I'm the owner Cerato K3 with Car Plate number W 9768 W, I had make a major service at Naza kia malaysia Sdn Bhd, at chan sow lin branch. During the submission, I had make few complaint about my car since 29th September 2017. First, I had mention to your staff my front passenger lock is not function when i use the central locking it can't unlock or lock, I need to unlock it manually. Second, driver electronic seat, it can't bend up or down, as per your staff told me it need to change new set of motor. Third, power window at rear passenger on right hand side, can't close after open it. I only can close it by driver side. Until today, when I called to the service center, your staff will ask me leave my hp. number they will call me back after check. But unfortunately, still nobody can answer me when those spare part arrived.

110, 000km form of spare part claimed submitted (29th September 2017)
120, 000km no news (10th January 2018)
130, 000km no news (4th May 2018)

I had called several of times to check the status, still nobody can answer me when i can get those spare part replacement.

I really hope that your management can take action immediately, because of this issued i had been suffered almost a year.
