I have 3 decoders that were not functioning well then my brother took them to on 20 Nov Garsfontein dstv for exchange, they were changed then one was disconnected and they demanded payment to connect, I paid then pvr catch up was disconnected. I called was told to take it back which he on 27 Nov now when he gets home still same problem catch up os not working. We can't be going up n down and wasting petrol.
Claimed loss: Petrol and time. There are things which I wanted to watch I couldn't because of not having ot while I paid for it.
Desired outcome: To be fixed without me going to their premises

My wife signed up for Shomax. The amount of R 99 is deducted, monthly from her bank account but she cant access Shomax. When signing in, the system shows that she must apply, and when she applies again, the system shows that her cell already exists on the system, and endless loop.
