I purchased a 1-year subscription and twice within the year, I was informed that my subscription had expired. I was locked out of my account. I called customer support, which was an absolute nightmare to get to talk to a representative. I demanded a refund, and they laughed as they informed me that they could not see a problem on their end. So, they had no intention or obligation to honor my request, since there was no problem on their end. How could they possibly have an honest intention to monitor virus and theft attempts, when they are the thieves?
