I sent back my order but still haven't got my money back! I tried reaching out to them in many ways but no luck.

the wig has great texture and quality. The wig definitely looks great, the best from BeautyForever wig! I like how it turned out, will order again.

I bought this thing on September 28 for one price, but when I checked my bank account, I saw that they charged me an extra $30.00. I've sent multiple messages to the company asking why and what's up with this extra charge, but they haven't replied yet. I want my money back and I suggest everyone stay away from this company!

This company is a scam, I placed an order with BeautyForever for $138 and never got it. They told me to file a claim with the carrier and I did, then they came back and offered me 4% off on a new purchase. I told them I'm still waiting on my current purchase and asked about insurance on the items, but no response. Two weeks later, still no response and no package. I want a full refund, this is ridiculous.

This company is a fraud. They try to keep your money when you want to return their awful hair extensions and wigs. They send you hair of terrible quality that is not the correct length. The lady asks you to pay for shipping to return the hair and then claims it is damaged, so she can only give you a 30% refund. From the other reviews, it seems like this is a common scam for them. I suggest you save your time and money.

BeautyForever is the worst hair company I've ever ordered from. I bought two wigs and when they came, they were thin, bad quality, the hair was uneven, and not what I expected. I reached out to the company and they said the hair is good quality, so I should just try it out. They offered me a measly $8 refund. I told them I wanted my money back and sent them pictures to prove my complaints. They flat out refused to give me a refund and now they completely ignore my emails.

I ordered a 14in wig from this site and they texted me fast to tell me that the wig I ordered wasn't there; that I can get the 16in for $21 more. I was confused why they took my money if the wig wasn't there in the first place, false ad. Also, if they had any customer service, they would've given me the 16in for the trouble... I agree with Sharon M, I never had a problem with them before until this new purchase when they changed their name.

Don't shop here! I never got my item from this company, and I still haven't found a solution. There's no way to contact them, even though they say there is. They gave me a tracking number that couldn't be traced, and after 30 days of trying to reach them, I felt the same way African Americans feel when we shop at places that don't value us. My wig maker is sick and I thought I'd try this place, but it was a bad idea. I don't want others to go through the same thing.

I've noticed a lot of bad reviews, but I recently got a 13 x 4 jerry curl from BeautyForever and this hair is gorgeous. The knots were bleached perfectly and it curls right back with just some water and hair curling cream. I've washed it about 3 times and the wig is still beautiful and intact (I'm not sponsored or paid by the company to write this review). I paid for it myself and it arrived in just 2 days. Next, I want to order some bundles and a frontal, dye them, and see if coloring changes the texture and appearance. I will admit, though, when I first took it out of the box, it looked terrible and thin. But after "breaking it in" by washing, styling, and customizing, it looks amazing.

BEAWARE! I bought hair from Ali Express under the company name Nadula for $134.00. The hair I got wasn't like they said, neither the texture nor the length. After I contacted the seller, they agreed to give me a full refund or exchange for new hair. They asked me not to leave a review until the issue is resolved. They gave me an address to return the products as they asked, through USPS. I got confirmation that the company accepted the hair. I have all the messages from the seller with the above information. I also have tracking numbers from USPS to prove it. I paid $134.00 and only got back $39.00. They closed my case and stopped responding to my messages. Please be careful.

I ordered from this company on 04/25. When my unit hadn't arrived in 14 days, I contacted the company about the status. They said it would take longer than expected. I canceled my order and asked for a refund. They told me to wait 7 more days because they were expecting a shipment from China. I told them to cancel my order and refund me. But after 6 days, they emailed me saying they were shipping my order. I emailed them 8 more times asking them not to ship it and to refund my credit card. They didn't refund me and instead sent me a lower quality wig and missing half of the products I ordered. They even had the nerve to email me again and ask me to return the products if I didn't like what they sent. I'm shocked by their blatant fraud. They won't reimburse me and sent whatever they wanted, then asked me to return it for a refund. I filed a complaint with the California Attorney General. I have 29 emails asking for a refund and their attempt to break the law.

They send them quality and send their customers trash. I am a hair stylist and I wear curly wigs often. I well aware of a layered thin wig verses a full layered wig. They prefer to try and insult my intelligence by telling me how to measure a wig. This is horrible. Not for $200. And they want me to pay shipping to return a purchase that is not up to par or quality. That is not fair to me as a consumer. The lace is still attached. Hair has not been worn. Again I just received yesterday. These hair companies should not be able to manipulate situations and expect customers to just accept whatever. I should not have to eat the expense of a return that wasn'an exact replica of what I ordered. I've added pics of the wig from the YouTubers site as well for comparison! I was told their hair was combed out. Combing out will not do anything to a choppy shorter than what it's supposed to be at the top wig!

