size Beware of Size.co.uk: Selling Products They Don't Have, Taking Your Money Anyway, and Refund Delay!

I gotta say, I was left pretty steamed after my experience with size.co.uk. They were all advertising these sweet products, but when I went to place an order, they were sold out! I mean, come on, it's basic bait and switch! And then, get this, they take your money anyway and hold onto it for weeks before giving it back. What kind of scam is that? It's like they're borrowing the cash and using it to fund something else. I heard from a mate who works at JD Sports that no one has these trainers, but Size is still taking people's money for them!

What really gets me is that Size is supposed to be part of JD Sports. If they knew they didn't have these products in stock, why are they letting people order them? Why aren't they just apologizing to people who got suckered in and cancelling the orders ASAP? I mean, at least give us a heads up, right? But no, I didn't even get a message or an email about it until I started nagging them ten days later. It's not like anyone is gonna get rich off of this, so why scam people like this? It reeks of dishonesty.

Honestly, somebody should look into this because it feels like size.co.uk is just using people to make a quick buck. They should just stick with working with banks and paying interest if they need to borrow money. That's what any reasonable person would do if they were running a business. But instead, they're pulling these shady deals and leaving people in the lurch. Not cool, Size.co.uk, not cool at all.

size Size.co.uk Review: Wasted Time and Shady Business Tactics

I just gotta say, my experience with size.co.uk was not great. I ordered some sweet kicks and got a confirmation that they were on their way, but after waiting EIGHT whole days, they still hadn't arrived. I tried emailing them SIX times and even called all the phone numbers I could find, but no luck. Couldn't get a hold of anyone, it was like they disappeared into thin air! And get this, when I checked with Royal Mail - the tracking number they gave me didn't even exist! It was all just a big fat lie. Like why advertise something you don't even have in stock? The whole thing just feels shady and dishonest. The silver lining was that I got my refund through Paypal - which in itself is a bit sketchy if you think about it. And it wasn't even size.co.uk who did it, it was somebody else who blamed Royal Mail for losing the package. I mean, come on! At the end of the day, I wouldn't waste my time with these shameless liars.

size False Cancellation Policy - Size.co.uk Review

The first thing that I noticed about Size.co.uk is their false cancellation policy. I made an order with them and then I needed to cancel it. So I called them and followed up with an email to cancel the order, but nobody answered the phone. I tried calling three more times, but still no answer.

The next day, I received an email from them stating that they would be unable to cancel the order as it had already been dispatched. I let them know within minutes of my intention to cancel the order, but it was still too late. This is not fair!

It is a mistake to assume that you can cancel any order from this company. They do not have a customer-friendly policy. I will not be doing business with this vendor again. I will also be sharing my experience with my friends on Facebook and followers on Twitter.

Aside from their false cancellation policy, I must say that I am quite happy with their selection of clothing and shoe brands. They have a variety of sizes which is great because I always struggle to find shoes in my size. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable.

Overall, I would recommend Size.co.uk if you don't have to worry about cancelling your order. Just make sure that you really want what you are buying because once it is dispatched, you cannot change your mind.

size Fake Vans Purchased Online: Disappointing Quality and Lack of Support from Retailer

The product that I received was not of the quality that I had anticipated. I recently purchased a pair of Vans from this online store but unfortunately, they turned out to be fake. As a longtime Vans collector with over 25 pairs of authentic Vans, I can tell the difference between the real thing and knock-offs.

The stitching on the shoes was uneven and starting to come apart, which is a characteristic that you don't find on authentic Vans. Additionally, the fabric was much thinner and flimsier than what I would expect from Vans. I also noticed that the branded insole had a patch that was glued down over the original insole that did not have the Vans logo displayed, which was another red flag.

