DO NOT BUY WITH OPODO. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My flight was cancelled and I have been waiting over 2 weeks and have called them now seven times to try and sort this. They continually lie to me and tell me that they have been contacting Aer Lingus and are waiting to here back. I contacted Aer Lingus and confirmed that this was untrue. They promise to call me back, solve it in 24, 48 or 72 hours. Different promise every time. I am due to leave in a few days and this is still not sorted. I don't even know which day I am flying. DO NOT BUY WITH OPODO. Completely incompetent and unethical company. This is still not sorted and I have spent two weeks stressing about this. Don't believe their positive reviews I doubt they are authentic.
Recommendation: DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I am still on hold as we speak.
