Keishon Gist's, can I get my refund since u NEVER did any work an because I cancelled within 10 minutes of booking after the stylist site finally decided to work an I saw the work u claim u can do but can't ...I won't be back, would NEVER recommend

I was pretty upset about this because I had already taken time off work to get my hair done and now I was out 25 bucks. I tried to reach out to customer service but it was a hassle to get a response. Eventually, they refunded me the fee but it took a while.

Overall, I think StyleSeat is a decent platform for finding stylists but they need to work on their customer service. It's frustrating when you have an issue and can't get a timely response. Also, the cancellation fee policy seems a bit unfair. I understand that stylists need to protect their time but charging a fee when they cancel on you seems like a double standard.

That being said, I have found some great stylists on StyleSeat and appreciate the convenience of being able to book appointments online. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in need of a new stylist. Just be aware of the cancellation policy and make sure you're comfortable with it before booking.

So, I was looking for a place to get my hair done and stumbled upon StyleSeat. They said they would only take $6 as a "hold" on my debit card for an appointment. But, when I checked my bank account, they charged me $556! I was so angry and frustrated. I tried to call customer service, but there was no number to call. All I got were general emails stating they had no clue what was going on. It was a nightmare!

I had to take matters into my own hands and report them to the FTC and report fraud through my bank to receive a refund. It was a long and stressful process, but I finally got my money back. I would never use StyleSeat again and would advise others to be cautious when using their services. It's just not worth the risk of losing your hard-earned money.

I recently booked an appointment on StyleSeat and traveled almost an hour by car to get there. When I arrived at the salon, I was disappointed to find out that the stylist had canceled my appointment just five minutes before it was scheduled to start. I was frustrated that she didn't seem to care about inconveniencing me and didn't even offer a proper apology.

To make matters worse, I later discovered that the stylist had not updated her availability on StyleSeat, even though she was no longer accepting new clients. I was disappointed to see that she was still listed on the platform, as it made me question the reliability of the service.

Thankfully, I had paid in advance for my appointment, so I was able to avoid losing any money. However, I was disappointed to learn that StyleSeat does not offer refunds for canceled appointments, which seems unfair to customers who have been let down by their service providers.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience on StyleSeat and would hesitate to use the platform again in the future. While I appreciate the convenience of being able to book appointments online, I think it's important for service providers to be held accountable for their actions and for customers to be able to receive refunds when necessary.
