On 9/3/2021 I contacted Pizza Hut with regards to a complaint and received a robot reply stating I would hear back shortly - that was 3 weeks ago and have received no reply. Follow-up will now be formalized through our attorney and the Cary, North Carolina Police Department.

On that date at @ 7:30 PM I made an online order for a pizza ($18.93) which I would pick up at the store location at 2026 Kildaire Farms Road, Cary, NC 27518. When I got to the store the employee (a large black guy) said no order was submitted and it took him about 10 minutes to discover he was wrong. Pizza was found and his demeanor was rude,, loud and unprofessional. He pretty much threw the box at me and it landed on the floor. Witness was there with me. I oppened the box and since the pizza looked damaged I refused delivery and asked for a refund. The employee said no way and said I could deal with my bank for a credit card refund. He was near violent in his tone and attitude and I was fearful for my safety so I left, called my husband, and we called the police. Since Pizza Hut has made no attempt to resolve this matter, we have consulted with our attorney and will steps to file a civil/criminal complaint.

A fellow employee I work with is definitely a great candidate for or firing if you contact me I can tell you everything, he is lazy, and always standing around, only takes one delivery at a time unless directed otherwise which wouldn't be an issue if he didn't go way over the max delivery time for that address. he also has harassing behavior when he is throwing what I believe to be an adult tantrum. He has frightened and angered alot of people

I ordered my pizza at 6:30 pm. I was told on the tracker it would be 38-48 min. Right now(and my pizza still isn't here) it's 8 pm. Not only am I totally disgusted, but it's past the time when I can actually eat and get any sleep. This is some serious bs. The last time ordered your food was 2 years ago I've true same crap. I do like your pizza, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Nope, more [censored] from a poorly run company. Dominoes is always here within 30 min, guaranteed ! Sad your company can't perform with the same level of expertise and reliability.

I called and spoke to one of your so called big shots about 5 years ago and told them "PIZZA WAS MEANT TO BE DELIVERED"
and who ever it was said we are changing that and pizza hut was going to be a walk in sit down restaurant so here is another statement for ya " how's that working out for ya I live exactly 5 miles from one of your location and you won't deliver to my home and like I told your Big shot if I was going out to eat I dam sure was not going to get pizza BECAUSE PIZZA WAS MEANT TO BE DELIVERED ... !

Hello, I ordered a 3 topping pizza and wings on 09/19/2021 from store #004903 at around 2pm-3pm(Sunday). I added on extra sauce and jalapenos. all I received on my pizza was cheese and jalapenos and when I called a lady or young girl answered and got a attitude saying well we don't have that in our system and not trying to fix the problem. She has the receipt that's on the box that's not the total I have. I even told her the totals was different on the receipts and she disregarded that. I'm very angry I was ordering this for family who cant leave the house. Please help me where they couldn't.

Ordered The Detroit Double Pepperoni pizza and two sides for pickup. Opened the pizza box at home and there was not one pepperoni on the entire thing. Nor were there the extra vegetable and bacon toppings we ordered ordered. I called immediately and was on hold for nearly 15 minutes. Called back held for five minutes, but then spoke to a Supervisor. Her response was that I had unchecked pepperoni in my order. I explained that my thinking was, "Why would I order even more pepperoni on a Detroit Double Pepperoni pizza" and unchecked pepperoni. I asked if nothing else raised a red flag, shouldn't the fact that there was zero pepperoni and no other toppings on the pizza they boxed? She offered to make another pizza, but we would have to drive 30 minutes to pick it up. Told me having it delivered was not an option.

I asked to speak with a manager and was put on hold for 10 more minutes. By the time I spoke to the manager I had decided to just take a refund on the pizza. She told me she would be happy to refund the pizza if I would bring the pizza back. I asked if I could return it for refund the next day and she said, "Sure."

