I purchased this Gillette Menthol Saving Foam from Relience Grand Bazar on 5th September 2025 with the Batch No.B5092B345A0061 / MFD 04/25. As it was not dispensing the foam from the Nozzle. I lodged a complaint on 06.10.2025 with the reference No. 27994499. On 08 .10 2025 received a call from the Gillettee PG customer service and briefed about the fault with the product. I was told that they need more details about the product and send through my registerd mail id. So far I have not received any response from your end.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive a response and replace the product. What is the guarantee for the product if I purchase again?
