very bad experience with pizza hut
Yesterday night, i faced a very bad experience with Pizza hut.This was my wife birthday and i want to make a surprise to her.I had an order from Pizza hut and it came very late (one hour and half late ) and each time calling the call center, they advise that the delivery guy is on his way ! noted that my home is 5 min. from Pizza hut walking!
Then at last it came non fresh and cold .I called them to bring back it

My experience tonight. Ordered two pizzas at 9:25pm and get the confirmation that says it won't be delivered until 12:30am. Okayyy, fine I'll just go pick it up. Get there and ten minutes later Anthony brings out the driest pizzas I have ever seen and even says "it looks a little old." I have to wait another 30 minutes and he only brings one of my two pizzas redone! Offers me the old pizza for my second and gives me some cancelled order that is just as dry! We asked for two ranch and he says "don't give me that" while going to get the second ranch. This is all happening at 11pm when we have to work in the am. I love to give good reviews, but this was horrible. The remade pizza and dry pizza are in photos to see what we were given. We're paying for this and they're acting like we just have money to throw away. I have to contact corporate... You have got to do better. Not to mention I SAW THE PIZZA GUY MAKING THE FOOD WITH NO GLOVES! This is no way to protect a brand.
got the wrong pizza and couldn't get ahold of anyone at the store
Hi, I ordered a couple of pizzas from the 1600 Euclid Ave in Des Moines Iowa store Sunday 10/7/2018 at around 5 o'clock pm I ordered them online went to pick them up and they had forgot my extra peppers so I told them they got them. I got home and noticed they gave us the wrong pizza so I tried calling them I called 5 times and never got the store I ordered from it kept rolling over some where else because they would not answer and when I picked up the pizza I was the only person on the board and there was 3 delivery drivers and a young lady that was less then happy to deal with in the store. So after 5 times of calling I let it go to the rolled over store and talked to her she was nice enough to had me off to coustemer service and she tried calling several time to the store and couldn't get a answer to fix my problem so finally she got them and I got a replacement pizza for the one I got one and a half hours after I picked up the original pizzas and at least one hour after my coustemer service lady said it should take 20 minutes to get it so I will no longer buy a pizza from you guys not that I ordered a bunch but ever time I order from this store something is always wrong. I think there should be a change in the way business is done at this store you should at least some people that care about there jobs and what they do. I ordered online and when I received my order it was missing an item (Cinnabons).
When I called to complain of this I was offered one of two things: first, he could reimburse me my money or he could send the driver back out to me with some Cinnabons. I chose for the driver to bring some Cinnabons back out to me. However, the driver never came back and when I called and asked for my money back instead since the driver never came back, I was told that they couldn't reimburse me my money because I made my order online and they couldn't give me any Cinnabons because they didn't have anymore, so I was just out of luck.

Approx. 4 weeks ago I phoned to place an order. I was put on hold and was then disconnected. I called back and was told that she was the only one there, and apologized for the disconnect. Placed my order & went to pick it up at the drive-thru. The customer ahead of me, used the drive-thru to place his order, and we w a i t e d till it was ready. When I pulled up, she again apologized, and gave me a card for a complimentary lg 2 topping for another time. She didn't have any cards for that, but wrote on a pan pizza card that it was good for the lg. 2 topping. I appreciated the card, and admired her thoughtfulness. Today, 8 Oct. 18 My grandkids don't have school, and I wanted to treat them, so I took my card and went to the same Pizza Hut. (N.Claude Lord Blvd., Pottsville, Pa. 17901) I arrive at 1050 and patiently waited for the store to open. When I got in, I explained what had happened previously, and how I received the card. I had to explain this twice ! This female clerk then took my name, and proceeded to enter my order. TO my surprise, I was being charged full price for the pie. I asked if she wasn't going to honor the card, and she snipped, "What, Do You Want It For FREE?" Disgusted, I said "I should have known you wouldn't honor this card, I should have gone to Dominoes" Her reply was "Have a nice day, There's one across the street !"That's where I went., after exercising my 1st Amendment right, by commenting on the marital status of her parents, at the time of her birth ! I DO NOT want anything from this, as I do not expect to be returning there. I only hope it will negatively reflect on her next employee evaluation !