When I contacted the sales representative, I requested a certificate of authenticity but was told that they could not provide one. Instead, they asked me to ship the shoes back to them at my own cost. The cost to ship back the shoes was $30, which in my opinion is a hefty price tag for something that is not my fault. I believe that they should validate the product before they ship it to the customer, as other reputable retailers do.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this store. From now on, I will be purchasing my Vans from Goat, who I trust to provide me with authentic footwear.

size Disappointing Customer Service and Unfulfilled Orders at Size - A Review

I gotta tell you, I was pretty disappointed with the customer service over at Size. So, I placed an order back on the 21st of September, and it was supposed to arrive on the 28th. But here we are on the 6th of October, and I still don't have my order. Like, what the heck, right?

Anyway, I've sent a bunch of emails trying to figure out what's going on, but nobody seems to know where my stuff is or when it's going to arrive. It's like they're keeping me in the dark or something. And don't even get me started on trying to get a refund. I talked to someone on the phone who seemed like they were gonna help me out, but then I got an email saying that wasn't gonna happen. Like, come on, man!

As of right now, I'm out over 200 pounds and I don't even have my order. Apparently, it's just sitting in their fancy warehouse, taunting me with its unattainability. It's like they're rubbing salt in the wound.

Honestly, I wouldn't suggest using this company if you don't have to. I mean, sure, I've ordered from them before and everything was fine, but this experience has just been a mess. They seriously need to get their act together and figure out how to treat their customers with some respect. I know I won't be ordering from them again if this is how they're gonna behave.

size Horrendous Customer Service at Size.co.uk Store in Canterbury: A Review

So, we, like, got this pair of shoes that was supposed to arrive at the store from size.co.uk. We paid extra for overnight delivery, right, and then we went to the store to pick them up the next day. But, oh my god, the salesperson named Tia working at the Canterbury branch, man, she was so rude! We gave her our receipt for the shoes we bought and she told us they weren't there yet and didn't give us any other information. Then when we asked if she could contact customer service for us, because we were from out of town and didn't have cell service, she straight-up refused! She told us to contact our hotel and call customer service from there. Uh, excuse me? We asked politely for her to help us out and she got all nasty about it and even called us rude! Can you believe that? We demanded to see the manager and when he arrived, he was cool and helpful. He told us there was no record of our overnight request and promised the shoes would come the next day. But, you guessed it, when we went back to the store the following day, the shoes still weren't there with no explanation! Finally, the manager refunded our money but we were still left without our shoes. So, all we can say is, be careful when shopping at size.co.uk because you might get stuck dealing with someone like Tia who has no regard for customer service.

size Terrible experience with this website - trainers out of stock, long wait times, and poor customer service!

I recently had a pretty bad experience with this website, which is a real shame. I ordered six pairs of trainers, but ran into a lot of issues. I had to do a second order for a pair in a different size, as my first order was refunded to PayPal within minutes of placing it - with no explanation given. I later found out that they were out of stock, but my size was still being advertised on the website. But apparently the website isn't always up-to-date, which seems like a bit of a problem.

Anyway, I placed a second order which was accepted, but was then told that they also didn't have that pair in stock, and that I might have to wait up to three weeks to receive them! I mean, come on, that's ridiculous. Needless to say, none of my trainers were delivered as promised, and I had to call customer services to get some answers. They told me that five of the six pairs were either out of stock, low in stock (meaning they couldn't promise I would get them), or might come back in stock eventually.

I was pretty frustrated at this point, especially since the website was still advertising all of these trainers in my sizes, even though they clearly didn't have them to sell. The customer service rep managed to refund me for one pair of trainers, but couldn't immediately cancel the bigger order. She promised to send an email to the warehouse asking them to cancel the order, but said it might take a few hours.

Three days later, I still hadn't received anything from them, and my emails to their customer service team were either being rejected or ignored. Apparently they have three weeks to fulfill the order, but at this point I'm not very hopeful. I'm really disappointed with my experience, and if they don't sort it out soon I'll have to report them to trading standards. All in all, not a great experience.

size Disappointing Experience with Size: Lost Package and No Customer Support

I recently had a disappointing experience with Size, an online shoe store. Unfortunately, the shoes I ordered were never delivered. I was shocked to find out that the deliverer signed my name without even dropping off the package. This happened long before the COVID-19 pandemic, and the deliverer apparently "forgot" about my package. I immediately got in touch with DPD to report the missing package and the forged signature. They confirmed that they have the details and that the package was not delivered to me.

