I have been looking of where to report this bad service I was rendered on the 02nd of march 2024. So this is what happened, I made laybye and take it out, after 2/3 days I find that I want to exchange one of the item, but make another laybye with that money. So I explained to this guy and he said they dont give cash back but he will give me a gift card, ok and say I can go check what I want to laybye and it must be from 3 items, ok fine, I got my things and I get to the tills, he just scanned the items and tell me total amount and i'm like I would like to make a laybye. He said to me with attitude how is he supposed to know because he's a cashier& he thought i'm buying, I politely said to him if you don't know something you should ask&you know you have laybye or purchase on store. And again l know u dealing with many customers but I just took 20 min to choose my clothes already you forgotten me. He then said he's helping me so i'm the one who should explain if i'm buying or doing laybye then i'm like ok to avoid drama. Only to find that there's two ladies listening to our conversation (his colleagues), he then start process of laybye and then when i'm about to pay he see that I cannot laybye with a gift card, I asked why didn't you tell me because I explained what I want to do with this money.1st you can't give me cash back which is not stipulated on the slip that return of lay-bys you get a gift card and then now u saying this.. He then say he don't know what to do and i'm wasting his time he want to do housekeeping so he's gonna ask for authorise to cancel the transaction and then when I think of something the next till will help me, just like that. Leave me by the counter and then l decided to leave and one of the two ladies who saw that something is misunderstood asked me if i'm o. On top of that they don't even have name batch him and the person who was authorising. He also just kept quiet not even showing interest to explain to me that they didn't understand and they are sorry they can't help me simple. Not the attitude the cashier gave me.
