The madison indiana pizza hut is a disgrace. The waitress forgot to bring the breadsticks than one pizza had the wrong toppings, did not take any dirty plates from the table that we used for the salad bar, there were three nasty looking guys in the cooking area that were just hanging out then they walked out and left one had sandals on! Had to wait ten minutes to get a lid for my breadstick sauce. There is never an apology for anything that happens only thing she said was they were busy and there were only seven people in there. The floors and empty tables were covered with trash and dirty plates and there was a dirty q-tip that was laying next to the salad bar. The manager needs to go! This place sucks!

We received no phone call warning us about this at all. Usually when we order pizza hut we order large (Friday is usually our pizza night)and we always get full and even have some left over. Tonight we have my 6 year old grand daughter and our 2 year old. Neither one eats very much. Anyway, when we opened the boxes it didn't look like a large and it didn't go as far as it usually does. I took a picture of it right after we opened it so you can see. I don't think it was a large. I think we got sent a medium. I am also enclosing a picture of my order. My phone number is [protected]. When ordering pizza tonight for my pregnant wife and kids, I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by an employee. She asked if I could wait one second and that she would return. While waiting the manager approached asking if she could take my order. This experience was horrible. She is hurting your brand.

She didnt have a name tag but she is from the Philippines. She was working in the dubai festival city on 27th december around 9:30 PM near the cashier as a waitress . She was really mean towards people when serving food and ignoring people when they ask her for utensils or tissues. And I think she screamed towards a kid when he ask when will the order be ready. Please tell her not to do that, that is very offensive and she should be fired towards her attitude. Please mad thank you

I am an employee who has worked a few short weeks at four mile fork location. I reported to Rebecka about the alcohol and pill use on the clock and on premises that Teresa is doing, when I report this, all of a sudden Im being harrassed by both the manager and Server. I am 41 years old I will not allow people to talk to me this way. So I told manager I was gonna file complaints, she goes changes my schedule without talking to me, knowing I do work another job, have kids, etc, then she cuts my hours, after christmas, she changes my schedule again, cuts my hours to one day . She does this because she mad I told her I was filing a complaint that she cannot handle a management position. I was being honest. Its business not personal. Anyhow I have never had a manager text me such a rude comment . Then a server mess me this I aplogize but This has made me highly upset and my husband quit over this drama that two keep creating over nothing. Whatever the server tells the manager to do, she does. A trainee quit due to Teresa also . I mean these two should not be in this business. Unfortunately I am gonna have to quit because I cannot afford tk work one day a week . Or go to work and be harrassed . So Sunday is the day I have to Quit since I was taken off my Thursdays, Fridays, Sat, and Sundays schedules
If you are 41 yeas old you are old enough to know that it is wrong to make up lies about employees using drugs. Also what does your age matter. IF you are 16, 41 or 101, it is still wrong for people to talk to you the way the manager and server supposedly talked to you. Of course she is going to cut your hours after Christmas, they get less business then. Also if you are going to make up lies about your coworkers doing drugs maybe you deserve to have your hours cut. It is not that she cannot handle a management position. She just does not like her employees lying about other employees. Do you really think that bashing her is professional like this. You claim to be 41 you should know better. Honestly your posting about her like this is something that someone in junior high would do. Maybe it is you who need to quit. Maybe it is YOU who is not fit for your job. I am sure everyone is glad that you quit. They do not have to worry about you lying about them to management or spreading rumors about them.
favoritism of management
I am a former employee of pizza hut in elizabeth city. I was the primary cook, & I use the term lightly as we were (& still are) extremely understaffed. As such, I was responsible for ALL make table, cut table & wing street duties. I will not say the management wouldn't help out, but I was the driving force in this store. We are located in a small town, which makes us the only buffet in town besides the chinese restaurant. I would perform these duties after working a 8 hour shift overnight at another place of employment 5 days a week. As a result, I would see only 2 hours of sleep per day mostly. The reason for my complaint is because I was recenty fired. I got into a rather loud & obscene arguement with a server because of her lack of professionalism & respect toward the kitchen staff. I'm not making excuses. We were both loud. We were both using profanity. I will say I remained in the kitchen area while her loud comments were made from the front line. My fellow employees heard her in the dish room. I could hear her from inside the dough cooler. When I went into the dishroom to confront her, her pushed the rolling server tray full of dishes at me & I pushed it back in retaliation. As I was immediately fired, she was not. The issue is that this manager is sleeping with this server & because of this, his judgement is greatly clouded. It is public knowledge throughout the staff that they are involved in an affair. I later spoke to this manager via phone call about the incident, he insist that the server did nothing wrong & nobody (customers or staff) heard her screaming at me in the dough cooler from the front line rather degrading. Long story short, she kept her job & I lost mine. I am a 39 year old & I have never been fired from any place of employment before this. My concern is not about getting my job back. We were both unprofessional. I feel that we both should've been fired, however I don't have a manager that I'm sleeping with to back me up like she does. This is unjust. At this point, not only should she be fired, but the manager involved with her should definately be terminated, especially if "unprofessionalism" is the primary issue. Where do I go & who do I talk to to see that this matter is seriously looked into?