I contacted Size for compensation, but they were no help at all. They simply told me that they couldn't do anything, and only the sender can file a compensation claim with the courier company. At this point, I felt like no one at this company was listening to me or searching for a solution.

I tried to reach out to them through Facebook, but that didn't yield any better results. None of their customer support representatives wanted to help or were able to help. I even contacted their customer service in Germany, and they referred me back to the UK customer service team.

Just recently, I received an email from their customer service team, but it was equally disappointing. They said that they couldn't help me and that I should contact "order. Authorizations***" for assistance. When I contacted them, they just told me that PayPal was my contact person, but PayPal couldn't do anything since the package had already been shipped. It seems like nobody wants to take responsibility for the lost package and my lost money.

What really bothers me is that if Size can wait for five months to get paid, what about their customers who have a financial loss? This doesn't seem to be a problem for them, and I feel like I'm just another customer who doesn't matter.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with Size and their lack of customer support. I paid for something that I never received, and it seems like they're not willing to take responsibility or even try to help find a solution. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

size Disappointing Customer Service at Size.co.uk: Unable to Change Delivery Option and Delayed Orders

I recently ordered three pairs of trainers from Size.co.uk on November 30, 2020, and I selected standard delivery which usually takes around 5-7 days. However, it has been 7 days and I have yet to receive my order. I called up the customer service team to ask if I could change my delivery option to click and collect as I needed the trainers for an important occasion. I was willing to travel to a branch with stock and pick up the trainers myself, but sadly, the customer service team said they couldn't make any changes and that I just had to wait for my order to arrive.

Frustrated, I decided to wait out the full 7 days for the standard delivery. On the sixth day, I woke up early at 6:30 am and decided to place another order, this time for premium click and collect. I chose the Camden branch, thinking that they had stock available since it was an option on the website.

However, when I called the customer service team to double-check if my order was ready for pick up, they told me that I would have to wait another week for the trainers to arrive! I was shocked and disappointed, and the customer service representative was not helpful at all. She even suggested that I should have just gone to the store instead, not knowing if I was able to do so.

Upon reading other reviews, I regret not checking them before placing an order with Size.co.uk. Although it is a well-established company, their customer service is highly lacking, and they don't seem to have solutions for customers or offer alternatives. It's disappointing because there are so many shoe businesses out there that would love the recognition that Size has, and they probably have much better customer service as well.

I am genuinely baffled as to how this company is still around. They are just takers and not offering much back to their customers other than products. I hope that people stop supporting businesses like this and start looking for other shoe companies with more reliable customer service. Overall, I feel unsatisfied by my experience with Size.co.uk, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon.

size Terrible Customer Service: My Nightmare Experience with Size?

My honest opinion about Size? Well, let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare. I mean, I have never had this much trouble with a company before. First of all, they did not deliver my order on time, and it was supposed to be a birthday present. Could you imagine how embarrassing that was for me? I tried to contact Hermes, the delivery company they use, but they were as useless as Size? I mean, their customer service is terrible, you cannot even talk to a human, all you get are these automated responses. It's like they don't care about their customers.

I tried to contact Size? to see if they could help me, but the number they have is automated as well. I don't understand why they can't just hire some people to answer the phone and help out their loyal customers. I went through the automated system and it said it would contact Hermes, but did I get a response? Of course not! I then found their "contact us" form and filled it out, and guess what? I got an automated response again! This is just ridiculous.

I responded to the automated email and begged them to get back to me, and finally, after 24 hours, I got an actual person. They told me that my delivery had been lost, and offered me a replacement or a refund, depending on their stock. I was so frustrated with the whole thing that I asked for both my money back and the items to be fast-tracked, but they said they couldn't do that. They wouldn't even offer me faster delivery for the inconvenience! It's like they just don't care about repeat business or their customers.

