We received our order from Omaha Steaks Today and everything was fine except for 1 thing. While 1 bottle of their seasoning came as part of the package we also purchased another 2 bottles of their seasoning separately and those 2 bottles were missing from the shipment.
I just called the number I got on here (thank you for providing it by the way - and FYI I called and got through immediately using the second number that appears for Omaha Steaks when I pressed the blue “Call” button toward the top of the section on Omaha Steaks.)
So, to finish up with my experience, I called the customer service number that I was able to find by pressing the bright blue button toward the top of the section that said call in the center of it with white font and there were two numbers that came up and I chose the second of the two numbers and I dialed that and right now it is I called at about 7:40 PM California time on Saturday night and a customer service first a an automated type of customer service “person”came on line and I simply said my package arrived and it is missing a couple of items and it immediately transferred me to a customer service representative. I was really happy that the representative answered my call within two rings. I explained the issue to her and she gave me three different options to rectify the problem. One was I could have a gift card towards another purchase. The second was a full refund for the missing items and the third option was to have the missing items sent to us as soon as possible. I opted for having the missing items sent to us as soon as possible. After being put on a very brief hold she came back on and had arranged for the two missing bottles of the seasoning to be sent out to us and we should receive them by the 14th of this month. Which is this Wednesday and considering it’s Saturday night right now I was very happy with that outcome!
In conclusion, The customer service representative was very professional, polite and easy to talk to and after completing our reshipment of the missing items she asked if there was anything else she could do or any questions she could answer for me.
I am pleased to say that we had an excellent experience with both contacting and speaking with Omaha Steaks customer service department tonight.
