MultiChoice Africa / DSTV review: dstv and incompetent staff

So I pay my mom's DSTV every month, i pay late because of the job I have. This should not be an issue if there's a late payment fee then please add it to her bill and I will gladly pay it.
I from the 08/01/2020 been experiencing problems with DSTV staff, so service was cut due to non payment. I accept, I pay the subscription and Reconnection same day while on the phone with an agent. They reconnect service, two days later service cut again so I'm on the phone with them again. Nobody knows what they doing at this place getting paid for free. There are people out here that would love to work but no DSTV employs people that don't want to be there. Since the 08/01/2020 my mom has had broken service, then another call to them they apologies and reconnect this has gone on until the 24/01/2020. Today when I called an agent he tells me sir we have cut the service because there's an amount owing on the account. (160.29) this amount is on the statement for 60 DAYS already. Not one of these agents took the time to really go through the account to explain this, and why do you keep Reconnecting the service if there is an arreared amount. Again every agent I spoke to probably 7 agents and nobody said sir you owe this amount. Now I get told sir we apologies for those agents not telling you this they will be dealt with. Now my mom sits and her service will not be connected until the amount has been paid. This DSTV are the worst people to deal with, we pay for a service and keep watching repeats cause they don't want to buy the proper licenses to buy proper movies. Why employ incompetent people who doesn't know how to check the system and explain to a customer why their service has been cut.
This has been the worst experience with them, I wouldn't recommend anyone pay these crooks every month.
