Olive Garden service

We felt rushed and didn't feel like we were allowed to enjoy our dinner.
We wanted our left overs to take home and while I finishing my pasta the waitress gathered up my sons leftovers with all of our bread & pasta and threw it out!
I was very disappointed in her when I was laying she was no where to be found.
She rushed us then wasted our food to get us out for the next patrons.

Olive Garden customer service

My review is posted on the website under, Ricardo Salas. The restaurant is the Wellington store in Palm Beach county. With the cold weather upon us, a warm bowl of soup is what I had in mind. The place was not busy and neither the waiter or waitress came to assist. The table in front of mine, the waiter went 3 times to assist a couple that had already been there. The waitress a few tables away from me offered refills to them. Brought their refills and still didn't come to my table. Both waiter and waitress were white. I'm Hispanic. All the customers in the restaurant were white. Explained...

Olive Garden food

on jan 11th a group of us ladies came down for lunch omg the floors were dirty out table needed wiped off noone was taking care of what they needed to do. We asked for a table they gave us a small booth we didnt take that because it was too small. We ordered alot of things drinks and all i got my food it was cold and hard the noodles anyway our service was Horrible i dont want to put race in it but i think it was. Now we come in for lunch alot try to anyway. The server was a guy he was nice. What i am wanting is a gift card or something. Olive Garden service and food

Went to Olive Garden with my daughters in South Attleboro Mass. The server Briana wasn't attentive at all. My youngest daughter ordered Chicken and shrimp alfredo with spaghetti. The server delivered Chicken with shells! My daughter had to wait for her food while we ate. She didnt even make an adjustment to the bill for her screw up. The lasagna frita wasn't fresh nor was our salad.in the middle of our meal Briana came to us and said no rush but do you need to go plates? I replied no we don't we are still eating! She never asked us for refills nor cleared our table. She approached our table 2 more times and asked about to go plates. Now I was annoyed! I replied no we are clearly still eating but how about some refills since you never asked! I felt uncomfortable and rushed. She never cleared off the salad plates, appetizer plates, nor my alcoholic beverage during our meal. Worst experience ever!

Olive Garden server anika c. and general manager eric rodgers

To Whom it May Concern: My son-in-law my daughter and myself went for lunch. We ordered our drinks and when she brought them she put 2 on the table and when she went to give me mine which was a Bloody Mary the tray started tippping which then the drink fell on my son-in-law spilling over his jeans, shirt and white jacket. I understand it was an accident but she proceeded to chuckle which was very innapropiate. The GM proceeds to come over and tells him that his meal will be comped which was $11.98 which does cover the cost of his jeans, shirt or the white jacket which is still stained.

Olive Garden manager jeff

I went to olive garden with my best friend to have some girl time and we had a great server so I wanted to tell the manger how wonderful the server was. After I got up to use the bathroom and I over heard the manager telling our server how I was wasted and smoking at the table! All I had to drink at lunch was water! That was the most disrespectful thing a manager could say about to customer! Especially behind their back! I want this manager gone from this olive garden asap! After I heard this I paid for my food right away and got it boxed it after only eating 2 bites and left! Jeff needs to be fired now!

Olive Garden service

2 weeks ago I took my family and 2 grand kid to dinner at Olive Garden. We love it there and go often.
We were seated at waited 20 min for soup and salad and drinks came in to us but 1/2 of the order. We asked for breadsticks and plates. Then asked again for the rest of our drinks. Finally they came out about 1/2 hour. Our server never came back to check on soup or bread sticks, so we let the soup go. The food came out and they were 2 orders short on the large chicken parm. They said someone took them and they came out with the regular size. After dinner was finished we were there 2 1/4 hours! I can't believe this. The server seemed over whelmed and stayed away and I think there must have been problems with the kitchen. I love Olive Garden and hate not to go back again. I though I would let you know about this Very bad Night. Thank You

Olive Garden to go food

I called to place an order I ordered in two chicken parks, a PINT of Alfredo and 1/2 dozen breadsticks. Service was bad for the guest infront of us tons of mess ups so we waited awhile then when my turn another girl brought out a bag and handed it to a random customer assuming it was hers. All that was in the bag was breadsticks and not a pint only a small boat of Alfredo I just left at that point without our food. Sad how bad service was for a dead night. Olive Garden service at olive garden this evening

Had the waitress from hell. Never smiled, acted like it was a pain to wait on us. Ordered unsweetened iced tea, I was served a flavored tea (I believe raspberry), asked for a replacement & she told me it was unsweetened. Grudgingly brought me a replacement that was not iced but hot tea. During the course of our meal she didn't bus our tables at all, got quite cluttered with 7 people, empty dishes, empty dishes & empty glasses. Manager walked by & told her to get the tables bussed. By the time our desserts were being served there were still dirty dishes cluttering the tables. When we first gave our orders my daughter ordered a fettuccini alfredo to go meal. By the time we were getting our coats on to leave we still did not get our meal to go. What the heck kind of training did she have, obviously not enough. Totally ridiculous & gross. Thx for nothing. Very sincerely, denise streitman.

