Pizza Hut - Delivery

My order # 323102411524001311041465, Jackie Pasley, 2424 Goshen Road, Winchester, KY 40391

I placed an order today and the local store had no drivers and sent doordash, when they arrived I had no drink and no sauce for wings, both were paid for. The wings were awful, hardly no buffalo sauce and several were hard as a rock and mostly breading. I called the store and the manager answered, this was her 1st day and she was super nice. She apologized and said she would refund me $20. I thanked her and realized after I hung up, I paid cash, how will I get this refund?

Pizza Hut - Denied service

Ordered and paid online for contactless curbside 8 carol road winchester Kentucky 40391 on 9/8/21 at 1200 noon.
Drove to store, saw 2 cars ahead of me recieve their food. Called in and was told due to weather they weren't doing contactless curbside. Explained I had no coat or mask, was hung up on. Got soaked getting into store, asked for manager who told me I had to leave and wasnt going to recieve my food because I was raising my voice. I explained again and stated in paid for my food. She stated I was no longer allowed to order through that store due to my behavior (raised voice. so she could hear me THROUGH A MASK), kept asking me to repeat myself as she couldnt hear me over the kitchen noise. Patted a board on wall FULL of names and said I was joining them. I demanded the food.. She told me not. she told me a refund took 10 business days and I wouldn't be allowed back in HER store. Got on her phone and left me at the counter. Came back and gave me the food and again told me I was not to ever come back. Told me she was the manager and would not have such "behavior" in her restaurant. Refused to give me my receipt - Then got home to find it was not my order. I am NOT going back to fix that she stole from me (I paid for more than I got). EVER. SHE NEEDS FIRED. I want and apology and a refund. Maddie Jones [protected]

Ps I DO feel discriminated against as she was black and the people she served on cars ahead of me were but I'm white.

Desired outcome: Fire manager with apology and refund to me not even my food