This company is so misleading, especially now with COVID-19, shipping is just terrible. You order something and you never receive it. I used to always order the Brazilian hair, but now it's different. They ran out of Brazilian hair right when COVID-19 hit and tried to pass off some other hair as remy, but let me tell you, they are completely different. Remy is a cheap knockoff that can't hold curls and is only good for straight hair. It tangles up so quickly. The last straw was when I ordered an ombré in Brazilian hair and got some remy instead. I paid almost $400 for it and when I received it, I knew something was wrong. I had the hair installed the same day and the waves fell out immediately. I tried curling the hair and it started melting at 250 degrees. I had to turn the curler down to 175 degrees and it still melted. It was a mix of synthetic and human hair, I swear. I contacted Beauty Forever to explain the problem and it felt like I was texting a child. The sentences were all broken and incomplete. They didn't even try to make things right. They just offered me a measly 3 percent discount on my next order. I said no way, just give me my money back. In the end, I had to contact PayPal and file a complaint against Beauty Forever. Thankfully, I got every penny back for the hair, but I had to send it back to California, not China like they wanted. Turns out, the hair is actually in California and most of it comes from a manufacturer in LA. So be careful. I still feel like I lost because I had to spend an extra $200 on the installation and then buy more hair from a different vendor. I don't want anyone else to go through this nightmare, so please be aware that this company is a scam when it comes to purchasing. The pictures of the hair may look beautiful, but you deserve exactly what they describe. This company started off okay, like Alli Express, but then they started ripping people off. Beauty Forever needs to be shut down by the ComplaintsBoard.com. There shouldn't be any replacements or spin-offs from this seller either. #shutthemdown

On January 7th, I got some hair from Beautyforever. The hair quality was really bad and not worth the money. I didn't do anything to mess up the hair, just took it out of the plastic to check it out. I contacted the company on January 7th and they asked for pictures, so I sent them. They said they couldn't give me a refund because I opened the "seal". Nowhere on their website does it say that's not allowed. They're only offering me a 5% refund, not the full amount. I'm also talking to my bank to dispute this.

I've been ordering from BeautyForever since 2019, but I ordered a wig from them two weeks ago and I still haven't received it. I opened a case with *** on the same day and contacted BeautyForever as well. When they got back to me, they said *** claimed it was delivered. I told them I hadn't received it, but they kept sending emails with the tracking number, insisting it was delivered. I asked why they don't have a procedure for lost packages like other businesses, and they said once it's marked as delivered, it's no longer their problem, but mine. They offered me a 3% discount for the inconvenience, but I spent $*** dollars. What good is a 3% discount when they already took my money? They're not even trying to refund me or send a replacement. At this point, I just want a full refund.

I bought a wig from BeautyForever Hair company in February 2022. The price of the wig goes up depending on how long it is. When I received the wig and tried it on, I noticed that it was shorter than what I ordered. I measured it and it's actually around 14-16 inches, not 20 inches. I contacted the company and they keep insisting that they sent the right length, even though I sent them pictures showing that it's incorrect. I can't return the wig because I already opened the package and tried it on. If I pay for shipping, they might just say that the hair was "worn" and I won't get a refund. I might also lose the wig, based on other complaints I've seen. I just want a partial refund and for the company to admit that they made a mistake and sent the wrong item.

I ordered from BeautyForever.com on *** and spent ***. When I got the package, one of the wigs was missing. The box was damaged when it arrived, but when I checked the weight, the missing item was never packed. I've tried contacting the seller multiple times, but they won't help me unless I file a police report for something they never gave me. The order number is XXXXXXXXXX. They have my money, and I've pleaded for help, but they either ignore me or send me to a line where no one answers. I just want my money back or the missing wig. The wig that was missing is called Beautyforever #FB30 Color Body Wave Headband Wig Balayage Ombre Highlight Wig 150% Density Wear And Go Human Hair Wigs ColorNew Trendy. It cost $199.32. I ordered 1 and only received 1.

Order# BFXXXXXXXXX. I bought a wig from BeautyForever thinking it was made of real human hair. But when I got it and washed it, I was surprised to see dye coming off in the water. It seemed like they had sprayed something on the hair to make it look like the color in the stock photo. After rinsing it, the hair had an ombre effect that wasn't shown in the photo. I thought maybe it would dry to a darker color, but it didn't. And when I applied heat to it, the hair actually melted! I've never heard of real human hair melting like that.

I contacted the company to let them know what happened, and they told me that fake hair melts. I checked the packaging, and they did mention that it was synthetic hair to "reduce customs fees." They didn't do anything to address my concerns and just said that since I had opened it, I couldn't return it.

I decided to do some research and found that the stock photo they used for the hair is on many other websites. I also discovered several complaints about this company on the ComplaintsBoard.com website. I left a one-star review on their website, but they haven't published it. They only show ratings of four stars or above, which makes me think this is a dishonest business.

