On June 21 2022, around approximately 7 pm. I always ordered a family meal and did not get one item instead I got one more wing, brest and leg for the 12 peace. Now they said you cannot do this. So I am forced to get something I don't eat. It is my purchase. My food and I do not appreciate having to get what I do not want. You are about to lose my family as a customer. Desired outcome: I want an apology. And to allow a choice we all can live with. I don't want any free stuff. This is not what this complaint is about. It is for customer rights.