I placed my order online at 6:13pm for a stuffed knot pizza. After placing my order the ETA was 88-98 minutes- I call around 7:53 pm after being on hold for 14 minutes to hear that my pizza will not be leaving out for delivery for another 15-20 minutes. Then the gentleman hangs the phone up- very unacceptable. My pizza arriving to my home almost 2 hours and 15 minutes after I place the order...very disappointing! The appearance, quality, and the temperature of my pizza was quite disturbing. I spend a lot of money with this specific location and I am so upset with their service today. I will be putting Pizza Hut on hold for a while.

I placed an order through the app at 6:40 PM on 12/17. Waited 1 hour and still didn't receive my order. Just before I was about to call the store the driver called me and said he couldn't find my apartment. I asked where he had parked and he said he was still driving around and had found "an open gate" there is no gate at my apartment complex. I told him there shouldn't be any gate and it should just be the second building on the left. He then told me what address he had gone to which was not my address. I gave him my address and he said he'd put it in his gps and be here shortly. (I double checked the address I had used to order and it was correct) 20 more minutes I get another phone call. He said he still couldn't find my complex. He read the address back to me and had THE WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN! I gave him the correct address and he said he'd be here soon. 20 more minutes and he calls again and says he can't find my building. I told him its directly across the street from the leasing office (which I tell EVERYONE looking for my apartment) he says he'll be here shortly. 5 more minutes he calls and says "I'm on my way back to the store I couldn't find your apartment" seriously? I called the store and asked for a manager, told him what happened and he told me that his driver couldn't find the apartment. Yeah, I kinda knew that already are you actually gonna do something about it? At this point I didn't even want my pizza anymore just wanted something to be done about it. I told him where he could put it and hung up the phone. I will not be ordering from pizza hut ever again and you people need to find employees who ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. My cousins dog could've found the apartment better.

We dined in on friday, the 13th of december 2019, our servers name was nikki, she was wonderful thought everything, as my family, kids, and I were dining in all of a sudden we heard another server screaning at our server and another man, I kept hearing the word "[censored]" then I heard "suck my dick" and I was done. My child should not have to hear a man say that to a female that is not ok he should be fired. I saw how upset the girl was crying after him screaming in her face but she came out all cleaned up with a smile on her face and continued to give us a wonderful dine in experience. I asked her for the servers name whom was screaming and his name was jordan. I will not go there again, and I will also warn my friends. He does not seem like a good person and is not professional at all.

The date of the incident was 12/14/2019. The time was 4:35 p.m. we got seated they came over took our drink orders brought our drinks right away.
Never came back to take our order. We waited 15 minutes 2 of the servers went back sat down in a booth and started talking the 3 server went back and joined in the conversation. We got up from our table and went to the counter to pay for our drinks. We asked to talk to the manager and they never came out to talk to us. This is the second time we have had a bad experience at this pizza hut. There was only one other couple in the store. It wasn't like the store was busy.

My husband works for NPC pizza hut in tennessee. He started there a yr in a half ago as a delivery driver. He has worked his way up to senior shift manager and has been through two stores and 5 gms and several employees. Current the training rgm walked out today and he was training my husband for rgm well when the area manager came in today she informed my husband she qas bringing a girl from another store that he wasnt ready just yet. This other girl was reason he was moved ro his current location. She leaves early everyday never completes her job duties and very rude. Now hes been passed up for this position twice and NPC has hired outside the company or moved one shift manager up to gm. Hes never missed without real emergency and always on time and comes in or stays over. He has been only long lasting employee between the two stores for almost 2 yrs. The turn over rate and the area manager just doing whatever is crap. Hes been dedicated thru 5 rgms and like i said several several employees.. Sad!