I bought a wig from BeautyForever on March 31st for ***. It's called a Balyage V-part Highlight Jerry Curly wig and it's 18 inches long. It came pretty fast. When I took it out of the box and put it on a wighead, I noticed right away that the hair on the sides was shorter than the back. I contacted the company and asked for a number to return the wig and get my money back. They wanted me to send them pictures of the wig and measure the hair with a tape measure. Every time I sent a picture, they said I did it wrong and showed me how they wanted it done. This went on for hours, and sometimes they said I could return the wig, like taking the pictures right was the last step. But later, they tried to make me keep the wig and said it would cost too much to send it back. They offered me a coupon instead. When I said no, they said they were "sorry to give me a bad day" and then asked what I did to make the wig look "messy"! I was mad, but I told them the wig was exactly how I got it out of the box. We talked through email the whole time. I want a full refund for what I paid, and if they want the wig back, they should pay for the shipping since they wasted my time.

I bought a wig from BeautyForever in June 2022, but I never got it. When my package was marked as delivered, I reached out to the company, but it was nowhere to be found. I contacted *** too, to get more info and file a claim. After going back and forth through email and phone with ***, they closed my claim and refused to cover the $198.21 cost of my package. So, I filed another claim with ***. They said they left my package on the front porch, which isn't secure. I live in a house with a gated garage where packages should be left, especially since there's a sign on the garage saying so. But *** didn't follow that. Once I showed proof, they closed my claim and agreed to cover the cost. Now, it's been 3 months and BeautyForever still won't refund me for the wig I never got. Their website has a phone number and an email, but they hardly answer. And when they do, it's like talking to a robot. They keep sending the same email or have someone unprofessional write back. They haven't addressed any of my concerns or given me a refund. I just want my money back and want other customers to know about this business.

They took money out account and than email me 4 days later to say out of stock. I paid 189.00, which they took out on same day I ordered. Now their telling me only thing they could do is, send a longer length wig. Want to charge me 50.00 more. I don't want to pay more money. So they want me to pay 200 something for something I didn't want. They shouldn't have taken money if they didn't have product. Seems like a scam.

I ordered an item *** on December 16,2020. My order states it was in stock. The company texts me and said they can't put out of stock Order *** for $235 of hair was in stock. An hour later the company texted me stating out of stock. I asked them of it were out of stock, why did it allow me to pay. The company stated they can't keep up with orders. Today they emailed me to replace the item at my expense. I stated I should not have to because your site was not updated and it should be sent on courtesy because this isn't even them item I want. I paid bu PayPal. I said texting is unprofessional and please send all communication through email. I have all texts and emails

I purchased a lace wig from Beauty Forever on 5/4 and received it on 5/7. Immediately when I opened the wig I contacted the seller because the wig was terrible quality and it was not the length they said. I contacted the seller and sent her pictures within 15 minutes of opening it. She gave me the address to return the wig for a refund and told me I would need to pay shipping. That was not fair but I shipped the wig back on 5/10 and they received it on 5/12. Now today 5/13 the seller has contacted me via email to say that the wig is damaged and she can only refund 30% of my money. So basically this company is scamming people and making them pay shipping in the process. She thinks that she can keep a wig and only refund me 30% of my money. Please do not ever buy anything from Forever Beauty, this lady is clearly a scam artist. Now here goes a long battle to get my money back. Times are already stressful.

On April 7th I made an order with Beautyforever using quadpay. Order number ***. Beautyforever did not notify me that the order was not in stock until I noticed that weeks passed and inquired for my order. From then, contradictory text from Beautyforever occurred saying that half my order was done and my order was In two factories etc began. For one month I asked about my order and then began demanding a refund. I end up having to open a dispute with Quadpay. Quadpay messaged the seller for the refund. My order total was 337. Enclosed is the Quadpay order and my payments I made. I made two payments $142.87 for the first installment and $69.50 for the second. That is $212. I messaged Beautyforever again via text. I received notice from Quadpay I would receive $189 bc they didn't get the full refund. Beautyforever is trying to keep $22 for nothing and only refunded Quadpay $314. Quadpay knows it's fraud. I want the rest of my refund back effective immediately. Be warned

Company kept hair and only refunded *** of *** Ordered on 6/26. Recvd hair. Looked too short. I immediately notified company and at their request provided photos to show that hair wasn't tampered with and was intact with all tags and packaging. They accepted the pkg after numerous emails from me in hopes to resolve. I requested a refund or exchange. After many attempts to resolve they finally claim that hair had been worn which is totally not true as I did not wear it. The only reason it was removed from the pkg is because they requested various views and once I sent the photos I replaced it in the original container and paid postage to return it as they requested. This company refuse to return my entire amount or exchange it. They do not post any all sales are final. Please see their return policy. They agreed to give me *** today which I have pending which is 45% of the cost I paid. Furthermore they will not return hair so they have hair plus the remainder of my money. I have all emails and photos to justify my case. I am requesting the remainder of my funds. I certify that hair was not worn or tampered with. Whatever the case they are trying to say just is not true
