I am requesting a refund because the service I paid for was never provided.
I paid upfront for EA Pro specifically so I could play Battlefield 6 and other titles. From day one, the games were completely unplayable.
On October 10th and 11th, the game would not load, repeatedly displayed errors, and EA’s services were not functioning. I made multiple attempts to play and was unable to access the product at all.
I contacted EA Support during this time but received no timely or meaningful assistance. I have screenshots and video evidence of the errors and of my support attempts.
During this period, I also experienced the unexpected passing of a close family member, which understandably delayed my ability to pursue a refund within EA’s restricted timeframe. Even after informing EA of this situation, my refund was still refused.
I contacted EA Support again, but was repeatedly transferred between agents without resolution. I ultimately had to screen-record the interactions due to the lack of support and experience shown by the agents.
Given the circumstances — the service not being provided, documented technical issues, failed support attempts, and compassionate grounds — I am requesting that my refund be reconsidered.
Recommendation: Don't Waste Your Money!