I order two pizza on the 12 of December. They were one medium size cheezr pizza and one large stuff meat lover pizza. On upon ariving. The customer service wasnt very well. They took there time so i begain to rish out of there. When i got home my cheese pizza was burnt and my meat lovers did not have have a lot of meat on it. Then i relauzed that they neve4 gave me me any cheese for the pizza. I ended up givinf it to the dogs because didnt look so good .

I have complained now twice about the same issue once on 9/11 I'd 288861 and again on 21/11 295887, I received your standard response about a voucher being sent which we never received however we did give you another chance and order again only to get the same service as before took too long to deliver and the pizza was cold. So I complained again to get the same standard response. Can you not read my complaints fully and come back to me with a full refund of the 2 orders as I have previously asked I have given you another chance and get you failed again. I would also recommend more staff at your Sutton I. Ashfield store if they can not deliver pizzas on time.

Please review how far tour drivers deliver in Diboll Texas. I only live 7 minutes away from the store and they are refusing to deliver because I'm 8.9 miles from there location. This is ridiculous. I'm upset that I've loved Pizza Hut since I was a child and once we finally have one in my hometown they will not deliver. Please review how far they deliver in Diboll Texas and at least make it ten miles from the store.

I placed one order through mobile application but message shows on application that there's some issue with payment again I try to place order same message i got on app but got messages from bank and they deduct amount from my card, I called pizza hut to check on my order and informed them about this incident, I request them to send one order intead of helping me they cancelled my both orders. I awaited one hour and again I called on helpline your representative asked me to place another order through website. I don't want to waste my more time. Your mobile application is not working properly kindly fix it and I'm not gonna use your services again, I hope my bank will refund my amount bank if they don't then keep it. no food, disrespectful staff
I called for delivery of a small pizza 2 orders of bread sticks and 4 cups of cheese. Order arrived earlier than they said which was good. Well took bag from driver went inside and realized that he didn't give me the pizza so I ran outside to catch him and told him that I didn't get the pizza. He looked in his bag and said all it fell out of the bag, so he picked up the box and the pizza fell out of the box and on his car seat at which point I said that I didn't want that pizza. I had already paid him and tipped him so I told him to just go back and get me another pizza he said no problem. 30 minutes later no pizza so I called the store and couldn't get an answer. I called 7 times no answer so my son went up there. First they told him that the delivery guy hasn't been back so they don't know what he is talking about so my son tells the guy what happened and then all of a sudden the guy says all yeah that pizza already left for delivery so my son came home. Well 20 minutes later still no pizza so I tried calling 5 more times no answer. By now I am very upset so I go to the store myself. I ask for a manager and the guy says I'm the only one in charge so I try and tell him the problem and he tells me I will have to wait while he gets these orders out. Well 15 minutes later he is still not dealing with me so now I tell him that I already paid for my food that I didn't get so he needs to deal with me. Phones ringing off the hook no one answers them so I finally get loud with people lining up to get their food so he finally comes over and rudely says what's your phone number so I give it to him without saying a word to me he goes to the register and comes back and puts 5 dollars and some change on the counter doesn't say a word and walks off, I ask his name so I can file a complaint and he ignored me. I stated that I was going to contact the corporate office and he replied good luck. Not sure how you run your business but if something isn't done in a timely manner I will file a complaint with the better business bureau.
I don’t think anyone understands the restaurant dynamic very well... I began work at a very small restaurant we really didn’t have customer complaints because most customers were kind and understanding but that is in the mid 90’s my how things have changed!

Hello,
Upon order a order online the estimated delivery time was just over an hour. When I completed my order the estimated time for delivery jumped to over 2 hours. When I tried to call and ask about the complication I was disconnected. Called back and was put on "hold" but could still hear the kitchen staff.
I'm currently still waiting on "hold" to either cancel or understand what the actual wait time is.

My name is Catina. Tonight I ordered a large pepperoni pizza online to be delivered to my son in Andalusia Alabama. After I ordered it I later received a call saying my would not be delivered because they was closing soon. I asked what about my money for the food. She said oh if you paid with card we cancelled it. I was very angry and felt that the way this transaction was handled was unprofessional. And I am very disappointed. I am a assistant general manager of a taco bell in Maryland and I would never allow my team member to talk to or treat a customer in that manner. Very unacceptable. 😠
