My son placed a mobile order the other day and when my mother and I went to pick it up in the drive through they told me to pull in a parking place, I waited 30 min and I went in meanwhile 3 cars went through drive through and out, when I was in the restruant 4 coustomers got served, when I ask the lady wheres my moble order, she said can't you see me sweating. When I visited this restaurant, most people were not wearing gloves while handling food. One person was scratching his head, tugging at his pants and still serving food without gloves. Although it wouldn't matter because then the gloves would be dirty too. This person was also pressing the paper into the bottom of the box! I know they don't see anything wrong with this, but they need some training in food safety.

I had an survey coupon for a 2 piece and biscult free with purchase of a large drink. iThe Manager Sophia Chen would not honor it. I ask for white meat. This is the second time in two months I was treated this way. I'm a senior and maybe I need to get the aacp on this or news. I don't want to because I really like the food. chicken strips

I called Popeyes 800 number to discuss an issue at a particular restaurant. I had to talk to a text robot. Issue was never handled. I text back two weeks later about the issue and the bot offered my $5 wtf? Address the issue! The issue was about the North Chicago Popeyes. One black girl working in the restaurant all the Hispanic workers laughing and speaking to each other in Spanish. I asked the girl did she understand them she said NO! I'm a English speaking customer and it made me uncomfortable and they offer me $5. Wow

3 piece tender meal
I went to Popeyes #8495 at 4493 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL 34606 tonight and ordered a 3 piece tender meal from the drive-thru menu. I ordered while staring at the menu board showing the meal is $11.49. I tried ordering two apple pies, but as usual they had none. This location is always out of something. When I got to the pick-up window the manager told me I owed $14.15. I said "that can't be right. Tax can't be almost $3.00. Please check that!"
The manager told me that corporate increased the prices in the computer/register but never updated the menu boards and that she had no ability to change it. I don't know what to believe. Either way this is [censored]. How can you charge me $1.80 more than your posted price?
On my receipt, I was charged $13.29 plus $0.86 tax. I have always loved Popeye's chicken, but you keep driving me away. Between messed up orders, menu items not available, not being able to pay with cards half the time, and this, you are losing me. I thought $11.49 was expensive. $14.15 is way too much for 3 chicken strips, mashed potatoes, and a drink.
I will wait 24 hours for you to make it right or will post a review of exactly what happened to me.

Been to this store on several occasions since it opened about 4 years ago. The service is terrible- from getting the order correctly; to getting the order in a timely fashion (have left without the order a couple of times); lackadaisical attitudes by staff; inconsistent quality on the chicken. These are the most serious and common complaints that I (and others who live in this area) have experience.
While I really like the food ,in general, I will not be stopping in and supporting it any more!
Claimed loss: No financial loss; lots of time wasted there though!