Olive Garden server / management

I went to dinner with a friend on 12/4 around 7pm and the service was horrible it took 20 minutes for someone to come over after we were seated and when someone did he came with something we didn't even order yet very unorganized
When we did get out order taken I ask for sprite soda he brought back a sprite with all these lemons in it no one ask for lemons I ask for salad without tomatoes (food allergy) came with them in it and it didn't get any better my seafood alfredo was drenched in alfredo sauce took forever to come out my guest pasta was very dry I frequent this location a lot but this time was the worse experience I have had

Olive Garden restaurant bathroom

I brought my elderly parents into your Jackson Mississippi store December 3 for lunch. How can you have a restaurant open and serving food, but no working bathroom for the customers. Its a shame. My mother is 79 years old and she urinated on herself because she didn't have a bathroom she could go to..She was embarrassed and i was embarrassed for her..The only thing that saved her from more embarrassment and humiliation is that she wore her big coat to the restaurant.Which by the way i had to place in the dry cleaners because she had to sit in the car with it on and it got soiled from her urine soaked pants.My God, what kind of business are you running.

Olive Garden service employees — waitress

To whom it may concern, I have traveled all over the world, and I like to eat at nice places.. Today, some friends and I ate at olive garden in grand island, nebraska, the foods was fine the service was ok, they were relatively busy, but, our waitress was absolutely gross... She actually had a large fake gold and fake diamond ring hanging down out of her nose, down to her upper lip, gross, I have eaten all over the world, never have I seen any thing as groos as she looked... I expect a waitress to look nice to the customers that she is serving... I do not like getting indigestion from looking at her, sorry, olive garden, but you can do better than that, if, you want to hire people that want to do that to themselves, at least just put them in the kitchen, so we, customers, do not have to look at them.. Thank-you... Al and friends

Olive Garden the service not the product

I'm glad that me and my boyfriend were using our gift cards that we received otherwise I would've complained while we were still there. We went to the West Dundee location in IL. We expected to wait to be seated as we did for about 25 mins. But after we were seated we waited an additional 20 mins before our server even greeted us and when he did he said I'm going to have to help you in a few moments which turned out to be another 10 mins, then when he finally acknowledged us he offered us wine but we were already to order, I asked for a blue Hawaiian, my boyfriend ordered a coke, 10 mins later he brought the coke and beadsticks as well as salad but informed me that it would still be awhile before I would get my drink since he hasnt ordered it yet. Long story short I was drinking by boyfriends coke while I was eating my salad, After I finally received my drink I drank it but only about half because we were going on 30 mins of waiting for our main course and I was afraid that I would not have anything to drink for my dinner. He came by our table after we were done eating and asked if we wanted anything else, I took a chance an ordered another drink and my boyfriend asked for more breadsticks. So after waiting 10 mins our server brought over another coke that we did not ask for and ran away before we could say anything. About 5 mins later he came by and asked if I was sure I needed that drink because he still had not ordered it for me, and we never got anymore breadsticks. I cant remember the name of our server but he was horrible and he treated us like we were an inconvience. I will NEVER go to an Olive Garden again. NEVER!

I never like to leave a bad review (as I was a restaurant mgr for 28 yrs) but after my bad experience for the 2nd time at this location I needed to have someone hear me out. I went to olive garden in brownsville, tx on 11/7/2019 at 1230pm I was asked if it was okay if she sat me in the bar area and told me it would be the same service as the dining area and I said no thank you I will pass as I had sat in the bar area the last time I was here and I received bad service (2 mgrs. Were right there when I said this) so the hostess sat me in an area where there was no one sitting except for a olive garden worker (justin) who was not clocked in yet. I sat and watched a couple sit down in another area right across from mine and a waiter came and took the drink order and came back and took the lunch order meanwhile I was sitting there very upset at this time. I told my friend (who was with me) that the hostess heard me tell her that I had bad service the last time I was here (thinking they would be on top of customer service) nope didn't happen. Justin overheard our conversation got up went to tell the mgr and asked what he could get us to drink and that a mgr would be over to talk with us. The mgr (bobby joe) did come over and explained that there is no staff working this area and said they are clocking justin in early to help us! Once justin came here was the best and made up for the bad service but I can not believe this has happened after I said something. I wasn't looking for anything free at all but maybe a discount of 10% would have nice and to let me know they were sorry! Waiting for over 18 minutes for service is unacceptable!

