To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with Tide Hygienic Clean Laundry Detergent 100 load bottle, bought at Walmart on Deans Bridge Road in Augusta, GA on September 10, 2023. This is a product I have trusted and used for many times. As a loyal customer, I expected a high level of performance and hygiene from this brand, but my recent experiences have left me extremely unsatisfied. My main concerns are as follows:

•Ineffectiveness: Despite following the recommended usage instructions and using the appropriate amount of detergent, I have noticed that my laundry does not come out as clean as it used to. Stains and odors persist, even after repeated washes with Tide Hygienic Clean.

•Allergic Reaction: On a personal note, I have experienced skin irritation and a rash after using this product. This has never happened to me before with any other detergent, and it raises concerns about the safety of the ingredients used in Tide Hygienic Clean.

•Residue Build-up:

I have observed a significant build-up of detergent residue in my washing machine. This has resulted in reduced machine efficiency and the need for frequent cleaning, which is both inconvenient and time-consuming.

•Scent: The detergent itself has an overpowering and unpleasant chemical scent that lingers on my clothes even after washing. It doesn't provide the fresh and clean fragrance I expect from Tide detergents.

I have always trusted the Tide brand for its quality and effectiveness, but these issues have seriously undermined my confidence in your products. I believe that as a loyal customer, I deserve a resolution to these concerns.I kindly request that you address these issues promptly:

•Investigating the quality and effectiveness of Tide Hygienic Clean Laundry Detergent.

•Ensuring that your product is safe for use and does not cause allergic reactions.

•Considering improvements to reduce residue build-up in washing machines.

•Evaluating and improving the fragrance of the detergent.

I look forward to your response and a resolution to these problems. I believe that a full refund would be able to restore my good faith in your company as I have trusted you for so many years until having this horrible product experience.

I hope that Tide can regain its reputation for delivering clean and hygienic laundry results.

I had to take my tide hygenic clean back to Sams. First the scent is overwhelming and disgusting. It does not clean as stated. I've washed the load of clothes that I used a hygienic pod on 5x. Heavy odor still lingers. The smell was so strong was causing headaches and coughing. Once I removed the 5x washed shirt and jeans symptons went away within the hour. Something nasty in the pods. Went back to my green laundry detergent and all natural booster. I'm frustrated I used the pods. Toxic?