Honestly, Size? and JD Sports need to do something about this. There are so many bad reviews on Trustpilot about their customer service, and it's just not acceptable. They need to staff their phones so that customers can actually speak to a human who can sort out their issues. It would save so much time and headache for everyone involved.

They said they would make up for the inconvenience, but I have little faith in that. I mean, they couldn't even change my delivery or offer me faster delivery! I am really disappointed in Size? and JD Sports for allowing this to go on. I actually thought I had been scammed at one point because I couldn't get through to anyone.

So, my advice to everyone out there is to shop elsewhere. Trust me, you do not want to go through what I went through with Size?. It was not a fun experience at all.

Yo, I gotta keep it real with y'all, I've had some serious issues with Size.co.uk. Like, I can't even count how many times my orders have been cancelled, lost, or damaged. And don't even get me started on the times when they've sent me used goods or damaged items. Yo, bruv, I gotta say my experience with size.co.uk wasn't the greatest. I was hyped to win the raffle, but then they straight up took my money and never gave me the goods. And now they're saying they're out of stock (even though it was a raffle win, c'mon!) and gonna give me my money back... eventually.

Like, they didn't even have the decency to give me a heads up that my order was cancelled. I had to hit them up myself to find out what was happening. Definitely didn't leave me feeling too impressed with their customer service, yaknowwhatimsayin? So yeah, be wary of ordering from size, cuz you might end up frustrated like I did.

size Size.co.uk Adidas Raffle Review: A Scam or a Ripoff?

So, I was hoping to score some fresh kicks from size.co.uk, and it seemed like they were running some kind of raffle promotion. Got an email saying I won! Exciting stuff, right? Wrong. Then I got an email saying my order was confirmed, which also seemed legit. But then, out of nowhere, I got an email saying sorry, your order has been cancelled. What the heck?

Well, it turns out I wasn't the only one. Apparently, this has been happening all over the adidas pages. How can they run a raffle and not even know how many winners they need to send emails to? That just doesn't make sense. It's almost like they're just trying to make a quick buck and not really following through on their promises. Is this some kind of scam?

And what's even worse, this isn't even a new issue. According to some folks I talked to, this has been happening for years. YEARS. That's just insane. It's like they're just banking money and taking the interest, knowing that they don't actually have to follow through on their promotions.

Overall, I'd say this site is a ripoff. Don't even waste your time. There are way better and more reliable places to get your gear.

size Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Size.co.uk

Size.co.uk is a store that I've recently discovered and while their offerings seem to be pretty great, their customer service leaves much to be desired. In my experience, it was extremely difficult to get a response from them. I tried emailing them multiple times but to no avail. It was very frustrating and I was left feeling very disappointed that they didn't seem to care about my queries or concerns.

After many attempts, I eventually gave up on emailing them and decided to try reaching out to them on Twitter. Surprisingly, that seemed to be the only way to get a response from them. However, even then, it wasn't very helpful. My package seemed to be lost in transit and my calls for help on Twitter were met with very delayed responses, which only added to my frustration.

All in all, I was disappointed with my experience with Size.co.uk. Their customer service was lacking to say the least, and it's left me feeling uneasy about any future purchases from them. It's a real shame because they do offer some great products, but their poor customer service experience just ruined it for me.

I had a really bad experience with size.co.uk. They have terrible customer service and their company is just really bad. I've won a raffle about 4 times now and every time I get excited, but then they email me a few days later to say that there's something wrong and I can't get my shoes. They never explain what's going on and they always sound really rude in their emails. I don't think anyone should buy anything from them. It's such a shame that a big company like this has such bad customer service. No one ever answers and it's just a really bad experience. They really need to change their ways and stop treating their customers like this.

