Size Review: Terrible Customer Service, Disappointing Order
So, I recently placed an order with Size, I wanted to get myself a new pair of trainers and some socks. To my surprise and disappointment, as soon as I placed my order, I noticed that it said in the description that the socks were only three individual socks not three pairs!
I was bummed out because I wanted three pairs of socks. Therefore, I emailed customer service right away to cancel the socks order. After a day or two, they emailed me back saying that I will get my three pairs of socks as I had originally intended to purchase. That was a relief, or so I thought.
Unfortunately, after nine long days of waiting, I finally received my order but to my surprise, I was greeted with only three individual socks and my trainers and other items I had purchased were out of stock! Can you believe that?
I was outraged and immediately called customer service to complain. They apologized and asked me to send the individual socks back and they promised to refund me. However, to add insult to injury, they also offered me a mere 10% discount on my next purchase to make up for the inconvenience that they had caused me. What a joke!
I am so disappointed with them right now; their customer service was absolutely terrible! I would highly advise you to avoid shopping with them. Trust me when I say this, it’s not worth the hassle.
Warning: One Size UK Review - Poor Customer Support and No Refund for Months
I wanna talk about One Size UK, mate. I got me some problems with 'em, yeah? So, I put in an order at the end of July, yeah? And what happens? I don't get me order, do I? I was pretty miffed, I tell ya. So, I thought, "Alright, I'll get in touch with the customer support and see if they can sort me out, innit?" And what do they do? They take ages to reply, that's what. I mean, come on, guys, sort it out!
Anyway, they said they'd investigate what's going on and they sent me this form to fill out so I could get me money back, yeah? So, on the 2nd of September, they said they started the investigation. But did they do anything? Nope. And what's worse, they stopped replying to me emails altogether. I mean, what's the point of having customer support if you're not gonna support your customers, yeah?
And it's now November, 14th, to be precise, and I'm still waiting for me refund or even a crumb of information from these blokes. To be honest, I think they're cheaters, and that's the straight-up truth, mate. Don't trust 'em, yeah?
