Popeyes review: Food order

went to Popeyes at 7723 Bardstown Road in Fern Creek, KY. We ordered two #2 combos and wanted all breast. The employee said they only had 2 breast available and could give us a wing with it. We said no, aren't you frying chicken? He walked over to the fryer and said No. All employees were sitting down using their cell phones. This was 2 o'clock in the afternoon. We were wondering why the parking lot was empty...now we know why. Aren't they required to be frying chicken all the time? Will never go back to that Popeyes again.

Desired outcome: I want to know if we were correct in believing that they should have been frying chicken for us.
