On 06.08.2023 I made a flight booking through Opodo website - Opodo Ref. #12325667271. Two years later, on 05.09.2025, using information of my bank account, which was given to Opodo upon the ticket booking, company, called Opodo Prime withdrawn 1203,60 NOK from my account as a payment for the "membership", which never was established and approved by me without any notification to me.
Opodo Prime is claiming that I am a member of their club. Meanwhile, I never contacted OPODO Prime, never requested a membership, never was contacted by APODO PRIME on this matter, never was informed and never confirmed that I agree to be a member of the APODO PRIME.
It is not possible to cancel the Opodo/Opodo Prime membership via options given on their websites, since they are permanently down. The same is valid for phone/e-mail connections, provided as options for communication.
Claimed loss: 1203,60 NOK
Desired outcome: Please refund 1203,60 NOK and cancel my membership at Opodo/Opodo Prime ASAP as not valid.
