On Saturday, July 26, 2025, I visited the location at 955 E Spring St, Monroe, GA 30655 and ordered food through the drive-through. Upon placing my order for just two spicy chicken sandwiches, the girl informed me that there would be a wait, and I was fine with that. They had me pull up on the side of the building out of the path of the drive-through. The wait turned into almost 20 minutes, as they had to cook the chicken. It was starting to get hot in my car, so I ventured in just as the girl was bringing out the food to me and two other patrons. I drove home to Bethlehem, GA (approximately 9 miles away). Upon arriving home and opening up the bag with my food, I found there were no napkins given and no receipt for my purchase. I opened one of the chicken sandwiches to find there was no spicy sauce even on the sandwich. The other sandwich was made up of two chicken tenders as opposed to a chicken filet and again, there was no spicy sauce. This was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had at a Popeye's location. What a waste of $11! I will definitely think twice before visiting this location again.
