So, I placed two orders, one to be delivered to each adult child with the expectation that the items would arrive by 12/15/25. Kept getting emails stating delivery dates have changed. This happened three time with the expected delivery dates now 12/30/25 and 12/27/25. Of course this was unacceptable for a Christmas gift so I had to cancel the order. Very disappointed. It was the first and last time I tried Omaha Steak.

Two Christmas orders placed with 4 changes of delivery dates until after Christmas. Orders canceled and will NEVER use this company again, Do Not order from Omaha Steaks, VERY disappointed!