After placing an online delivery order an employee called me from the store to notify me that my order was not going to be delivered that I had to come and pick my order up if I wanted it. I explained that I work at a hospital and can not leave to come retrieve my order. I asked for an explanation as to why they can't deliver my order. The employee told me they've had five deliveries so far tonight and didn't want to do anymore deliveries. After speaking with the manager "Briana" she told a different story which was more understanding. However, I still think it is rude and wrong that my delivery was canceled just because of someone's lazy actions. The address of the location is 515 15th street Tuscaloosa, al 35401

I ordered a carry out veggie lover at Pizza Hut on 10/07/2018. I brought it home in my second slice I got something weird and I spit it out on my hand and it was piece of nail. It is disgusting am vomiting due to this pizza I got! Does people that bake pizza wear gloves? What if I get bacterial infection I got the piece with me I need someone to follow up with me ASAP before I talk to my lawyer! My no is [protected]

We live in Minden. Pizza Hut is in Gardnerville. It is 15 minutes away. The store will not deliver to us. They would not deliver to our last address either. Apparently we are still out of range. It sucks. It's not right. Our new address is 1289 Lariat Court in Minden NV. The location is less than 7 miles away. The store address is 1362 Main St Unit 101 Gardnerville, NV 89410. I am a very umhappy, very unsatisfied customer.

On oct 4 we ordered carry out for my birthday. I am 55 years old. We bought a large chicken club and a large cheese half mushroom pizzas. That evening around 11:00 me and my husband both had stomach problems! He was actually vomiting and diarrhea for 4 hours. I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. The next morning I called both my daughters that ate with us that are 30 and 33 years old and they said they also had stomach cramps and diarrhea. They both have children but they were fine. The kids ate the cheese pizza and all of us adults ate the chicken club. So I believe the chicken club caused this. It took 2 days to actually start feeling better. I called the Pizza Hut in New Haven In. Just to let them know what happened. The manager said it was the flu. Lol Well he was rude and acted like I was a liar. Why would I lie about that! Horrible reaction if you ask me! He never asked if we are ok now and didn't even care! He didn't even ask my name or try to make the situation right! I'm very disappointed in pizza huts management. We eat Pizza Hut every Friday night! Well that will change now since I was treated with such disrespect! 😡

I ordered online 2 large for $7.99 one pepperoni & one pineapple and ham with wings 18 count 2 ranch & bread sticks! The first delivery was 1 pizza pepperoni with pineapple and ham on one whole pizza I told the delivery driver what I thought I had ordered the delivery driver called in to store left the wings without ranch as I ordered ranch to go with wings and left breadsticks! After 25 mins driver came back with 2 pizza correct, but was charged $55.18 was not happy with price tix 0015 internet2 026684 as thought price would be less I paid as was fedup but thought for samething could of went to lil Cesar's and paid $35, & the pizza was slimy as was not cooked long enough!

I place my order at 7:00 PM on Saturday I received my order at 9:15 PM Saturday my pizzas look like burnt pieces of [censored], I am sorry cold Burnt pieces of [censored], after waiting for 2 hours and calling and being told they had only one delivery person it was on way, that was at 835 pm, my pizza still did not arrive till 915, I want a refund, my total was 17.83, here is pic of my pizza and receipt
delivery drivers
Multiple times I have been driving in town to witness your delivery drivers texting and driving. This last one the other day got me to finally come here to complain as they were driving slow/to fast and crossing over to the other lame several times. I have witness several drivers visably texting and staring at their phones. It dangerous and reckless. I think it is important that this get looked into.
The amount of deaths and accidents that can happen from texting and driving is scary.
I hope you take time to remind and prevent texting and driving. It will save lives!

I ordered 2 of your specials its 2 3 topping pizzas. And bread sticks for 21.99. I ordered 3x cheese. On one. Then 3 meats on the next one i ordered stuffed crust 3x cheese them 2x cheese meatball. I was charged 58.11 i was charged 2.00 more for stuffed crust. And extra cheese i get 3 toppings with specails its false advertisement. And not fair i spoke to manger he said we do charge for cheese. I am a very unhappy customer

