Today telephoned Opoda Prime not to renew my current account with them. States it short time to cancel, after talking to the first rep, i was passed on another rep and I stated my name and i wished not to renew next policy which expires in a few days. He started go thru my past bookings bookings and how much I saved, I said I know my past booking but must cancel renewal ,this went on several times and said cancel the renewal and I got a lot of backchat so put down the phone . This was just like the old days with SKY,
Claimed loss: nil at this moment .Unless they bill my Paypal account
Desired outcome: To all customers of Opodo . I request when a customer wants to cancel the renewal is made simple and not try to enforce anyboy to renew