Olive Garden sunday lunch

Mom and I had lunch about 1:00 today. She loves the salad it was soggy with dressing 2 olives, 2 peppercinas, a small amount of onions and tomatoes. Pasta was undercooked. The server never refilled our water or brought more bread that we asked for. We were so looking forward to it. A real disappoinment. It was wonderful the last time we were there.

Olive Garden unethical behavior

On 1O/25/2019 some of my co-workers and I went to Olive Garden on Benson Dr. for our monthly Friday outing. Prior to going I called to make reservations for a group of ten, however upon arrival I noticed that five of my coworkers had actually shown up.

When, we arrived I informed the hostess that we no longer needed a large table considering only five had arrived, I offered an apology " no problem said the hostess and showed us to our waitress and table, she expressed to our waitress that it was only five guest instead of ten, and our waitress immediately became annoyed, I again apologized, and she then shrugged and rolled her eyes! I wanted to leave after this behavior, however my coworkers really wanted to try the never ending pasta dish so, we decided to just stick around. We all ordered, I asked our waitress for a pasta dish, and asked specifically if I could have the chunk tomatoes removed from my dish she quickly replied yes.

When the food arrived I took several bites of my dish and, there was a several tomatoes in the dish, I am severally allergic to tomatoes, so I quickly ran to my vehicle, and had to chew a Benadryl, my throat became itchy. I returned to speak with the waitress about the incident, where she made no efforts to apologize, or felt symphatatic that I was having an allergic reation. She even included " next time you should specify" I was outragged. I had to cut out early because of my illness, I asked the waitress could I have my salad to go, because I had to go before the Benadryl made me drowsy, she brought the salad bagged up, and to add insult to injury, when I got home, the salad had TOMATO on it ! The following morning I called the general manager, and explained the situation to him, he offered his concerns and offered a gift card to the store, I asked is there a sister store instead, considering I rather not eat at Olive Garden ever again, he offered a Longhorn gift card, That I Have not received. And, when I call the store, I feel like the General Manager is screening his calls, they always ask whose calling and put me on hold for 20 minutes at a time, and he never answers my call. This is absolute ridiculous behavior, and no patron should have to go through this ordeal...

Olive Garden the service was horrible

I went with my daughter last week and the service was horrible our waitress dissapeared the whole stay! We had to hunt someone down to even get our bill. We had the all you can eat salad and soup and I felt like it was a scam. If someone isnt there serving you, you cannot get refills lol it was ridiculous. This was the first time I left without leaving any tip! But I felt ripped off already but not getting our refill service as we went there for

Olive Garden product

I and several hundreds actually people here in Provo are boycotting your Restaurant! The best thing on your menu WAS Braised Beef Tortellini! I do not understand why you remove it from your menu! Only to turn around and put it back on at a later date. I have talked to employees who say people actually get up and leave because you no longer offer the Braised Beef. They also say the get calls of people checking to see if it's back and when they find out it's not they hang up. I like so many people are begging you please put it back on your menu, if no where else but your Provo Restaurant! I'm sure that it needs to be in every one! Thank You!

Olive Garden Service

We came in friday 10/25 we were running behind and told the server we needed all 10 orders to go we sat in the room with the big table, we all ordered big meals then the server never came back after 15-20 min I went and got the jess and told her what happened so she went and never came back, in 30min I went to get the mg julie and she came over and took or order but after 30 min of no drinks or food we had to leave jess said let me get yall some drinks salads and soup for free and no charge. We ate so fast cause we had to leave we 450 band kids heading to camden for a football game. The mgr came over with a check for soup, I asled why are we getting a check for soup after we were told it would be free, so we were charged for soup that we never ordered. The service here was horrible and I love this place but the service and communication at this location was the worst I have ever had. 30min of no drinks not even water and then paying for food we didnt order. We didnt even ge the food we ordered to go. I hope this does not happen often. Worst ever service.

Olive Garden service

There were 10 of us dining at Olive Garden Saturday night celebrating my birthday. We had a reservation for 6:30. The service was so terrible that it took an hour just to receive our soup/salads and even longer to get drinks from the bar that were ordered prior to our food order. All we kept hearing were excuses and "we will get it as soon as we can". A couple different people from our group attempted to talk to the manager on duty and he wasn't much better anout getting things taken care of for us. Overall it was a miserable experience and several members of our party said they would never eat there again

At our Olive Garden when you have a party of 8 or more they take a reservation. That wasn't the issue, it was the snail service we received after we sat down
