In October I sent an email that i've not used Norton when my computer crashed in early spring. I disputed I was not paying for something I didn't have. Norton agreed to take it off my credit card..Which i see on my statement it was removed 10/30. BUT..why was I charged again on 11/22 $43.19. I DO NOT HAVE NORTON I WILL NOT BE PAYING THIS FEE. PLEASE TAKE ME OFF THE RENEWAL...

I have just got my renewal for a year and they charged my credit card over 90.00 i see it's offered for half that price.. but when i talk to customer service they keep on telling they gave me the best price what a rip off I'm very angry right now... so much for a customer loyalty program:(

I ordered one yr, .of protection. I have paid for it by credit card (and it has appeared on my monthly statement and is paid) yet I keep getting pop ups that say my coverage has exoired. I have used this process for a few yrs. and never had a problem before.

you need to enter a new key every time. unless your account is linked to your norton client. then it will auto link the timer. if you dont have a account it is manual entry.

I was already charged for the antivirus on 9-02 08 and they e-mailed me and told me I had to renew my subscription. I already have the new version on my computer, it was down loaded on 9-02-09.

Went for automatic renewal, and my card was charged immediately. I received an email from Norton telling me that my order was cancelled - yet the charge remained. Customer Service told me that the key I was renewing was fraudulent, and therefore the order was cancelled - they could not give me a new product key, nor would they issue me a refund ASAP - they said the refund would take 3 business days, and if I wanted a new key I needed to purchase it a second time. Their customer service was nice, however the manager was quick to accuse me of being the one making the key fraudulent, he also got snippy when I mentioned going to another company. Terrible experience. I wish they were a smaller company so I could take them to court or file with the BBB or something. AWFUL!

It is very hard to contact when there is a problem with the coverage and the billing. My Norton ran out and I applied for a 3 yr term and it was charged to my Visa, which I already have the bill, this was done 11/7/11 and I can pull my account up and it show the amount which was over $174.86, and made sure it had been downloaded. but my system is telling me my coverage has run out and I need to download it to get it again. My daughter who is very good with computers and such, went through everything for me and shows payment made. Please follow up on this or contact me if there is a problem, but in the mean time you have my money.

I did not ask for a writing critique. I asked for assistance and for somebody to call me and tell me why
You continue sending me pop-up notices that my protection has expired when it was paid for on 03/25/11. the latest version was ordered on line for the amount of $65.45. If i do not have any coverage I want my money deposited back into my checking account . My phone number is.
[protected] or my cell number is [protected]. Thank you. Joyce H. Zandaki.

I paid 65.95 for the latest version of Norton Antivirus, so why does your message pop up when ever I
turn on my lap top ?My e- statement from my credit union shows that my account was billed for the
amount shown above and that date. please either stop the messages you are sending or refund my
money to my account or call me and tell me what is going on. my Phone # is [protected].

I have been charged for a renewal of my Norton Anti-virus. I was unable to re-new that product by internet I then purchase one from Office-Max. Shortly after I receive a billing for the Anti- Virus on my Visa card. I was informed by Visa that although it was credited to my account it was then once again replaced on y credit card. If it is not removed shortly I will send a copy of my communcation with the Visa representitive to the Connecticut Attorney General Office. I did not authorize re-newal and I will not accept a re-newal without my re-newal. If necessary I will call my local TV station and have them look int0 the illegal method of your re-newal method of your opperation. Also I have tried to communicate with one of your representivives i have been unable to do s0. I will no longer do business with Norton and do my best to see that no one else in my family does so. Remove me from your automatic re-newal list now.

you have charged my credit card for prescription renewal without asking me first. I do not presently have norton as my anti virus. I have chosen another one. You should have sent me an email or phoned me first to give me a chance to reply. I do not want norton at this time. Please credit my credit card with the amount you charged to it asap.

I got a free trial with my new computer and at the end of the free trial I renewed for a year. At the end of 6 months I get a message that my trial period has ended. I called and the resolved the issue. Then 4 days later. My norton stops working and they say I have a virus and they can get rid of it for $169.00-$369.00 and make the Norton work again.

Bruce,
The same thing has happened to me for several years now, and I can't get them to stop billing me. I guess I will have to close my checking account. Were you ever able to get them to refund your money?

I ordered online to download norton antivirus, The download kept going for hours and never did finish and my computer could no longer connect to the internet. When I called the company to report the problem, they directed me to their suppot which costs $3.50 per min.The support service directed me to go to safe mode to go back on the internet to remove a virus of which I could have used the the program I originally paid for.On top of that the suppot service double charged me.I definitely will not let them get away with that scam
