Opodo took a membership fee from my account, December 2024. When I queried this (as do not want to be a member), I was only offered only half my money back. To just end any relationship with this firm, I agreed. A year later (December 17 2025), Opodo have now taken £99.99 pending from my bank account. I have contacted them by phone, and they said to get my part-refund last year, I had to remain a member. This is why I am being charged £99.99 in December 2025. The whole thing is a scam. I cannot seem to escape. I am very concerned. I have informed my bank. Any advice would be gratefully received.

Desired outcome: £99.99 not to be taken from my account, and my link to Opodo to END for ever.

Still waiting for a response, in writing, to my complaint on 18th December. I doubt very much if I will get one. Really hoping that the word gets out there and people avoid this company. Going to contact Martin Lewis in the New Year, as it makes an interesting story. I see that Opodo has received over 600 complaints through this channel.
