i paid for 2 dstv compact accounts(R 365 + R 365 = R730) on the wrong multichoice account, using my internet banking, the money was transferred to DSTV multichoice ABSA account: [protected] instead of [protected], and i requested my bank (CAPITEC) to reverse the payment but they said multichoice did not grant the permission to reverse, so i had to make another payments for these 2 accounts and contacted DStv on the 29th of April and again on the 5th of May for a refund but no feedback has been given to me since then, i have provided them with all neccessary documents (proof of payments as well as bank statements). Please intervene

My name is Patricia I acidentaly paid R6200 to multichoice account on February 2023 and I send all the documents that they ask but even today I'm not yet get my money back

Please guys help me to get my money back.

When I called them on Monday last week they said was processed on the 21 of July their still waiting for the second person and third person to approve and process it

This is totally unacceptable because its my money i don't owe them as I'm paying my mom and my account each and every month

Good day i would kindly like to advice people what is happening here, they is a dstv WhatsApp number that we usually use to pay the dstv which is the easiest way to pay through debit, what they do is when you are done giving away your bank details for debit approval, they take your details and use it to pay other account that goes to the shop and take cash. my experience was i got a notification that they debited money from my capitec account and paid the account that was not Mine, when i went to ask for my money back they said M Choice does not refund money i went to capitec tried to reverse it they say they can't the only thing they can do it stop the debit meaning i have lost all my money to an account i dont even know,they is a fraud that is happening and sad thing is M choice dont even care about their customer.

Good Day I accidentally paid extra money to multichoice I dont know how much money o have spent calling them but each time I call they want different docs which I sent like bank statement when I emailed it they said they dont want it they want proof of payment which I sent again when I called they requested I'd I emailed It now when cal customer care and ask details for their finance dpt they say they dont know it. Please assist I am so tired and frustrated as the money was meant for something else

I been trying to get my refund back I did all they requested but it seems like it's not enough, I even went to dstv maponya the lady she was my last hope I gave her all the paper that they want still it's not enough .I just received an email that you want prove of payment ,I Don't know what more you want

Hi, I need help on the 02 January 2021 I paid the money to the MultiChoice Absa account but they didn't receive any payment, then I was supposed to pay again.i tried sending emails to MultiChoice, so please help me get my money back please. I don't know what went wrong.