Every instance I've stepped into Size located in Cambridge, the vibe is always off. The workers' manners, they act like they got somewhere else to be - glued to their devices instead of assisting the customers in their store. This one lady had an especially unpleasant demeanor that left me feeling less-than-satisfied. Their customer service policies are severely lacking, and it shows. One time, I had an incident over a year ago, and it still sits with me to this day. Others in my circle have expressed similar sentiments, and we all agreed to never return. Nevertheless, as fate would have it, I came back today, and yet again, I was taken aback by the incompetency of their organization and poor customer service skills.

size Terrible Experience with size.co.uk - 2 Week Delivery, No Response, Wrong Order, and Rude Customer Service

I'm not gonna lie, my experience with size.co.uk wasn't great. I was pretty peeved that I had to wait over two weeks to get my clothes delivered - that's way too long in my opinion. I tried emailing them to figure out what was going on but got no response whatsoever. So I decided to phone them up and boy was that a mistake. The first time I called, the person on the other end of the line didn't say a word and then just hung up on me! Rude much?

I tried calling again and finally got someone to answer. But all they had to say was that what I ordered was out of stock. No sorry, no nothing. To make matters worse, when I finally did get a package from them, it wasn't even the right item of clothing. What a nightmare.

Honestly, I've bought from size before and never had such a terrible experience. This time around was just a disaster. I doubt I'll ever shop with them again. If I could give them zero stars, I totally would.

I recently tried out size.co.uk and had some mixed experiences. I ended up making a total of five orders, and unfortunately ran into some serious problems with three of them. One order in particular left me disappointed - I had paid for 8 pairs of sneakers, but only received 4. When I complained to the customer service team, it took a full month for them to get back to me - and their response was that they couldn't do anything to help me. To make matters worse, they still refused to refund my money for the missing items. I was really frustrated with this, especially since the order box clearly only contained 4 pairs of sneakers, yet the invoice stated that I had ordered 8.

Sadly, my troubles with size.co.uk did not stop there. On another occasion, I ordered a t-shirt and two pairs of sneakers - however, only the t-shirt was delivered. Once again, I was charged for everything I had ordered and size.co.uk refused to refund me for the missing items. All of these problems left me feeling ripped off and frustrated.

In the future, I will proceed with caution when dealing with size.co.uk. It's a real shame as I had high hopes for the site - but the poor customer service and missing items have left a sour taste in my mouth. size Size Review: Terrible Customer Service, Disappointing Order

So, I recently placed an order with Size, I wanted to get myself a new pair of trainers and some socks. To my surprise and disappointment, as soon as I placed my order, I noticed that it said in the description that the socks were only three individual socks not three pairs!

I was bummed out because I wanted three pairs of socks. Therefore, I emailed customer service right away to cancel the socks order. After a day or two, they emailed me back saying that I will get my three pairs of socks as I had originally intended to purchase. That was a relief, or so I thought.

Unfortunately, after nine long days of waiting, I finally received my order but to my surprise, I was greeted with only three individual socks and my trainers and other items I had purchased were out of stock! Can you believe that?

I was outraged and immediately called customer service to complain. They apologized and asked me to send the individual socks back and they promised to refund me. However, to add insult to injury, they also offered me a mere 10% discount on my next purchase to make up for the inconvenience that they had caused me. What a joke!

I am so disappointed with them right now; their customer service was absolutely terrible! I would highly advise you to avoid shopping with them. Trust me when I say this, it’s not worth the hassle.

size Warning: One Size UK Review - Poor Customer Support and No Refund for Months

I wanna talk about One Size UK, mate. I got me some problems with 'em, yeah? So, I put in an order at the end of July, yeah? And what happens? I don't get me order, do I? I was pretty miffed, I tell ya. So, I thought, "Alright, I'll get in touch with the customer support and see if they can sort me out, innit?" And what do they do? They take ages to reply, that's what. I mean, come on, guys, sort it out!

Anyway, they said they'd investigate what's going on and they sent me this form to fill out so I could get me money back, yeah? So, on the 2nd of September, they said they started the investigation. But did they do anything? Nope. And what's worse, they stopped replying to me emails altogether. I mean, what's the point of having customer support if you're not gonna support your customers, yeah?

And it's now November, 14th, to be precise, and I'm still waiting for me refund or even a crumb of information from these blokes. To be honest, I think they're cheaters, and that's the straight-up truth, mate. Don't trust 'em, yeah?