I was flabbergasted at the mistake they made on our food and their absolute lack of interest in trying to resolve the problem in a reasonable way.

i sent another letter a bit ago / and i think you should have the following info ticket # 0065 server samya / it all happened on 9/13/21between 645pm and 720pm . i drove up to get my order and they were serving out the drive thru to a walk up pair / i thought that was a no no at any restaurant, it is unsafe . when they got their pizza they walked right at me and i had to stop so i did not hit them . when i got to the window, the girl held up her finger and walked away, and she was gone 8 min came back and took my payment and left again .payment was 30.29 . when she came back with my order 12min later, not giving me a reason why she left and why my order was not ready in 15 min as told it would be . my order was made at 646pm and i left at 721pm after being there 25min . i have never had service this bad there before now . i hope it does not happen again . i am not a big fan of papa john or dominos pizza . thank you

i ordered a meaty detroit pizza via internet, picked it up and when i got home found out it was medium cheese pan pizza, so i called the store immediately. i called a total of 7 times thats right 7 times for a total of 30 minutes. i kept getting put on hold the longest hold time was 7 minutes so i kept calling back at one point the main switchboard picked up and when i told them i wanted to lodge a complaint they transfered me to the store where i was put on hold .

I tried to set up a new account, spent 40 minutes, most of them reinserting the same information, but it boiled down to one thing it denied me as an unknown address the pizza hut is less than 1/4 mile. So guess what I've got 91 followers and i'm going to beg them to relay how bad your site is. this happened 8/21/2021 I am David May After trying to order pizza and never getting a reply I left to pick up order from another restuarant, I get back and have an email saying order is approved. phone [protected] Again Credit card name David R May This is unacceptable, your new customer page is terrible, I know you try to add addresses as a city changes, But Damn most of the delivery places know where they are going and this was a pick up you had my credit card info.

** 8/6/05 was around the date the incident acoured.
** The pizzas Hut location is 107th ave and Indian School.
** The problem was that thev pizza that was delived to my home witch is 10260 W colter st Glendale AZ 852307. Was delived a little late from the time witch they said it was. The pizza then was cold and it tasted awful One of of the Large Peperoni pizzas I ordered had the chesse stuck to the top of the carboard.
** I called the store spoke to manager witch couldnt manage to help me resolve this issue. She was rude and disrespectfull.

He said someone will then get ahold of me to resolve this issue and adress it with the store manager. No longer then 4 buissness days but as of right now there was nothing he could do to help me with a refund or to get what I paid for he said he didnt have accses to that request of mine.
** Its been More then 7days sence i contact customer and I havent recived I caleed from anyone about this problem.
** I paeyed $60.00 for 2 Large stuffed pizzas one was Pepperoni and the other one was pineapple with bacon, 2 orders of bone in wings 1. Hawaiin and 2. mild buffaloo it was for delivery and total was around $89.99 I gave the dilivery person $100 and I was planning to tip her $5 but then she told me she didnt have change witch i found that very unprofetional and wrong because it should be part of their bu8issness policy to carry enough change for those who chosse to pay with cash. I didnt have change either so I had no choice buit to tip her the rest of my change witch was rediculous everything thing went wrong with thois order and im finding it very hard to get sometype sof assistance with this complaint witch shouldve be very hard to resolve.

I placed a order on 8/13 @730 I was informed it be 89-99 min wait..

I tried to cancel order immediately. I was not able to as a result of horrible service. My order arrived at 910 the food was cold and the containers/ box was so nasty and greasy too add insult there was a paper receipt laying
Inside the pizza box on top of the pizza... Wth... And the other box was dented.
I want a full refund I don't want a coupon or any thing else.

On Thursday, August 12, 2021, I ordered 2 pizzas and 22 buffalo hot wings from your Red Deer, Alberta, branch #013. We finally had to order by phone when the online option failed to work as usual. We were told within 20-30 minutes our order would arrive. It finally did arrive over 90 minutes later and was barely warm. We are not large customers but we regularly order in twice monthly with orders around the $70.00 mark so our business may not be that important to you but the quality of our order is very important to us. This is not the first time we've had problems. We will be using one of your competitors going forward.