The manager at the Pizza Hut, 1721 JA Cochran Bypass, Chester South Carolina is very rude; her name is Roann, she lacks common sense and customer service skills.
We placed our order October 4, 2018, for 14 Pizza, and a 12 count of wings. Pick up at 11 am, on October 5, 2018. She made me wait 10 minutes before she unlocked the door to open for business. She did not say good morning or may I help you. She said what are you here for?
Roann forgot to give me the napkins, cheese, and peppers I requested when I placed the order, (I stated I would need enough to serve 30 people). So I had to drive back to Pizza Hut (2½ miles) to get them. When I told Roann she forgot to give them to me, she said with an attitude, did you ask for them? If you don't ask we don't give. I asked her what her name was; she said it is of no importance to me.
So to keep myself calm, I said we are going to slow this down a minute, you take a breath and I will take a breath. I said we ordered 14 boxes of pizza and 12 wings, I request these items when I placed the order. She said that was yesterday, I forgot. Lord Jesus, all I could do was say "Lord, hold my tongue". She did not even give me enough napkins, peppers or cheese so accommodate 30 people.
I do not wish to see Ms. Roann fired, but as a Manager of an establishment, what is she teaching her employees? All this happened at 11 am, I would hate to be there at rush hour if her attitude is like this towards the first customer.
She definitely needs some Professional Development classes, starting with Customer Service and then Management.

No pizza on the buffet had to wait 17 mins for pizza. Then pizza was nasty. No plates. Had to use a salad bowl. The service was rude and incompetent. I don't know how they are still in business honestly. I will not be coming back for a while. Maybe things will change. The salad was bad too. Very stale. I told them about the service and pizza and salad tasting bad. They acted like they didn't care at all

We order delivery tonight and the order was wrong. We even called the location before we ordered to ask some quetions. Found out later it was the manager on duty we spoke with and she was very rude on the phone. Once the delivery came after we ordered through the app it was incorrect. My daughter was not happy. The manager was not sorry she acted as if she could of cared less. We got are money back. I don't think this manager likes her job! I have never been treated so rude in my life. I will never order from Pizza Hut again.

First thing is that I ordered two medium pizzas at 5.99 a piece, Then got a supreme personal pan, and an order of 12 bone in wings. The manager took the order and never gave the price over the phone. His attitude on the phone was rude and not very inviting. The personal pizza was made like they had an extra pizza made and they placed all the toppings on top so they wouldn't have to make another one. The pizza tasted old and not very Pizza Hut. Now today is Wednesday and there is a wing special but when my wife got to the store the manager told her that it was $50 for the order after my wife broke down the price of each item the manager then said the price was $30 which as a manager he should have known the price was wrong. My. Family has pizza at least twice a month maybe more and we always eat Pizza Hut. I moved to the Middletown area in the past year and the Pizza Hut that services this area is the worst one I have ever been to. Everybody in that one has a bad attitude and it doesn't seem friendly. I think we're thinking of getting our pizza else where if thing at that Pizza Hut doesn't have any change.

my complaint is a dirty restaurant and not being able to receive a refund
I ordered 2medium pizzas and paid cash, but someone else picked up for me, I had to bring the pizza back because it wasn't cook through. And after seeing the cleanness of the restaurant, I refused the pizza and wanted my money back . I was advised that there is a no refund policy. The employees clothes were just filthy, and food thrown all over the floor, and the pizza I brought back was just sat on the food bar, after I just had it on the floor of my car.
my wings and apple pies
I order a personal pan pizza honey bbq wings and 6 apple pies my pies look bite I only have 5 there are pose to b six i'm suppose to get 8 wings there are only 6 and they look dry... I ordered dipping sauce ranch and icing for apple pies didn't get it i'm really upset because I order from them all the time... Always forgetting delivery the ranch cups that are 50 cent i'm truly disgusted with these pies
moldy sauce
This isn't so much a complaint about the site, as is the quality of the food. Tonight I ordered Alfredo pasta with wings, I received marinara pasta in place of the Alfredo. I quickly called the store to explain, and was the gentleman that answered the phone apologized for the mistake and told me he would take care of it ie deliver my Alfredo. While waiting for the second delivery, we began to eat the wings and bread sticks. At this point we discovered the marinara dipping sauce for the bread sticks was COVERED in mold! I called the store bad to inform them of this, and was told that they made the sauce fresh today. It's is not possible that the sauce was made today or this week ( it's on Tuesday) even. If we had not paid attention to what we were eating, we could have easily dipped and eaten this moldly sauce.
I would like to offer compliments to the delivery driver as he was quick and a pleasure for both deliveries. On the second delivery we did receive a box of complimentary bread sticks and bottle of Pepsi. We appreciate that, though didn't need that. I understand mistakes happen, so the issue of the wrong delivery was understandable, however moldy food is unexcusable. I felt it necessary to let corporate know about this. I have pictures and sent the sauce back with the driver to show his manager. I can only hope that they have taken time to look through their refrigerator and clean out ALL the expired food
