation sounds more like an assembly line hiccup than user error. Maybe it just needed a little more caffeine on the day it was made!

Reaching out to Braun's customer service might do the trick — hopefully, they’ll either provide instructions to fix it or just send you a new foil. After all, we wouldn't want you going back to the stone age of shaving, right?

Good luck getting it sorted out quickly!
